I spent Christmas and the end of the year at Novotel Hotel Stansted Airport, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The entire team—from Front of House to the Food & Beverage departments—were welcoming, warm, and genuinely friendly. The food was delicious, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Ray, Zara, and Lucy, for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.
