Wanted to put something positive on here for Mia and all the teams at Novotel Stansted. They were great checking us in. Friendly and helpful. We booked in to the restaurant and they had timing issues that seemed to upset other guests. For us, they were nothing but professional, keeping us advised and also provided a complimentary drink. When we returned to collect the car 5 days later, Mia recognized us and was warm and welcoming, even remembering details of our trip which made us feel very valued guests. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
