I have stayed in many accor hotels always with good experiences. This hotel is convenient to airport, nice sized room, friendly staff, car park. However we were allocated a room which had an adjoining room with internal door. We had travelled 5 1/2 hours and had an early morning flight. The occupants of the adding room were loud, speaking and cackling we could hear everything. We knocked (politely) on the door at 11.30pm and they quietened for a while then started again. We banged on the door at 12.30am and they stopped. They then started again at 5am waking us. We should have been told that there was an internal adjoining door with no soundproofing when asked initially whether a ground floor room was ok for us. Very disappointed.

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Food was lovely and fresh. Room very clean and very comfy bed. Being so close to the airport is so good.
