The service here was amazing. We checked in late and was served by a gentleman named Otis who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We were also very cheeky and asked if there was any possibility of us getting some biscuits for our tea in our room although the bar was closed. He went well out of his way to get us a variety, so a huge shout out to him and his service. Comfortable rooms, beds and clean too.

Nice hotel with a nice restaurant. Conveniently placed next to Stansted airport and has a reasonably priced shuttle that will take you to the terminal. Our room had a nice view for plane spotting, with the departing aircraft visible when climbing. All round very pleasant. The best part of the hotel was Otis in reception, he was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. He was also very nice to speak to and quite enthusiastic even late at night. Thank you very much Otis! I will be returning given the opportunity.

I’m a regular at the Novotel for work, and it’s lovely being welcomed by Otis, who always remembers me and goes out of his way to ensure my stay is perfect and I have every thing I need. The beds are super comfy and I always sleep well, feeling safe, which is hugely important to me while travelling for work! Look forward to my next trip!

Quite normal with dissapointment

Anonymous Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

I was dissapointed with the price of the shuttle bus. I just visited to drop my luggage before check in and went to London, then it costed 8 Euro. Total 16 Euro. The shuttle like to rental car village of other airport doesn't cost for similar distance. No 2nd stay, I suppose and no recommendation to others.
