Polite and friendly check-in, great rooms which are fresh, clean and spacious. It is nice and quiet inside the rooms, despite being next to the airport. The restaurant/bar is pricey, but good. Parking here is secure and there is a shuttle bus to the terminal which runs every 30 mins.

We had a marvellous stay and a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant. My only gripe was trying to find a car parking space, but I understand there was a big wedding reception on which accounted for extra vehicles. Would definitely return.

Very poor food, very uncomfortable sofa bed

The hotel service and staff were good, however the food was disgusting- we had to send back one of the inedible pizzas because a pea was found under the pizza, the rest of the food was awful- curry was not a curry just reheating sauce with vegetables, the olives weren’t fresh etc. Whilst the room was clean and the shower hot, the sofa bed was impossible to sleep in as both sides tilted up so the sleepers continuously fell into one another.

We were greeted by Otis on reception on arrival and have to say he was wonderful and 100% made our checking in process from explaining everything like breakfast times and bus timetable to the airport. He recognised it was our 25th wedding anniversary holiday and gave us a lovely room with a voucher for two complimentary drinks at the bar. His funny, sunny, lovely personality shine through and he even included breakfast for us the next morning in recognition of 25 years of marriage. Otis you are a diamond. Don’t change. You are great.
