Enjoyable stay. The heating in our room wasn't working though we were offered the possibility to change rooms.

Nightmare to get to this cool bok

The signage to the overhead tunnel that takes you is a nightmare led me to going around in circles, the elevators to the tunnel don't work which the staff know about and I guess don't report?! The room was cold even at 30, reported it but no solution. Though a small issue the sweet vending machine said products were 2.50 put the money in nothing happened, reported to staff the said it was €3 and they knew there was an issue. With a company of your size this is a joke

I had an overnight transit stay. The location was great. Check-in was very fast and convenient. The hotel provided me with a very swift check out experience as well. The room was quite cramped, and the amenities were very limited. I walked to the airport terminal from the hotel in about five minutes.
