Clean room just the heater doesn't work too well

The procedure to operate the lift is plain stupid. The key reader does not react as the 99,99% other key readers worldwide. I go stuck in the lift. Impossible to open the doors and have to call reception. Then I was shown that you need to apply the keys for few seconds. I am not the only person to have this issue since the reception phone number is apposted inside the lift. Again never seen in my last 40 years travel experience. All management has to do is to instruct receptionist to clearly inform customers that the key must be applied to the reader for a few seconds. The door room reader operates fine, l’île in any other hotels in the world.
