The hotel room was clean, and AC worked perfectly. Although it is located right next to the airport, the sound-proof windows did the job! The only thing that could be worked on is the bunk bed. My son (11 years old) had a hard time getting on and off it. It's a budget hotel so the small size of the room was not a problem at all!

All good from moment got to airport signs very easy to follow and once at hotel the reception man very helpful. Was in my room in seconds and all very clean so very happy.

Terrible disappointing, dirty, ac not working and had to leave and get another hotel. Hour staff didn’t help and they didn’t even tried. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN.

We stayed at the Ibis Orly Airport before an early flight. The location is an absolute lifesaver — the hotel is just a few minutes from the terminal. The check-in process went very smoothly and quickly. The room is compact but absolutely spotless, with a comfortable bed. A perfect option to catch some sleep before a flight. Overall, great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Inadmisable that a front desk associtae shouts out your room number infrasn front of 25 other hotel guests and then yells at you bcz you ask her not to fo that to a solo fenale traveler after you show her that simply pointing yo the key card is enough. Train your staff.

We stayed here for one night before our early departure at Orly. The room fit 3 of us--with one double/or queen bed and a lofted twin bed overhead. As the listing specifies, the lofted bed will not be made and requires you put on the provided sheet, and blankets yourself, which was no problem for us. Other reviews mentioned no air conditioning, but it seems that the AC is a system that needs to be turned on for the whole building at one time. When we stayed on June 19 that AC in our room was running well. Our room was clean and the front desk was very helpful with directions to find the shuttle located a bit down the street. We had a great stay--perfect for our short term needs.

The hotel is listed as having air conditioning and being comfortable, but in the latest Paris heat, it was neither comfortable nor it seemed to have any resemblance of air conditioning working. The single window didn't open, the "AC" unit control despite being turned to "15" didn't do much than a very faint breeze. It didn't do much difference during the 2 nights we stayed.

Although the rooms was tiny it was perfect for what we needed: just a night at the airport after a late flight. The hotel is located within walking distance of Terminal 4 (a bit longer if you land at terminal 1,2 or 3). It's clean, it's convenient and it's all you expect from an Ibis Budget.

We start at check in. We were told we only needed to wait for 5 minutes for our room to be ready, so we did (we were in a bit of a hurry, but since the staff told us it would be only 5min, we decided to wait) and ended up waiting for around 20min. We reached the hotel at 11.50h (says check in time is 12.00h), so it's not like we were there really early and demanded an early check in. Then there's the room. We were 3 people so we chose a triple room. As I said, we were in a hurry so we didn't really check the bunk bed before we left. To our surprise, when we came back at 1am, we ourselves had to make the bed. Moreover, the pillow cover was dirty and the sheets had some "sticky" dirt adhered to them. We were too tired from having spent the whole day traveling and moving around, so we just put up with it. Also, there is no nearby plug for the bunk bed or a switch to turn off the lights from there, which is quite inconvenient. Finally, in the morning, one of us stayed a bit longer than the rest and, around 10:30h, staff suddenly opened the door for cleaning. Not because she overstayed, since check out is at 12.00h. Overall, very disappointing. Would not recommend.
