Confusing arrival

I has a hard time locating the hotel. The arrival of my flight was quite late and arrived at a terminal that resulted quite far from the hotel. Maybe there was some kind of transport that could take me closer but there wasn’t anyone to ask. Finally I was instructed by a passerby on the route. It was a good 20 minute walk and I had to exit the terminal into the cold and rain. The elevator to the elevated passage way was not functioning so I had to haul my luggage up some low rise steps with a narrow ramp. It was a bit dangerous because of the slippery wet steps. I saw a woman slip and fall. The people in her group were able to lift and carry her to the top. I don’t know if she was seriously hurt. So, this was my arrival experience. Once at the hotel it was ok. Good enough for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. I suggest the instructions on how to get to the hotel from each terminal be clearly explained on the website so guests are aware before arrival

I had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I really enjoyed the view of the airport runaway. Only criticism is the very dirty TV remote control and some part of the shower which was a little rusty. I will definitely will stay again.
