No hand towels. No kettle. No drinking water. Really suffocating room to sleep in. Air conditioning unit didn’t work efficiently. Odd bathroom shape. Could barely sit on the loo without causing the seat to move to the side. All in all a horrible experience.

Very poor service from the hotel staff.The maid comes in, even though there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign, i am sleeping she wakes me,and she lies that sign was back, "please clean". I also needed an invoice - it can't be done before 00.00 on the last night. I go after 00.00 at the reception there is a man who doesn't know how to issue an invoice, should I go after 07 AM. But my flight is earlier. They promise to send it by e-mail. I'm still waiting for it! I would never repeat the stay, the company I work for placed me there.

3. Was not allowed to take a glass of wine for my Drink Voucher as a Gold member...
4. Woke up at 00:30AM for a false fire alarm...
5. At check-out the lady promised to send the invoice by email. It has not been done until this moment...

Our room unfortunately was quite dirty. There were large clumps of dirt on the bathroom floor likely from weeks of not cleaning to the corners. There was hair in our shower drain upon arrival which made us worry our sheets & duvet were likely not clean either. We were exhausted and booked the room just for a shower and a few hours of rest. It may have been better just to keep moving.

Toilet did not flush upon our arrival in the room. They sent a technician. Then the toilet started making terrible noise. We told reception again. When we returned from our supper, toilet did not work at all. we used the public bathrooms. We told the guy at reception upon checking out the next morning but he did not seem to care

The bathroom is very small. People in the restaurant were very pleasant. Some part in the way to the bedrooms was dirty : some leaves on the floor. We saw them at our arrival and they were still there in the morning.

Our plane arrived at 9 p.m and we went straight from Orly's airport to the hotel and the buffet to eat dinner. When we went to the buffet at 9.30, there was almost nothing left, no pate, no saussages, no cheese and no desserts. The rest that was left ( lotsssssss of tabouli ) was dried out, and we still had to pay the full price. To me, that is a ripp-off, but that will not happen again.
