Everything about the hotel was superb. Very polite and friendly staff, room clean and well furnished. Breakfast very good with tremendous choice. Very convenient for airport. Highly recommend.

There was no Air conducting despite the room saying “this air conditioned double room” in the description. That doesn’t mean sometimes it means when I am booking a room with that description that is why it should have. I call the the front desk to say my unit isn’t working. They say it doesn’t work in the hotel at all, I ask “so it’s incorrect advertising?” They respond “yes”. I ask to put that in writing for me. Someone comes to unlock the window. Same conversation with me. Same statement, I tell them I want that in writing. He says “I will speak to the manager and have them contact you”. In the morning after sweating profusely for a few hours, I speak to the manager who wasn’t given any information about this. Conversation with the manager amounts to “sir the temperature is volatile you can’t expect us to have air conditioning”. What a joke, I hope it’s my last time at an ibis. Send your people to customer service school please! Treat people better, how about trying to make up for it rather than shrugging?

the hotel room was very small, we could barely stretch our legs, the bathroom had not space to move around.

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We are unfortuntely not responsible regarding airport sign and we already have made a comment to the aiport guest manager. Regarding the size of our room, you do have a description of the size of the room but we understand that sizes matters. This is why we have a " confort" room which is bigger. Please do not hesitate to book this rooms. Sincerely,
