Ordered a pizza from the bar. When served over three-quarters were still frozen. So the server reheated the pizza and what came back was a sloppy mess. Decided to abandon the pizza after half a slice each and decided to try the buffet. Not a whole lot better with a coucous that hadn’t come within a mile of any spices let alone a tiny bit of butter. Will avoid this hotel like the plague, maybe the Novotel that is adjacent or the Ibis. Styles which is not too far away.
