Everything was as expected, clean but smallish rooms. However, we were driving a very normal-sized van (2.10m high) and it wouldn't enter into their underground parking lot (height entrance only 2m). They wouldn't offer any other option for guests, and actually sent us to an airport parking lot where we would have paid 900 euros for the 24hrs we needed (way more than the actual price for the two hotel rooms we booked and even the flights we took the day after). It was up to us to find a reasonable option 20 minutes from the hotel and the airport. The attention and service from the reception desk was very rude and totally unhelpful.
