Very efficient and nice staff. Nice room. Various and wide choice for breakfast. Dinner time was very chaotic with long queues to access the dining area. Unfortunately my room was quite noisy (2nd floor and facing the road) as during the reservation process I could not fill in my usual request to have a "quiet room at higher floor, far from elevators and not on the road".

Decided to save a few coins to book this rather than Novotel next door. Big mistake. Given a tiny room at the end of two long halls from the elevators. Tried to call the front desk to ask for a room upgrade - no answer. Tried dialing the hotel main number - no answer. Only choice in the restaurant is a prix fixe buffet. Drinks service was OK. Well worth the money to upgrade to Novotel with big nice rooms, great shower and better beds, and a full-service restaurant.

My room was situated above the main entrance, with people talking outside late into the night. Both mine and neighbouring rooms had extremely squeaky door hinges on bathroom doors. Sounds improbable but this was very disturbing!

When we arrived at the room we were given, we unlocked the door and opened it, and it was already occupied! Luggage was there and open with clothes and personal effects strewn about. We quickly took a picture and left. When we went down to the front desk the young man, IN JEANS (!!), didn't believe us! Thankfully we had the sense to take that picture! That was disrespectful. The front desk staff were extremely young and unprofessional/casual, and dressed like they were going out to a bar to party. Further, the hotel room was extremely basic, no amenities, bathroom was tiny - we felt that it was more like their "budget" line would be. We won't stay there again, nor recommend it.
