Really good two night stay. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful with a decent variety. Loved the free shuttle to the airport terminals too!

There is a high risk of slippering identified with a sheet of paper on the wall. Even if I knew the risk and pay attention to stay stable it was very dangerous when I went out of the shower. You have the solution - wrote in this piece of paper : a foot towel on the floor. Pregnant women, children, old person come to your hotel and you know the risk AND the solution - it is unacceptable.

Efficient communication after booking, check-in and -out processes, staff very kind. Essential room, quite compact. Comfortable bed, reusable containers for soaps. Missing bathroom carpet, would be useful. Essential dinner, buffet at fixed price. Staff in the restaurant very kind and efficient.

The room is very simple, there is absolutely no luxury. The bed and pillows are good and were clean. The wifi worked very well. The room is well lit, with very good sound isolation. The shower head is awful, it makes a wide high pressure jet that creates a cloud of water, it makes a kind of wind, which makes the experience very bad. No bath mat means you have to be careful exiting the shower. The shower door is translucent glass, but has a large hole in it, compromising the privacy. Since the shower opens directly to the room, privacy is really low.

Except the pick up location issue every thing went very well. Due to free shuttle it is the most suitable hotel for lyon airport.
