We arrived late at night around 2 am, we had sent the notices to the hotel that we are arriving late in hope we can change our booking but the hotel wouldn’t do that. So we are arriving with our son who is 7 and falling asleep as he’s walking and they can’t find our booking. The man at the reception desk tried to contact his manager and solve the problem. My son meanwhile fall asleep on dirty armchair in the lobby. Mind you that the stuff at night doesn’t speak English well and there’s no shuttle (se we walked to the hotel) and no stuff to clean the room. So the only thing the man at the check in desk could offer is to give us clean towels and clean bedclothes but give us dirty room. We didn’t have any other choice with minor on our hands so we agreed but it was DISGUSTING. Hairs in the sink and shower and even in the bedclothes . I have never been so disappointed in my life .

The room was fine for the price I paid, but unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. Before arriving, I called the hotel to let them know that I would be checking in after 10:00 PM. I also wanted to confirm that transportation to the airport had been arranged for 4:00 AM the next morning. The employee I spoke with seemed confused and unsure of the process but assured me that three seats had been booked on the shuttle for 4:00 AM. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk agent informed me that no shuttle reservation had been made. She explained that a room must first be assigned before transportation can be booked, something I had not been told during my earlier phone call. As a result, I was left scrambling to figure out how I would get to the airport in time for my flight. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern shown by the staff. Rather than trying to help find a solution, I was simply told that I could take a taxi for approximately $84 to travel less than one kilometer to the airport, or use a VTC service for about $47. Neither option was reasonable. The hotel itself was acceptable, but the customer service was not. Staff members need better training so they can provide accurate information and assist guests effectively. More importantly, customers should feel that their concerns matter. Unfortunately, throughout this experience, I felt that the staff simply did not care.
