Stayed one nigh as missed an international flight. Free Shuttle bus trip to and from airport. Good value. For low budget hotel, room is comfortable (albeit sparse). Dinner menu is limited. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

I needed one night at Lyon airport and as an Accor member, I had to pick this hotel. I usually prefer IBIS/Novotel but this was nice enough though very basic.

Good room for family of 4. Clean and spacious, good shuttle service and nice staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was borderline unacceptable, sky high prices for the most basic of food, felt like we were being taken advantage of as no other option to eat dinner. Really poor.

Pre call the day before to be briefed on the shuttle principle. Friendly and precise information's. Same process upon arrival, friendly driver and punctual pick up 25 minutes later. Check in lady very friendly, fast and smart to assign me at ground floor with 02 big suitcases Room recently cleaned, very strong smell of persistent sweat, quiet unpleasant. Room comfort basic but as per 2 stars standard, bed matres bedding very uncomfortable. Restaurant staff very friendly. Food was poor level, 01 ham & cheese panini almost unfrosted, 01 Croque monsieur tasteless and draft beer with no gaz at all. total 36 Euros, very disappointed. Airport lobby caffe much better... Drop off pick up was on time by friendly driver lady @ 04.00 am Conclusion, Budget hotel, basic comfort and the added values are the pleasant, friendly, nice and professional employees team. Fine for a short night to catch a flight.

This is a budget hotel, and my expectations regarding the room and facilities were reasonable and met. However, I was very disappointed with the airport transfer. We agreed on a 4:45 a.m. departure, with instructions to come down about five minutes earlier. I arrived at 4:40, but the transfer had already left. I was simply told that they decided to leave a bit earlier, without any prior notice or communication. I did make it to my flight, but an airport transfer is expected to be punctual and reliable. Leaving earlier than agreed without informing the guest is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress. Because of this, I cannot rate the transfer service positively.
