Rooms are extremely well sound-proofed and mattresses excellent quality, ensuring you get an excellent rest, whatever your hours (we had to sleep early and get up at 4am). Excellent location, possible to walk if necessary but shuttle service highly efficient and available.

This is a budget hotel but quiet and comfortable. Basic accommodation but perfect to catch an early morning flight in Lyon Saint Exupery airport.

The van pick-up service is very convenient. The staff is polite and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was OK but the Côtes-du-Rhône was disapointing. The breakfast was quite good. Our overall rating is 8/10

I would recommend to place a Water Heater jug, coffee powder, sugar and creamer in all the rooms so that the Guest can prepare some coffee for themselves rather than coming all the way down for just a cup of coffee. Also some facility for dinner would be highly appreciated since we don't have any restaurants near the location.

This is the only place at Lyon airport where we could eat proper hot food at 8PM on a Sunday evening. Well appreciated! In the room, we would have liked a stand to put our suitcase, and a box of paper tissue.

The hotel is superbly located, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are quiet, despite the proximity to the field (double glazed windows). The rooms are clean, and there is a shuttle to the airport. But it is not possible to book in advance the time you want the shuttle even though I had a reservation and gave my credit card details. I called in the morning to book the time for the shuttle, I was told it was not possible since I had not checked in yet when I arrived at night and check in , the shulltle's time for 4:30 was already busy I was offered a ride an hour after that, or before (because everything else was busy .. ..). The advantage of the place is the proximity to the airport and the possibility of transit to the airport in the middle of the night. It is unlikely to receive such an answer .I was very disappointed

Navette service not very punctual

Once we arrived to the hotel all ok, the problem we had to call twice to ask for the navette at midnight, the excuse they didn't see us, i mean we were the only people waiting in the designed stop.

Needing key card to use lift and lighting inside room is a terrible idea. Please stop this practice. Coffee machine did not accept touch credit card only coins - very poor option.

More expensive than similar, or better hotels in Paris and its airport! Nothing fundamentally wrong, but the rooms are very small, not very welcoming or comfortable. For a business oriented hotel, the fact there's no phone in rooms, and no iron/board are available for loan, is also a disappointment. Basically, conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport with the free shuttles every 20 minutes, but not worth the money (€ 100 EUR per night).
