Exceptional reception team - Annie, Zang and Matilde. Friendly, polite and caring restaurant staff with best bartender ever - Romain. Shuttle drivers - Davide and George were warm and welcoming and made transits very easy and flexible. The hotel was budget but the service connect was luxury.

Spots of excrement from previous still in the toilet. The rest of the room was clean. I let it go and cleaned myself. Then, despite a Do Not Disturb sign on my door, the cleaning staff entered my room at 11am without so much as a knock on the door or shouting 'housekeeping'. I yelled at them to which they replied OK, no sorry, just an OK. Grrrrr.

Stayed one nigh as missed an international flight. Free Shuttle bus trip to and from airport. Good value. For low budget hotel, room is comfortable (albeit sparse). Dinner menu is limited. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

I needed one night at Lyon airport and as an Accor member, I had to pick this hotel. I usually prefer IBIS/Novotel but this was nice enough though very basic.
