The location works well for stadium or arena events but in hot weather the room is unbearable. Even when the weather subsides it stays hot and then people smoke outside the front door so the smoke comes into the room from the open window. The in room fan settings are fixed at 22C which is a wildly high temperature setting. I slept terribly. The breakfast was really good though. And the rest of the hotel was fine. Very friendly cleaning staff.

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff & good parking. Only downside was breakfast area to small / busy. Had paid for breakfast but did not bother due to queues.
