The standard of the hotel is maximum "Ibis Budget". I have visited many "Styles" around Europe, and it was always a warm and nice experience. Not this time. It is a really basic hotel with no chairs to sit in the room. Not possible to work on the computer, as you have no desk as well. There are old and not renewed rooms. The restaurant is also very basic, offering just pizza and snacks - I did not check the quality of that, as fortunately, there is a hotel in the neighbourhood with a nice restaurant. The heating in the room was not working, even if outside was already cold - I was told there is no heating season yet... To be fair, this problem was solved, providing me with an additional small heater for my room, which solved at least one issue. Looks like the standards of the Accor brands around Europe vary a lot, and you cannot trust just the brand. The price I paid for this hotel is just a joke...

Localisation parfait à proximité du Groupama Stadium. Parking accessible et gratuit. Chambre propre mais avec quelques dysfonctionnements. Espace extérieur agréable avec la terrasse et la piscine, en revanche la réception ne se presse pas pour servir ou desservir les tables des clients extérieurs. Accueil froid et peu professionnel, avec aucunes indications (localisation de la chambres, horaires du petit-déjeuner, et autres), tout comme le check out. Le personnel en général n’est pas très chaleureux et accueillant, personnel du petit déjeuner qui ne dit pas bonjour, le réceptionniste le matin en plein service petit déjeuner se sert un jus d’orange pressé, des viennoiseries et un café en regardant la télévision. Petit déjeuner loin d’être le meilleur avec peu de choix des produits, produits pas du tout qualitatifs (jambon blanc, jus d’orange en brique, salade de fruits en seau, viennoiseries très très cuites, plus d’oranges à jus = pas de jus d’orange pressé disponible). Le pire petit déjeuner d’un hôtel ibis styles ou j’ai pu séjourner. Hotel avec un certain potentiel certain mais qui n’est pas du tout exploité, la directrice recherche une rentabilité mais qui je pense est loin d’être atteinte avec cette vision. Chambre à 350€ la nuitée car il y a un concert international à proximité, nous comprenons mais il faut alors que la prestation hôtelière et le service soit de bonne qualité.
