We found the room to be comfortable and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good range of choices. Haarlem is a lovely town and the hotel is 10mins walk from the train and bus into town.

This place is a standard hotel, with all the services and comfort you would expect in one. The room was clean and maintained daily, including clean towels. However the place as such is not too beautiful, there is a train station 10m quick walking from the hotel. The trains go at least twice an hour, so it makes this hotel a great place to explore the surrounding cities, while enjoing all the hotel comfort for much less money than if you accomodate i.e. in Amsterdam. Also, there is a free parking across the road from the hotel, and even the official hotel parking is cheap. However, at the time of our visit, the weather was extra hot and the room air condition was rather noisy. Also, the hotel is at a busy road intersection, so keeping the window open doesn't help when it comes to the noise.

Hotel situated a 10 minute walk from the train station which is the next stop after Haarlem central. Located in a nice area right next to the ice rink for those into ice sports. Reception was always staffed with friendly staff. Room was clean & had all that you would expect in this price range. It was hot when we visited but the air conditioning kept the room cool. No tea & coffee in the room but always avaliable at reception where there is a vending machine & other small items on sale. There is a microwave at reception. The breakfast had a good choice with attentive staff always cleaning & replenishing the food. Seating inside & outside at the front of the hotel. Our room was at the back & was very peaceful. Would return to this hotel when in Haarlem.

Watch how you book as you can end up paying more than stated on the booking really disappointing awful behaviour and not wanting to discuss to resolve such matters

Staff were very friendly at reception. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room which we missed when we woke up in the morning. There is complimentary tea and coffee at reception but you don't want to get dressed and come downstairs when you've just woken up. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. The location is ok. About 30 minutes walk to the centre. Very easy to get an uber if you need one.

Lovely hotel in a peaceful location. Very clean and comfortable. There is a lovely bar/ cafe where you can help yourself to free tea,coffee and hot chocolate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit of a walk out of Haarlem but it is through a safe neighborhood. Bloemendahl train station is also about 10 mins walk away. The breakfasts are expensive but there was a good selection. We had a great stay, there was no noise at all even with the window open so we had a great sleep every night.

our stay was ok, except the room service, for 2 nights stay, was expecting to cleaning or changing of towel and other stuff...but it was not done ...may be ok for budget hotel. For the late checkout different timing mention on website(5:00 pm) and provided in the hotel(3:00 pm). Even after showing the screenshot from booking we were asked to vacate the room by 3. see below info(still shown on the accor website): It's hard to leave such a comfortable bed! Or perhaps you'd like to take a short nap before your departure? Then book the "Late Check-out" option now, which allows you to make the most of your room until 5:00 pm.
