Friendly and polite check-in experience. Fist impression of the room was not good, however, the bed was comfortable and it was all ideal for a 10 hour stop over and sleep. So the last impression is although the room looked worn down it was perfect for the requirement.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team was very responsive and clear when answering my questions via email. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The housekeeping team was also excellent, and combined with a great location, I had a very restful sleep.

There were no internal signs or directions and having arrived from the UK we got lost and ended up having to go back through security and two lots of passport control to find the hotel. However, once we arrived it was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Good staff and comfortable bed.

Overall the hotel was very well located with comfortable rooms. Only thing not happy was with the lady at the front desk at the time of check-in, she was very rude, expected better behavior, not just with me but noticed same with other guests. The hotel is not keep guests for charity and people come after travel and are tired so expect better reception. The front desk lady at the time of check-out was the opposite, very polite and made the check-out process smooth. I really appreciate that.
