We had 10 hours, during the day, to kill in Schiphol so rented a day room which was useful. We were told by reception that the price for a day room had increased to over €170, too expensive, they honoured the price we booked.

We booked 3 rooms for our party of 3. When arriving, the staff indicated that we could not have the 3 rooms, because one in our party is only 16. At the same time the staff indicated that we would needed to pay for the room, as it was too late to cancel. So in the end we had to pay for 3 rooms, while sleeping in 2 with a party of 3. Even after sending an email to the Hotel manager, again the same rigid answer. I am a frequent traveler, but have never experienced anything like this. Very rigid, customer last service. I have also added a negative review on Google about this experience.

Room is only ready at 8pm. Price is outrageous. Rooms and hotel definitely need some TLC. Accor keeps sending me spam now, because 'I want to become a member', which I absolutely don't.
