My party and I arrived earlier than we originally thought so I really appreciated how the employees were able to check us in sooner. I also really liked how there was a shuttle to and from the airport making it very convenient. The room was nice and clean. The room and bathroom were well-lit. The bathroom shower had great pressure too. Although there was a thermostat, it didn’t seem to work so the room was a little bit warm. However, there was a desk fan in the room which helped to keep the room cool. The two complaints I have about the room is that the bed was not very comfortable. It hurt my back, which cause me to wake up several times during the night, which may have also been the result of traveling on a cruise ship for two weeks and there were not enough outlets by the bed or desk.There were two on the desk wall. One by the bathroom door and one in the bathroom. It made it difficult for two people to charge when using the fan. One person had to place their electronics on the floor or in the bathroom, which made it tricky to maneuver the room. The hotel was so big that there were a few places to eat inside. The exercise room seemed nice with various machines and weights. Lastly, checkout was very easy. All we had to do was give back our keys.
