Recently stayed for a couple of nights here. Hotel was ok, we originally changed rooms as we had requested if possible a high room but were put on ground but changed with no issues. Room was i would have said one of the older rooms and whilst it was fine the heating wasn't the best and we could only fine 2 usable plug sockets. Didn't eat in any of the restaurants in the hotel but used the bar every night, which was ok. Free Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and frequent enough that if you missed one there was another usually about 20 mins later. As it was January and cold/icy outside the uncovered seating area was open near the hotel entrance, if you were brave enough but the seating area near the mini lake was closed. I have been here in the summer and it was pleasant evening drinking and chatting with friends on the seating area near the lake. Check out was simple and quick with no problems. If thinking about visiting Amsterdam centre then whilst this hotel isn't near the city you can get a train from the airport to the centre of Amsterdam that takes about 15 minutes and costs about €10 return which could be cheaper than staying in a City centre hotel all be it a bit further out. Would i stay again yes certainly would.

All was fine but here are some suggestions: - Your bar was pretty crowded but service was terrible. You could easily double the food choices and if you had even one table server you could have doubled your business. - Also there were several important North American sports events on but all of the TVs showed reruns of golf and soccer with no option to change the channels. Very dissppointing.

Unhygienic food and difficult for public transport

The food gave me food poisoning and I stayed up all night over the toilet yet I had to leave at 4am for my flight. Abit difficult to get to by public transport
