Close to the airport, via bus links - which have great links to rest of Amsterdam. Clean, vibrant and friendly with plenty of options at the shop downstairs. Bar food was great as well as several food places throughout the hotel. Nice cosy gym as well.

The beds were comfortable with the mattress toppers, great variety with breakfast buffet. Conveniently located across the street from a bus station with easy public transport options that come every 10-15min. Hot water was strange fluctuating from hot to cold then warm to hot in a consistent cycle so no long showers were happening.

I had a situation and i received ecellent support to prepare my stay. I could easy rate a 10 however my experience at the desk when cheking in was not pleasant. It took 20 minutes. It was 2:00 am i was very tired and really needed sleep as i had a early session at 8:00. That was a really bad experience, checking in should be effortless. Still typing behind computer not getting an immediate room etc. in this digital age is unnecessary and old fashioned. Call me if you need to do a digital transformation.

We came to stay on weekend where the prices were double that of weekday and ofcourse the services do not justify double the price so felt this was not worth. Standard rooms - amenties like soap are there but rest like toothbrush are not provider. The staff is borderline rude and not helpful.
