The Staff deserves a 10, especially the evening of 29th when i came back to get my car, I stepped in because the invoice wasn't sent by email, even not after a reminder. The ladies and the gentlemen were so nice and customer friendly! thank so much! There is no space in the room to properly open your suitcase so tiny is it. The room is very small, so I find the price-quality ratio to be unbalanced.

I had a very comfortable stay at Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam. The hotel is well located, nicely priced, and ideal for travellers using Schiphol Airport. The shuttle bus to and from the airport runs on set schedules and is very convenient. The staff were courteous, flexible, and quick to respond, which made a real difference after a long journey. I was especially grateful for the early check-in, as my flight arrived at 5:00 am and I badly needed some rest. I have been staying at Ibis hotels around the world for over a decade, and this location is one of my favourites. The breakfast buffet is solid, with additional meal options available for lunch and dinner. There is also a self-service laundromat on site at a reasonable price, with detergent included. As an airport hotel, it is not close to major landmarks, but transport connections are excellent. A bus stops right in front of the hotel, and trains from the airport make it easy to reach Hoofddorp or Amsterdam Centraal. As an aviation enthusiast, I enjoyed watching planes take off and land, and I experienced minimal aircraft noise during my stay. I have stayed here many times before, and I would happily stay here again.

Everything was good as ever; the check in staff doesnt know anything about Loyalty status; didnt make us feel welcome and we had to ask for our bag with welcome gift
