This is a great hotel for the price, located near the airport with free shuttle to and from. Decent restaurants inside also has a bar free breakfast and transportation located directly across the street shuttle service is 24 hours to airport not bad at all.

I’ve used this hotel several times for overnight stays for international flight transits. It fits my requirements well. Good free shuttle services, modest rooms, but clean & modern & good services for a transit passenger.

I just wanted to take this moment to thank Manual (from Italy), very welcoming and warmth employee. I checked in on the 11th/12/2024. Manual put me at ease from the very beginning and I had no further questions as he did explain everything very well in a concise manner. He also asked his manager to allow me to leave my suitcase for more than 24 hours as I was going away on a day trip! Thanks Manual again. Also, I had another stay within the Ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Hotel, I can't thank enough, Zoe, for her professionalism, her courtesy, her friendliness, and her very welcoming smile. I had requested if I could eventually check in in advance, as I had to go on a day trip. Zoe did facilitate it and was super efficient! Thank you again Zoe, you are a very good front office receptionist. Your Front Office Manager and The Ibis Hotel Management, should be proud of having you as an employee, you are undoubtedly a valuable and an excellent asset to the company, keep up the great work! Moldy and minimal customer service

Our bathroom was covered in black mold, and the help email and front desk took three times of reaching out and five hours later put us in a new room - and didn’t want to give any sort of refund for the health risk - so gross and unethical

Being an AccorPlus member, actually for the 2 visit to Ibis Amsterdam airport was not so pleasant, the bus shuttle is not on time, 1st visit on 28th Nov, because of day time, I accepted the delay for 1.5 hours, but the last visit on 8th Dec, we waited from 23.49 - 01.00 but the service 0f 00.22 never came and soon we walk to apps pick up, we can see the bus as exact 01.02 which mean they skipped 1 pick up, in the middle of freezing night, this is hard to be accepted. And we tried to call reception thru our phone as well as the booth of shuttle, no one pick up and when we arrived, we mentioned to reception and found the phone is put on silent and asked us to complain to manager the next morning. We filed our complaint the next morning, the attitude of manager raising his voice when we tried to explain about the call, it was not nice from a person in hospitality industry on management level, further, we don't have any response email that notify us that the complaint is being followed up. Its a good transit hotel and valued price but the service need to be elevated
