I arrived at the hotel on crutches, carrying several bags, and could barely move. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They brought my luggage to my room and, when I was leaving, helped carry everything back to the taxi. At the restaurant (buffet), the staff were also exceptionally attentive: they carried my plate to the table and checked several times to see if I needed anything else. They even called a doctor for me and allowed me to keep the room longer than expected. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to all the Ibis staff, who were extremely kind and helpful in these exceptional circumstances.

The room was not clean and the heater was not warming up the room and instead was blowing out dusty air.

During the chaos of the snowy start of 2026 in Schiphol, the staff at the Ibis Airport hotel were the epitome of friendly efficiency and caring humanity. A special mention to LYNN MELTEN for all her kindness, patience and professionalism. If she's not the manager already, then she should be! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and quiet, with a regular and dependable shuttle service to the airport.

Great facilities, big hotel. Disappointed that half of the gym equipment didn't work and there was no fridge in the room.
