Nice layout, Breakfast a bit sparce little options and not attended to ensure quantity of hot food was available. Bar area was okay, several tables were a mess with previous patrons drinks spilled and food not cleared properly. Bar staff were busy chatting to each other for long time before getting served.

Clean but smaller, basic room, 3" mattress, single hard chair, very limited space. Conveniently located with a free airport shuttle and an on-site restaurant with very limited options. At this price, don't expect luxury.

The booking process was easy, as was the check-in. Upon arrival the interior of the reception and downstairs was smart and modern, unfortunately the escalator was out of service however the lift was operational. The corridors to the rooms and the rooms themselves were a little tired, mid 2000s style decor. Some USB charging in the room would have been appreciated however the room itself was presentable and clean. Very quiet.

I had a wonderful stay, didn't know the room had a bathtub, that was an amazing surprise! I could relax a lot. The mini fridge is super handy, 4 pillows on the bed, very comfortable. The staff was super nice too, I don't remember your name but the receptionist that made my check-in was super friendly and helpful, thank you!

Waiting at Schipol Airport for the shuttle bus was not what I was hoping for. Disorganised and frustrating, as there was one bus that filled within minutes. The next bus, people boarded at a slightly different location and it drove past us waiting at the previous location slightly further along. That was very frustrating. In the end I got a taxi (Eu35) as I was so tired, the taxi driver mentioned the shuttle bus but i told him i had missed two. A better system needs to be organised for the shuttle bus pickup.

Great stay at this airport hotel. Great location with view across to the airport where my granddaughters could see planes taking off and landing in the distance. Convenient for the bus station a short walk away or extremely easy to get the free shuttle to the airport to catch the train into the city centre. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and our stay was better than expected for our budget. Would definitely stay again.

It was only for one night but it is a nice hotel for short term as the rooms are a little small if you have 3 suitcases. but it served its purpose

well located, very close to the bus station with easy access to city centre, added bonus of free shuttle to the airport. breakfast was alright, i loved the watermelon which was fresh and sweet, the availability of chocolate sprinkles and variety of jams
