The hotel has a perfect location, the free shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and the ride is only 7 minutes, the price is excellent, and the basic but perfectly adequate breakfast was just great. But what makes it special and I would like to thank Stany and Priscilla for their kind attention to my messages and for their assistance in providing the lobby fridge for my medication. This was my second stay at the Ibis Budget Amsterdam Airport. Service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. The reception staff helped me promptly with an issue which arose, and check-out was very easy. I’d gladly stay again, and likely will when I return in a few months.

Good helpful reception people. The room was small but of good quality. It would be nice if a hair dryer is included in the room.
