Ordered with the wrong dates. When I did the ordering of the hotel stay, I changed the dates to the dates when I was going to stay there. But when I received the confirmation, the dates was from the date I did the order. I completely understand it if you choose not to believe me when I say that I am confident that I changed the dates, when ordering. But if I am correct, and it was an system error, that made the wrong date come up. Maybe it is a good idea to make it easier for us clients to change this afterwards. The personnel did get it changed, so this is a success-story. But it created "unnecessary amount of extra work". I would recommend changing the system, so this is easier to change these dates, in the future.

We stayed for three nights. Everything was pretty nice, we don't have any negative comment. The hotel is very well located, the free shuttle is very convenient for your transportations, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, there is always hot shower water and you can get free coffee anytime you like :)
