It was easy to book. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a very inconvenient mess. It should be more organized and people should have been given instructions on how to line up. Instead, it was purely chaos! If wasn’t for the shuttle, I would surely give a 10.

Only two points - the advance check in didnt help, we still had to wait at the desk for check in procedures that took a while, and the shuttle stood at Ibis Hotel for more than 5 minutes before moving on to Ibis Budget. At 11pm people are keen to get to sleep, so the delay is hard to justify
