A great one night stay

Called the hotel (but got the general reservation line) to make a reservation for a disabled room (which one cannot book online); agent had to find out if the room was free by calling the hotel directly (i thought i did with the number on the website). Took some time, but finally received the confirmation by mail. At night we arrived at the hotel, but they could not directly find my reservation. Strange situation; so as an Accor member i check my account, which did include the reservation and I showed that to them, but still they could not find it. Finally after checking another (?) system, they found it and I received the room key. I would at that moment appreciate it if me and my wife (in wheelchair) would get anything to drink during the waiting time. We did get a voucher for coffee/thee, but it seems that every accor-member got that standard (note; just for 1 cup). The room looked quit ok in the first place, but the room does not complete close (seals worn i think) as there was some audible noise from the nearby highway (despite that the window was closed). In the morning I wanted to ventilate the room, but the window cannot be put partly open (no hook or so), so it is was either closed or fully open. The 'adapted bathroom' did have a shower seat, but the sitting part was put together with duct-tape... It not only did not look fresh/clean, but I also made me doubt if it would hold (and my wife is not heavy). So unfortunately she did not take a shower before our 11 hour flight.

I booked this hotel due to staying in an IBIS Budget in Orly France. It was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only minor issues I had were: -At Schipol airport the bus schedule was noted from October so I wasn't sure it was the same for November when I was there. -the IBIS shuttle was late (which can happen I understand) but the driver who was a female was very rude and screaming at us to hurry up because she's late as it was our fault. There were alot of seniors for this bus and there were no assistance at least. Then at the first drop off at IBIS, the seniors were coming out and she still was being impatient that she closed the door while some were still disembarking and almost sped off with persons still in the bus to come out. The rest of us for Budget and even the concierge at IBIS waved her down to stop and she was annoyed. Nonetheless I would still stay at IBIS.

I did the park sleep fly and the staff is friendly, shuttle worked perfect for me, room was clean and a good bed.
