Pleased with the hotel. Nice room & facilities. Good communication from Staff Only negative was the transport was not as good as the timetable suggested.

Ordered with the wrong dates. When I did the ordering of the hotel stay, I changed the dates to the dates when I was going to stay there. But when I received the confirmation, the dates was from the date I did the order. I completely understand it if you choose not to believe me when I say that I am confident that I changed the dates, when ordering. But if I am correct, and it was an system error, that made the wrong date come up. Maybe it is a good idea to make it easier for us clients to change this afterwards. The personnel did get it changed, so this is a success-story. But it created "unnecessary amount of extra work". I would recommend changing the system, so this is easier to change these dates, in the future.
