I had to take a taxi as my flight got in later than the shuttle runs. My plan was to leave my luggage at the hotel while I explored the city during a layover. The location isn’t really convenient for that. I ended up storing my luggage at the airport and taking public transportation. I informed the front desk that there was black mold in the shower. They were rather non responsive to me. Not even an attempt to make things right. Kind of disappointing. I would say the customer service was definitely lacking from my experience checking in and checking out with different staff. I would not stay there again.
