Good points: The location suited our group and the fixtures and furnishings were reasonable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Bad Points: The beds were terrible. The bar is not always staffed and it can be difficult to get served. I've stayed in much better quality hotels and have paid less. It's more of a 3 star than a 4 star. also, when I arrived home, when disposing of my receipt, I realized that I've actually been given a print out of all of the hotels customer transactions instead. probably shouldn't be giving that out to customers...

Just for information purposes, the hotel is far from the center 45min and you will have to take a bus to go to the center near the museums areas and then take a tram. If you have activities close to each other in time and you want to go back to the hotel it will take at least 2hours. We had a great stay, the hotel is sure old and it can be seen in the rooms. We had light who weren’t working ( but we only came home to sleep so we didn’t bother telling staff members). But overall we had a good stay.
