Run down and depressing. Unreliable restaurant service.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I stayed there about 10 years ago and was surprised to see that it that the rooms haven't been renovated over this time. So it is all a bit sad and run down. The corridors are particularly shabby looking and as you have to walk down some very long corridors to get to some rooms, this is noticeable. Moreover, the Sunday night we went the kitchen wasn't open due to staff shortages, so all they could provide was a very poor looking Pizza. In the end we ordered a take away and used some plates and cutlery from the hotel, but it ended up being a rather late evening. What is really upsetting is that we asked about the restaurant on check-in and were told it was open between 18:00-21:00. If we had been properly informed we could have planned better. Note that there are no other nearby restaurants. The car park is quite expensive at 25 Euro, considering that the hotels is located a long way out of the city centre. So I won't be repeating my stay at this hotel.

We just stayed for a day in that hotel. Just 20 minutes drive from the Schiphol Amsterdam Airport. Very nice rooms and just ideal for an overnight stay. Only disappointment was the lady waiter at lunch that was so unfriendly not helpful at all and really unhappy. Luckily we met Karim in the evening shift that is such a great very friendly and really so efficient in his job! Thank you Karim!

No shuttle from the airport, no 24 hours room service as written on the website. from 9PM, an automatic machine will provide food and drink. Not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel, really disappointed

- Room was clean, well presented and comfortable - Check in process was >30 minutes, but I believe this was due to an issue with card machines - Security payment has still not been cancelled (7 days after my stay), meaning it is still deducted from my balance - Prices for food, drinks and in-house shop were expensive - Staff were very nice and made you feel at easy - Bar area has a nice atmosphere - Close proximity to the airport

Hotel is quite convenient. However, it needs some serious renovation and additional staff. Check in took far too long, one person only on reception with a big queue, the computer was playing up and one person from my group was still waiting to check in half an hour after arrival. There were no tables in the restaurant so we were put in the bar. The access to the rooms is not good - the rooms themselves were quite delapidated, although the bed was comfortable. We were charged bed and breakfast but no breakfast was available at the time we left, which was around 06.15
