The hotel is nice and clean with good staff but the heating system is appalling and doesn't work well, my room (and several of my colleagues rooms) were freezing and eventually were supplied with electric heaters. We also had issues at the bar & restaurant which couldn't cater for 20 of us on one evening. Also on several occasions we were ushered out of the bar at 10:30 in the evening due to staff shortages.

Regarding the bar and restaurant, we regret that we were not able to accommodate a group of 20 without prior notice. To provide quality service, large groups require advance arrangements—especially on evenings with limited staffing. Being required to close the bar earlier than usual is not our standard, and we apologize for the impact this had on your experience. Nice stay overall The hotel is about twenty minutes from the city centre by bus and is quite well connected The rooms are decent and suitable for short stays. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, even though there are several options, I found it a pity that some products lacked a bit of quality in my opinion. However, it didn’t stop me from enjoying it The staff is also quite friendly

The location was convenient, about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center, but I had a few issues: 1. The room was extremely cold. Even with the thermostat turned all the way up, it was quite uncomfortable. The receptionists kindly provided an extra duvet when I requested one, but it still remained quite chilly. 2. The WiFi was terrible. It didn’t work on any of my devices, which was very inconvenient and a massive nuisance. 3. After a cold afternoon outside, I wanted to make a cup of tea when I got back to my room, but there was no milk and only two small sachets of sugar. When I asked at reception, they said they either didn’t have any milk or they don’t give it (I can’t remember which). I ended up having to go to a nearby petrol station to buy milk. It’s hard to understand how they can’t provide such a basic amenity. Aside from that, the room was okay, and the hotel looked decent, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Certainly my worst experience in an hotel for a while. Arrived at 9:30 PM, had to wait 10 min for the checking as the operator was busy opening the car park barrier manually by pickup the phone for the 30 cars of the people that had the convention / dinner that day. Then accessing the room which was not more than 18°C.. with heating system that did not work properly very low wind flow and temp max 23°C. The hair dryer in the bathroom would do a better job. Worked from room in the morning for 2 hours and had to leave at 10AM as my hands were frozen. Not to mention the bulb light of desk lamp was not working..

My fully paid in advance room, booked for two days was handed over to other customer without any notice from staff. Can not recommend this one.
