The hotel is good. Staff on the front desk works fast but the room was quite cold. The bathroom don’t have heating and the floors were freezing cold.

Old place, no status recognition. Better hotels around

The welcome and attentive service provided by the in-house team was truly exceptional. I have written an email to the hotel itself and hope that it will be conveyed to the four lovely team-members who looked after me for six days in the snow..... Rather than posting a Google review or ticking boxes on the Accor website, I wanted to write to you personally to say how very much I appreciated being looked after by you and your dignified, good-humoured, cheerful and attentive team-of-four. I never got to know their names. For instance, as soon as I checked in and mentioned that my suitcase was at the airport, I was immediately offered toothbrush and toothpaste. A day or so later I commented that the room was rather chilly, and was offered a Dimplex that was delivered immediately. And so it went on... As there are only 4 in the front-desk team, those same faces became familiar on a daily basis. That's very reassuring. The same applies to the cheery cleaning team. All of you speak excellent English and your all-round professionalism made my unwanted sojourn a lot easier to bear. In the past I have usually stayed at the airport Ibis, but nowadays find it is too big and impersonal, with 'faceless' staff. That cannot be said of the five of you!! I hope you can pass these comments 'up the management chain'. Please convey to your team my good wishes and thanks for looking after me in room no. 159.....

Horrible experience. Canceling a room through their service via Booking was extremely frustrating. I strongly do not recommend this company—they treated their client unfairly and offered no proper support.
