Stayed for 2 nights. Only thing i can really say is that there were two single beds instead of one double bed which was quite inconvienient for a couples getaway. Other than that perfect. Free transport from airport to the hotel’s main door. -€5 euros for a transfer to the airport. Busstop was 2 mins walk away from the hotel which is very handy as bus leaves you right in the centre of Amsterdam. Beside the hotel there is a petrol station with a small shop which is handy for late night snacks or necessary items. Overall had a great stay and staff and service were brilliant. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

dear Hotel manager I must say I was extremely disappointed that I did not get what I booked. I made my booking through booking.com and I chose to upgrade to a suite where it said."lake view" this was the only reason I made this upgrade as I am quite familiar with hotels , being General manager at multiple hotels in the past. this was what could have made the difference. the disapontment was even higher when I went to talk to the receptionist on Thursday morning asking for where the lake was , as I had been looking at highway and parkinglot so far...the woman in the reception looked strange at me and then to the computer and said ..hmm this have happened before and this was something that was wrong at booking.com....she told me there were different suites that had privilege status that was all on the lake side. I replied that ..hm I had a big sign outside my room saying privilege?? I were in room 138... she just replied that it was not the same..i explained that I was extremely disappointed that I did not get what I ordered. my company also have (I found that out now) a company rate way lower then I payed at booking.com and I feel that this could have been mentioned as well. I delivered my Bayer business card to make sure I got the correct company name on the invoice so this was something that was super clear...I was in your hotel at business as I attended BSI Internal audit training. I did not get any offer to switch room or lower the rate...no compensation I even said I be happy yo post pictures in my travel blog and at booking.com that showed the "lake view"(aka parking lot) she did however tell me she would make sure booking.com corrected the text that all suites have lake view. I found this very far from customer friendly and I feel the whole experience could have been fixed so much better since I now have a really bad impression. the restaurant was filled with friendly staff. I hope you read this and make sure things like this doeas not happen again :( and maybe teach your front office staff to correct and compensate when damage already is done, cause then I could still have a very positive impression. looking forward to hear from you. Everything was wonderful except that my room did not have a channel changer for the TV. Also, the window was open when I came into the room and had to get on a chair to close it.

As we arrive we thought that we must pay only 11 euro (city tax extra) but we paid 28 euro instead. This wasnt indicated in the reservation. And the reception staff insisted that this was our mistake and that we didnt read it well. Well, IT WAS NOT WRITTEN So , 140 + 28 = 170 euro for 2 nights We could book the best hotel in the center of Amsterdam with this budget. - some Noise - they cannot even make our food warm, they said it's not hygienic for the hotel lol -more than 40 mn to center with public transport. +Good curtains , only positive thing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and my brother and his partner. Room was very clean and spacious bed was huge! Bathroom was spotless although the tap was a little loose and the door didnt close properly but it was no problem. Just outside the centre but cheap enough to get the bus or uber into town. Would recommend. Thank you

The Hotel does not give to guest the 4 stars servides as anounced. Cleaning is below starndard; Equipments are bellow standard among other bad servides.
