Pillows weren’t even pillows, I asked for more and that didn’t help!

From front desk to room cleaner, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, whist the unusual bathroom provided everything required. My only complaint would be that the food would only get a 5 out of 10 from me. Due to the hotel's situation there is no alternative place to dine in the evening. I can't believe anyone would eat there if there was a reasonable restaurant nearby. However, I was satisfied with the service and comfort.

Stay was fine, just disliked the sound isolation. A lot of noise from outside (hallway mostly)

The only issues. Strange not to have any drink facility in Room Coffee etc, Also TV Channels unavailable (BBC 1 andBBC2) I noticed other channels unavailable.
