Our daily housekeeping is standard to ensure comfort, but we regret the disturbance during your check-out day, this is definitely not the experience we aim to provide. First and most important, please accept our sincere apologies for the manner in which your request was handled at reception. The behavior you described is not in line with our service standards or values, and we regret that you were made feel uncomfortable or disrespected. We would also like to clarify that both for sanitary and food safety reasons, we are unfortunately not permitted to store any food items brought in from outside. The only exception to this policy is the storage of medicines, which we are always able to accommodate when needed. That being said, this policy in no way changes or justifies the behavior you encountered, and your request should have then been declined in a respectful, empathetic, and professional manner. Please be assured that we take this matter very seriously. We have already reached out to you by email in order to look further into this situation and address it appropriately with our team, so that such an incident does not occur again.
