My stay at this hotel was really excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly staff who were always ready to help with anything, whether I needed advice or any kind of assistance. I felt welcome and comfortable the entire time. The food was fantastic, everything I tried was really delicious. The menu was varied, so there was something for everyone.Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and both breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The hotel is in a great location, quiet and pleasant, with excellent connections to public transport. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed within reach. The whole hotel has a nice, relaxing atmosphere, which is really great when you are there on business. They are very flexible, during my stay they even made me coffee at 5 a.m., even though it’s not normally served that early, which suited me perfectly since I had to leave the hotel by 6 a.m. for work.Overall, my stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, excellent food, and a convenient location make this hotel highly recommendable. I would definitely return for both business and private stays.

Cleaners were quite rude, I had 2 other guests trying to get into my room at 10pm- not well organised. Lift was also not working properly for the majority of the stay. I was confused as to why my brothers room was not cleaned for multiple days, and when asking the cleaner if they could tend to the room the staff were extremely rude and refused. I was however impressed with a young male that worked around the bar/shop area, he was very friendly and accommodating.

- when we arrived at reception we were provided no information on transport around the area or on restaurants or shopping places like some other guests did during their check in. - no kettle in the room, this was a big inconvenience as we were not aware of this. - One day we asked house keeping for fresh towels after putting out our clean my room tag and being out for several hours and returned to a still dirty room and proceeded to wait around an hour and a half for them to give us fresh towels. - we also upon booking where not made aware of the city tax which was a shock to us both upon check in - our experience was overall good the room was clean and staff where friendly

Good hotel with a great room. Just wish it had been a bit closer to the centre. Easy to get Ubers tho so not too much trouble
