The hotel is excellent. I received an extremely friendly welcome at the reception. However, the self check‑in was annoying and took longer than expected. There were three staff members at the front desk who could have completed the check‑in much faster than I did myself, and I believe older guests might struggle with this system. For a hotel of this category, I would actually expect a staff‑assisted check‑in. As a hotelier myself, I truly appreciated that when I had an issue with the air conditioning, I was immediately moved to another room, and I even received two follow‑up calls to check if everything was fine. The rooms were very well furnished and extremely clean. For my personal preference, the mattresses were too soft and the topper was a bit too much. I encountered several housekeeping staff members during my stay, and although I always greeted them politely, none of them responded — that should not happen. Overall, I would gladly return.

Checking in was difficult due to new automatic screens which were not working and did not recognise pre-payment through a corporate booking. Pre-payment seems an issue for many guests at this hotel. The restaurant no longer opens in the evening, which is not helpful when busy.
