Positive points - daytime reception staff excellent. Breakfast reasonably priced with good variety. Hotel clean. Negative points our room was ridiculously small for what we paid. We could hardly walk around our small beds without hitting the tv on the wall in front. The room was worthy of three stars at the most and certainly not worth the price we paid. As tourists visiting the city the location was very very disappointing. I would not recommend it to any friends visiting as tourists to Amsterdam. Not walking distance from central Amsterdam so far from restaurants museums canals etc. This should be made crystal clear in your reviews. Finally there is not even the slightly effort to accommodate tourists who have travelled on eight hr flights plus to check in pre three o’clock and your reception area is the size of a postage stamp. Was so happy to leave and join friends who were staying at the Amsterdam Marriott which IS centrally located.

Great location next to the train station with easy access to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and there is a wide choice for breakfast. The only thing I would improve is clearer information on how to connect to the Wi‑Fi, available immediately in the room, as it took me a while to find this information

No refill for the water

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Sloterdijk Station, which made exploring Amsterdam very easy. There is also a 24-hour mini market nearby, which was super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a great choice for staying in Amsterdam!
