Well located, but not much more to offer

We stayed with 4 different Accor properties on this trip and the longest at this hotel. We wish we hadn’t stayed here. Other than the location, ok rooms, and nice breakfast staff, it was disappointing. We were greeted on arrival by a grumpy gentleman who only became friendly when I asked about his holidays just to complain that he had to work. I always receive a gift and upgraded room at Accors and my membership wasn’t even acknowledged here. The wifi was useless. The breakfast was blah. It is sad because the other three hotels were good to amazing. Out keys stopped working on both rooms and the attendant was more concerned at pointing out if you put the key near your phone it won’t work, despite all the keys not working g and just apologizing. We won’t stay here again.

The hotel is very well located only 1 stop away by train to the city center. The stuff was great, always smiling and ready to answer to any request. The room was comfy enough to stay a few days and I have also to say that there was a very good breakfast. The overall experience was great with a very reasonable cost.
