During my stay from 10 to 14 August, I paid an additional charge to upgrade to a Privilege Room and was allocated Room 705. Unfortunately, the room did not meet the standard I reasonably expected from this category. It felt even smaller than a standard room, and the bed was positioned immediately next to the entrance door. As a result, noise from the corridor was clearly audible and significantly affected the comfort of my stay. Considering the additional amount paid for the upgrade, I do not believe the room provided the expected value or experience of a Privilege Room. I would therefore appreciate it if you could review the matter and advise how you propose to address my dissatisfaction. I look forward to your response.
