Its rare the time I stayed in the Hotel that there is not mess with invoicing and payments. Definitely a guest wants to arrive, stay and leave without problems and this is not the case. It was last time for sure I stayed in this Hotel

The hotel has been better. Now the prices are getting higher and quality decreased.

Very good. Very confortable and modern rooms. Parking and bikes to rent. The rooms were clean. And we had everything we needed in the rooms. We will certainly come back. Nice ride with the bike until the center of the city .

Good connection to city centre and airport, clean hotel and nice staff! Additionally you can request (paid) late check-out and different breakfast options. Too bad that the coupons for not needing to clean the room everyday cannot be used for breakfast.

I was unable to check-in early (I asked for a 10am check-in) but as some sort of compensation I was able to join breakfast! When having breakfast the reception I received from the staff there was so war mand friendly and nothing was too much of a bother for them. The reception staff were always so helpful and the restaurant staff were amazing. Thank you.

We stayed for two nights and had two great night sleeps The room was large. It had 1 queen and 2 single beds. Plenty of room for our luggage. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English very well. We had breakfast there both mornings at it was fantastic. The train station was right next door so it was easy to get to our next destination

I loved staying at the Mercure Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. The hotel had great facilities and the staff were particularly awesome! I really would like to thank two amazing staff, Kim and Avalon, who made my stay very memorable. I got the hotel and a very good price too. I look forward to staying there again!
