The hotel is excellent. I received an extremely friendly welcome at the reception. However, the self check‑in was annoying and took longer than expected. There were three staff members at the front desk who could have completed the check‑in much faster than I did myself, and I believe older guests might struggle with this system. For a hotel of this category, I would actually expect a staff‑assisted check‑in. As a hotelier myself, I truly appreciated that when I had an issue with the air conditioning, I was immediately moved to another room, and I even received two follow‑up calls to check if everything was fine. The rooms were very well furnished and extremely clean. For my personal preference, the mattresses were too soft and the topper was a bit too much. I encountered several housekeeping staff members during my stay, and although I always greeted them politely, none of them responded — that should not happen. Overall, I would gladly return.

Stayed at this Hotel before. It's comfortable and well appointed, and parking is reasonable for Amsterdam. Was disappointed that the sky bar has been closed. Our room on this trip was quiet but did not have a great view, next time I'll ask for one that does. The only minor problem was that it was impossible to turn subtitles off on the TV.

It was wonderful experience during my stay in the hotel and all front staff are very kind and helpful . Initially I have booked this hotel for two days but considering location and hotel staff service I extended two days stay more in the hotel.
