I really liked my stay. The room was good and smartly constructed, with spaces for luggage, clothes, personal belongings, etc. The wifi quality was good and the TV was new enough to stream content from my phone. The amenities were easy to use. The toiletry quality was good too. The only downside was the lack of a water kettle in the room. We wen't downstairs into the breakfast/lounge area to have unlimited access to tea and coffee instead, and this area has a view of the ice skating ring next door, so it was a cool replacement for in-room tea. The breakfast options were good apart from not having any meat apart from ham slices.

Friendly and helpful staff, the family room we had booked was a good size for the 4 of us with the unusual bonus of overlooking the local ice rink. Hotel location was a short walk to the train station and only a short journey to Amsterdam central.
