Checked-in on 27th Nov with my family for their first BKK trip and for my belated birthday trip. Was attended by Pear at the check-in counter and to my surprised she remembered me from my last few stays. She was warm and welcoming over the next few days whenever we cross paths in the lobby. And so does everyone else of your team members - including the housekeepers and the Vue team upstairs. Definitely my first choice of lodging when I come for a visit to BKK.
