I’ve stayed at ibis Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 three times so far, and I absolutely love this hotel. It’s incredibly clean, well-maintained, and very quiet — perfect for business trips. The breakfast selection is good. The location is ideal too — just a short walk to Phrom Phong BTS Station, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also super convenient for shopping, as The Emporium is right nearby. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Bangkok!

Value for money accommodation given the location and room. Stayed here multiple times and while rooms are on the smaller side they are very functional. My feedback for improvement: 1. Room could use an extra ceiling light. It’s a bit too dim at night or when we choose not to draw the curtain. For ladies it’s hard to have good lighting for makeup. 2. I’m not sure if you are trialing new pillows but the pillows during my latest stay (room 1516) was way too high but firmness was good. Whereas the pillows from my previous stays here were too soft. 3. Welcome fruits for gold members are miserable. Does not look enticing at all and I don’t feel like eating them. I’ve skipped twice now. 4. Toilets could use more counter space. Not much space to put things around

Location is very good. Next to shopping malls and BTS. There is 7-11 at the ground floor. There are many bars, restaurants, cafes , massage places nearby. The room is not big but it's okay for me. Staffs are all friendly.
