This was my second time staying at this hotel. Just like my previous stay, I was able to enjoy a comfortable time in Bangkok thanks to its very convenient location. What was disappointing this time was that I left my glasses in the room on the last day, but they were never found. I was wearing them until just before departure, then changed to contact lenses and checked out. After returning home, I realized that my glasses were not inside the glasses case. They were very important glasses given to me by my family as a gift. I contacted the hotel immediately, but I was told that they had not been found. I am absolutely certain that I left it to the room. It is very disappointing that the cleaning staff do not appear to have been properly trained.

Overall stay was very good. Staff is awesome and welcoming. Had requested early morning check in and they were very accomodating. Stayed at this property for the convinience and location and love it. Will come back again.
