Just finished a 5 night stay from November 5 - 10. Probably the 5th time we have stayed here. Everybody is real helpful and friendly, housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean. We especially like O and Ying in the lobby cafe. My wife likes the Tiramasu too much.

The room was clean. The house keeping K.Aoi Riyawan did a wonderul job cleaning and preparing the room. I’ve been staying here for almost 2 weeks and the cleanliness is exceptional. The food was great. The breakfast is well-prepared together with the dinner at Kitchen restaurant.

Very good location hotel, walking distance from BTS and there is high end shops mall in front of hotel, also 1 convenient store next to lobby. Room is compact and comfortable. Bathroom total difference from other ibis hotel. Rooftop bar is great view and reasonable price. But the knowledge about membership at reception can be improved. I am Accor Plus member and sign food bill to my room charge, when I ask for points to be credit, the lady at front desk refused immediately. Strange policy. I recommend to ensure with staff before order the meal.

Ibis Sukhumvit 24 is our go-to hotel in Bangkok as it is extremely conveniently located. We've stayed in this hotel for many times and sometimes on birthdays or anniversaries. We celebrated birthday in May this year and this time again in November. The birthday decorations are different which was a surprise to us! Thank you Ibis for accommodating our requests.
