Happy: -the smart TV connection to laptop worked Disappointed: -There was a problem with the credit card payment on the App, it worked on the laptop browser. -slow check in -no water or wine glasses in minibar (only in bathroom)(and couldn't get cause room service closed when I called at 11pm; no one from front desk offered to bring either) -no bathrobe -breakfast should be included in more online rates, including red hot rooms, for no more than 300THB net extra. I stayed for a few months at Mercure and had an enjoyable experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its best features, just steps away from BTS station and the shopping mall complex. The hotel felt brand new, with top-notch materials (bed, linen, pillows), and the housekeepers always held to a high standard to maintain the high quality. The housekeepers are also some of the friendliest staff in the hotel -they deserve a raise-. Hotel facilities, such as gym, swimming pool, and office area, are also convenient, although sometimes it felt a little bit cramped or crowded. Breakfast is always consistent, with a rotating menu and friendly staff. I couldn't find any flaws with the services, except that, regretfully, despite staying for many months, none of my stays are attributed to my Accor account for one reason or another.

There're some dirt in room. I was told at check in that they dont' clean the room everyday or only when requested, which quite understandable but the tissue and amenities should have been provided sufficiently for the whole stay not just 1 night. Everything has to be requested. But anyway, breakfast was great as always.

Located in superb area nearby BTS and Dept store. Need to improve the "friedge" as its quality is unsatisfied. (Not chilled!). Also, bad lound noise experienced from guess (Indian?) in the next room at night

Reservation ID: LFZSCZXD Guest name: EUNHUI K. Check-in date: 25/03/2022 Check-out date: 27/03/2022 The reservation confirmation I received stated that total amount to be charged was 6027.99 THB. This includes room, airport transportation, PCR test fee and taxes. However, my credit card (Visa card ending with 0950) was charged 8035.86 THB. When I checked out, I was told that 2000 THB would be returned to me within 45 days. 45 days??? Can you explain to me why it would take so long? Can you explain to me why I was overcharged 2000 THB in the first place? Thank you.

Check in at 15.00 PM still don’t get the room

We came for Checkin at 15.00 hrs no room and man at front desk said please come back another 1 hour then we went to Shopping and back again on 16.00 hrs room still not ready as per Check in time at 14.00 hrs

I have stayed at the Mercure Sukhumvit several times and the overall experience has always been very good. The hotel is very well located closed to the Phon Prong BTS and is walkable to the BTS station (less than 5 mins). Staff are very courteous and friendly and many times have upgraded me to a high room category and also provided early check in and late check out. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of choice and very friendly staff. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

This stay I used voucher for free night, the services were dropped compared to last year, cleanliness failed - I found used shower cap in the bathroom.

6th Stay in a good-location hotel

We always choose for long stay between 5th and 12th February 2022 in this hotel because of location, closing to 2 big department store and BTS (Sky Train) that I can easily go to work and find out foods surrounding with the hotel. But, in this time, we were disappointed on the service especially a room upgrade based on one of Accor Platinum Benefits. We understood that there was no suite room available on 5th of February 2022, but 6th Feb 2022 onwards there were plentiful availabilities. Your staff, Ms. Angkhana, just kept silent and did not offer a better choice to guests, until we had to ask for a room upgrade. She promised to follow up and we contacted us on 6th Feb 2022 until either 14:00 or 16:00 hrs. No one contacted us and we must call and follow up by ourselves. If you look through your company record in the last year, you might see we are a big fan of your hotel as following. 26th - 29th Sep 2021 (3 Nights) 3th - 12th Jul 2021 (9 Nights) 12th - 19th Jun 2021 (7 Nights) 26th - 28th Feb 2021 (2 Nights) We think that the hotel must provide a service excellent courses to your reservation and front-desk staffs. If you keep silent, there is no meaning to collect nights and points to maintain a status of ALL Accor Platinum. Moreover, for the promotion with a KTC credit card, we got a very difficulty to contact your call center 02… (No one picks up a phone), please kindly improve and provide a clear explanation that guests must contact via e-mail only.
