I love the room service. The room service staff - Tang is very meticulous, thoughtful. He / she helped me to hang the washed gym attires by providing extra hangers. I love the rolled towel on the table. So cute and creative. It brighten my day. Thank you, Tang!

Great location. Good Price good. Good pool, has good bar at the pool. Buffet ok, needs a little kick, maybe little more western food. Service , good! Friendly staff, professional. Room service good. Ladda took care of me & son well. Thank you. Deposit is 500bht a night . Make sure you have bht. They do not except US Dollar. overall happy.

The service at Mercure was great. The rooms are well kept, but the amenities are very simple (almost none). Location was very convenient and there was a 7-11 within the hotel complex which was great.
