Another exceptional stay at Mercure Sukhumvit 24. As an Accor Diamond member, I am always well looked after here, but this stay truly stood out. I have stayed more than 10 times over the years and the consistency of service keeps bringing me back. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and personal, including a lovely personalised message on the mirror and genuine greetings from staff and management throughout the stay. The complimentary suite upgrade was very much appreciated and made the experience even more special. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the bed was extremely comfy, breakfast was generous with a great buffet selection, and the rooftop bar is always a highlight with beautiful views and a great atmosphere. The location is fantastic and extremely convenient, right next to the BTS and within walking distance to great shopping, dining, and everything Sukhumvit has to offer. A special thank you to Wisut, Billy, Tik, Kwang, and the entire team for making me feel so welcomed and remembered every time. This hotel truly understands loyalty and hospitality. Highly recommended and already looking forward to my next stay.

The staffs are always warm, helpful and kind including the housekeeping staffs. The hotel also conveniently located within arm-stretch to MRT station and major malls. This hotel is always my choice whenever we visited Bangkok. The staff is sweet and found a suprise on our bed when we return to our room from a tired day out. Once again, my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff that make our stay always a pleasant pne ❤️❤️❤️

Reasonable quality vs price ratio. Hotel is well-located and mostly well-maintained. The hotel has compact but clean rooms. Pool is on the top floor and well kept. Fitness centre is acceptable but not great. Breakfast has fairly large variety and appreciated some items rotating so not all the same every day. Could have been stronger on fresh fruit and juices (mainly ready made juices). Service at breakfast was a bit slow and staff left tables dirty for a long time. Rooms were ok, main annoyance is that the door really has to be pulled hard to close. If not it will stay open and beep constantly. Same when leaving room and that was the same for all rooms resulting in some room always not being properly closed and beeping (so both safety for the ones who did not close the room and annoying noise for everyone). Staff were overall friendly, we had some issues during the stay but staff worked well to solve it and it showed that they genuinely seemed to care to get things fixed.
