The staffs are always warm, helpful and kind including the housekeeping staffs. The hotel also conveniently located within arm-stretch to MRT station and major malls. This hotel is always my choice whenever we visited Bangkok. The staff is sweet and found a suprise on our bed when we return to our room from a tired day out. Once again, my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff that make our stay always a pleasant pne ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed four nights over New Year and had a great experience. The New Year’s Eve rooftop event was excellent. Perfect location, clean room with a great view, and good service and breakfast buffet. Special thanks to Eve for the lovely birthday greeting and the small pastry.

The hotel was located around malls, restaurants and massage parlours. The breakfast was quite yummy aswell! Our house keeper Ms. Rita was very prompt, helpful and hospitable. She also made the most adorable towel animals for us 🥰
