The service at the hotel was excellent, particularly from the managers and the entire restaurant team during breakfast. Housekeeping also functioned smoothly and efficiently, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive and considerate. The Accor membership benefits were properly acknowledged and handled with great care, which I also truly appreciate. The location is very good for shopping, thanks to the nearby shopping centres.

I have comfort stay and very friendly staff hospitality. Only the pillow is too soft for me, and it’s too thick if I double it. The water shower pressure also slow.

Hotel location is nearby Emporium shopping mall and Phrom Phong station. Clean bathroom and great hospitality from the staffs. Breakfast could be better if you add more local delicacy choices though.

Not a good experience this time. This is my 2nd stay with this hotel and my longest stay for 7 nights. I wasn’t given a room upgrade with my platinum membership when I check in but the staff told me they will upgrade me when the rooms are available. However for the entire 7 nights, no upgrade was offered. The mini bar offers complimentary soft drinks but was also not replenish daily and staff did not inform me about the complimentary soft drinks at all till I saw the label on the fridge. Very bad experience this time. Breakfast was very limited as usual and the coffee and the lobby lounge was very bad.
