Nice hotel not far off Sukhumvit, near to the BTS. Beautiful reception and rooftop pool. My room had a good view of the centre of Bangkok. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Overall stay was so so only. Location a bit far off from BTS and would definitely need to improve on the housekeeping. Hotel is pretty new but room is not well maintained. Also, need improvement on the breakfast. Selection not great, pancake, waffles, French toast are undercooked most days (I stayed 6 days). Staff are not well trained, cannot even understand simple English how we want the food to be done.

I am a regular guest at this hotel and developed some habits over time. The venue is great, but the staff makes it exceptional. Door, reception, housekeeping, restaurant, sky bar: everyone, everywhere is providing a discreet and efficient service. I particularly enjoy the breakfast buffet for the classics I like and the diversity on offer for various tastes and cultures. The Sky bar is great for chilling out after a work day.

Hotel stay was good, we got a connecting room and the bed was comfortable. The room lighting was a bit dim though so it would be good if it is brighter. The bathtub was too high and it would be good if there is a stool to step on. On the overall, the staffs were friendly and approachable. The place is in between 2 BTS stations. Very convenient

I am a regular guest and the service is always friendly and efficient. One problem I faced this time was a delayed result for my Test & Go. I requested express result by email before arrival and also on check-out but had to wait almost 24 Hours and I even called the hospital myself. Other Hotel services were fine.

1. The room service, reception, and all other hotel call lines are never answered by the hotel staff. 2. Buffet food is average - it would be nice to have a protein like chicken/fish dishes (fish in butter sauce, chicken kiev, etc) for breakfast. 3. No fresh juice in the breakfast buffet. The refill service is very slow. Had to wait like 30 mins to get a waffle. The hotel is located in a good area. The staff is courteous if you can get a hold of them.

Check-in, check-out very efficient Deluxe room is very specious, clean, quiet, good sleep. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Loved lattes and cappuccinos. Pool and pool area are clean with comfortable chairs. Roof top café always busy and need reservation. Gym is good size with enough equipment. ** Only problem I had was gym cleanliness. Not cleaned at all for 4 days. Seeing hair on the floor was discussing.** This is the only reason not giving perfect score.

All good! Staff, service and quality of property But i believe there is a room for improvement especially in F&B, put some more options in food! I was staying the whole week and had the same breakfast every morning.

Friendly, helpful welcoming staff, very nice comfortable modern room, spotlessly clean. Major shopping centres and restaurants bars in 7-10 walking, or shuttle fro the hotel runs til 8pm. Great buffet breakfast. Only 1 bottle of complementary water for 2 people in the room, and I ordered a dry gin martini at the lovely roof top bar, which was made with sweet martini, otherwise I would have given the hotel 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to call front desk few times in different hours but no one pick up the phone. Can’t even get through room service to order food on our first arrival of SHA accommodation.

Wonderful staff, facilities need some capital works

I stayed here for a fortnight. Firstly, the General Manager Denis is a great guy. He represents his hotel very openly and doesn't hide from feedback. Not does he ignore it. This perhaps, is the hotel's biggest asset. Sadly, Denis is leaving. I found that some of the facilities were badly in need of capital works. Very loudly bathroom in one suite and potentially hazardous in my opinion. The other suite I stayed in was great. The laundry staff were amazing and very diligent in their work. The female room service staff were cute, fun, sense of humour and very considerate. The food and beverage was just ok. Breakfast was invariably cold, as the chafing dishes were constantly left open. Trainees were commonly left unsupervised, couldn't speak English and found making an omelette difficult. Pans were not cleaned between egg dishes and were left sitting openly on benches. The food at night was ok, but orders were sometimes wrong or too spicy when no slice was requested. The bellboy staff were amazing and no request was ever too much. Always smiling, joking and having a bit of fun as well as being professional. The front desk staff were mostly wonderful, considerate and professional. I would say that the reception staff and one duty manager in particular need to understand that honesty with guests is ALWAYS the best policy. Because if you get caught out, the guest will usually leave with a bad taste in their mouth. Overall this was an above average experience. I find that managers such as Denis are rare and his mark on this hotel should not be understated. I also think the owner needs to revamp the guest rooms and suites and invest in training for managers and staff to make this a truly amazing experience.

We would like to especially thank front office manager Pongpan for making our stay so enjoyable. My husband says he has stayed at 30 Sukhumvit Hotels in the past 25 years and Novotel is one of the very best. We were there from Sept 26- 29. This was our 2nd stay and would book there again. Thanks to all the staff.
