It is always a pleasure to stay at Novotel 20 but I was a little disappointed with house keeping on this trip on at least two occasions I was not left with clean towels and had to request them

The room and corridor had a musty carpet smell, which was quite uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to the same room type, just on a higher floor.
The lounge experience was great, but other than that, I honestly didn’t find the hotel as extraordinary as what I had read in many other online reviews. Perhaps my expectations were just too high based on the hype.

I got an upgrade by one level to a suite as Platinum and regular customer from day 2. Also a nice welcome amenity. Breakfast and lounge cocktails had a large variety and was on a good level. Enjoyed also the swimming pool, which is well maintained. The only negative remark is, that only 2 bottles of drinking water were provided!

I booked using my Amex but was not able to pay by Amex. Very strange why this Novotel does not accept Amex payment. Anyway Was a great stay, great executive lounge. One thing need to improve is at specific time tutu should go to Soi 18 to pick up guest even though guest did not call.
