I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and was truly impressed beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. Every staff member from all departments was incredibly helpful, attentive to detail, and provided service with genuine professionalism. What made my stay even more memorable was that I booked during a special promotion, so the price was very reasonable — yet the quality of service and comfort far exceeded what I expected. The room was clean, fully equipped with amenities, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing throughout my stay. I sincerely appreciate and thank the entire team for making this stay such a wonderful experience. I will definitely return again in the future.

The room was amazing! So clean and comfortable, all the staffs were lively and welcoming and the rooftop was impressive, I love it, this hotel will be my first choice for next time in bkk for sure! I highly recommend for anyone who has destination to Thailand

We were a group of girls celebrating friends 50th birthday. The hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us rooms on the same floor which made it easier for us to go around. They also arrange one room for an early check in as one of the guest arrived much earlier. Dear & Natty were very kind to arrange a meeting room for us for an hour or so to have a small party for our friend. They also send us a complimentary cake for the birthday girl. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I would also recommend the hotel as its location is very convenient.
