The front desk staff are super helpful, especially Ae, Tum, Prae and Kasi literally made my day when I found the room was beautifully decorated for my birthday after check-in! They are really sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for everything! I will definitely pick this hotel when I am in BKK!

Really enjoyed my experience here. Only one night but the room was comfortable, pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The view from the rooftop was class especially whilst having a swim, the bar staff will bring you drinks to relax and enjoy. Access via the BTS was great and the coffee downstairs was delicious.

Plights TripAdvisor review

Stayed with my family at Mercure for 3 nights. Hotel is v convenient to go to everywhere due to the nearby mrt station. Surrounded by the EM shopping malls, one of which the newest Emsphere. Have had a pleasant bday surprise on my daughter's bday too.

Modern and cozy hotel and great location. Staff were courteous and helpful. Love the room design, very tasteful and size is adequate, enough room for 2-3 persons. Rooftop bar has a nice ambience. Right across is Emporium mall with lots of food choices and within the Em district complex (Emporium, Emsphere and Emquartier) all 3 malls connected to each other. There’s a Starbucks in front as well and a 711 right beside the hotel. Location cant be beat!
