Everything was perfect! Tang was very nice friendly and helpful! There’s nothing I can point to that would make the stay better. All the staff I talked to were incredibly friendly, so much so that I’ve never actually experienced that before. Tang stood out as being very friendly and nice!

This was my second time staying at Mercure Sukhumvit 24, I’ve enjoyed both of my stays immensely, the staff are professional and helpful and the room is immaculate with a great view. The roof top infinity pool is nothing short of amazing, don’t forget to bring your camera to take videos and pictures to amaze your friends back home. I will be checking in at the Ibis portion of the Hotel which seems to be managed by the same staff. The location is great, very near the Emporium, EM Sphere and EM Quartier, and the Sukhumvit Sky Train line from which you can access many key parts of Bangkok from. There is a 711 at ground level which is great to pickup a few things you might need and cheap food if you just want something quick and easy.

We enjoyed a lovely view above the noise and bustle of Bangkok. The Cocktails were delicious, as was the croquette app. And the mango sticky rice was delicious! 😋😋😋 Pond Min Pee O took great care of us. Highly recommend for an evening in Bangkok!

Good hotel but lousy customer service follow up

2nd time staying at this hotel for its excellent location and room cleanliness. The housekeeping staff K Yha did an excellent job in keeping the cleanliness in our room at top notch. The check in process is fast and efficient. Leaving the one star out due to the unpleasant booking process. I had made the reservation via the ALL app during a promotion that indicated 10X reward points. After the booking made, it clearly stated in my ALL app that the number of reward points I am entitled to is 10X the amount of the normal I am supposed to get. However, few weeks later the app revert the points to the normal amount instead without providing any valid reason. And when I wrote in to accor to ask for an explanation, the staff responded ridiculously asked me for any screenshot to proof for their investigation. Hello, who in the normal mentality would really screenshot the app. I mean seriously! Shouldn’t it have been an IT error or breach that your backend log details would have shown. After which, till date there is no more follow up to my query. For that, I am quite disappointed with the service reply provided.
