Shower Water Heater Problem

I have stayed 25th Floor for 2 time during October and December. The shower water heater is having problem. Even i turn to cold side, the water coming out is so hot. I cannot have a proper shower at all. Next time, please do not assign me 25th Floor again as i will coming in next month for at at this hotel again.

Modern Hotel Close to Phrom Phong BTS Station

This hotel is exceptionally clean and conveniently located near Phrom Phong BTS Station, making it easy to access EmSphere and other nearby shopping malls. It’s perfect for those looking to explore the area with ease. Sharing the building with both Mercure and Ibis, the Mercure rooms are situated on higher floors, offering better views and a more open atmosphere. However, I did have one disappointing experience. Due to my tight schedule, I couldn’t entrust my luggage to the doorman during check-in, nor could I provide a small tip. Remarkably, the doorman seemed to remember me at checkout three days later and chose to ignore me as I was leaving. Unfortunately, this left a lasting impression on my stay at the hotel. If I visit again, I’ll be sure to entrust my luggage to the doorman with both hands full.

3/12/24- Tuesday- I checked into the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. 9/12/24- Monday – On checking my Credit Card online at approximately 7.00am I discovered the Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 had charged my credit card an amount of $1,706.80 Australian Dollars plus the International Transaction Fee of $59.74 Australia Dollars. 9/12/24- Monday- I went to the reception at approximately 8.00am and queried what the amount was for. The staff at reception told me that the Hotel had not charged anything to my credit card. I then went back to my room and rang my credit card provider in Australia. My credit card provider told me that my card had been charged by Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. 9/12/24- Monday- I went back down to reception and met yourself. You informed me the Mercure had incorrectly booked the amount to my credit card. You advised there was a credit being put to my credit card for the incorrect charge. 19/12/24- Thursday- I still have not received the credit back to my credit card for the incorrect charge and International transaction fee.

I also recommend checking with your credit card provider for any updates on international transactions as it might take between 15 to 45 days depending in the bank transaction time.
