We were happy to find this Hotel Mercure was well situated and close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff welcomed us with grace and good humor. The weather turned colder during our stay and our little room became stone cold. The thermostat had a fixed temperature and heat didn't seem to be rising from the radiator or air vents. We spoke with the staff and they gave us a small electric heater to put on the floor. We spent the rest of our stay turning it on and off, worried that it might start a fire in such a cramped area. We literally had to place it in the bottom of the closet. This situation did not ruin our stay but, if I returned to Nantes, I would not stay in this hotel again.

A very welcoming reception team, Happy with our choice to upgrade room as regular rooms were tiny, well located hotel - but would have liked an email in advance telling us how to enter the pedestrian zone, enjoyed the complimentary Accord membership wine, hotel is well located in a very quiet area, appreciated english TV channels
