A very welcoming reception team, Happy with our choice to upgrade room as regular rooms were tiny, well located hotel - but would have liked an email in advance telling us how to enter the pedestrian zone, enjoyed the complimentary Accord membership wine, hotel is well located in a very quiet area, appreciated english TV channels

I was moved here after the room at the hotel next door (Ibis Styles) was not suitable. It was effectively an upgrade after a customer complaint. So I can't comment on the value for money. But room and service were great.
