The staff were amazing from start to finish. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Anouk who checked us in and saw her again the following day when we returned for our bags. So kind and helpful

Very nice hotel on a perfect location to discover Nantes. But to be honest, not all 4 stars Mercure are at the same level. I was in Lyon 4 weeks ago in Mercure 4,stars and Nantes could learn from there. But I was satisfied anyhow .

A nice clean room in a lovely period hotel in the center of Nantes which served a pretty good selection of breakfast options. Some muesli would have been nice but the lack of it encouraged me to try other things. The staff were friendly and helpful although on occasion some didn't speak very good English which was a challenge for my poor French. On the whole it was a very pleasant stay.
