Great location, helpful staff, quiet at night, room decent and comfortable (correlating with the price). Sparkling water at the lobby was a nice touch.

The rooms facing the street are noisy because there is a bar in front of the hotel entrance.

I enjoyed my stay at this small but very nice hotel when visiting a conference in Nantes. I felt welcome from the very first moment entering through the door. The staff members vere extremely helpful, and created a nice athmosphere. They made us all feel welcome and wanted. I highly recomment it.
