I really wanted to write a private email to you but I could not find an address. I have stayed with you over ten times now I think and everything has always been perfect. But not last week unfortunately. The rooms I stayed in were unbearably hot, For the first few nights the aircon was set at 24 degrees. Even when they were adjusted to 19 degrees it made little difference. In fairness to the staff they did everything they could to help, including allowing me to move to a less hot room (I can't say cooler :-)). However, the aircon malfunctioned in this room. Again I had been offered help with this but was not back from work early enough to take this offer up. I fully appreciate the weather was an exception and appreciate the efforts of all the staff. I WILL BE BACK, but this was not a good stay.

Absolutely seamless experience, staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few steps up to the entrance but was very impressed otherwise with how accessible it was to me on a work trip

The place is very comfortable and located on a quiet street. The room is quite spacious and well-equipped. The shower could be improved, and the kitchen space is very small. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Dobra lokalizacja, duży plus za aneks kuchenny, dzięki czemu nie trzeba korzystać z horrendalnie drogich śniadań. Jednak hotel w porównaniu z moim pobytem w roku 2019 hotel jest w coraz gorszym stanie (schodzi na psy). Część instrukcji jest tylko po francusku - np. o segregowaniu śmieci; przez cały mój pobyt nikt nie naprawił ruszającej się spłuczki w toalecie - zgłosiłam to pierwszego dnia. Przy oknie na dole na murze widać dużą plamę pleśni. Cena za śniadanie niezmiernie wygórowana - śniadanie kontynentalne + jajka w cenie 15 euro to przesada. W dodatku w środku lata przy temperaturze minimalnej 20 stopni w nocy i 35 w dzień jest dostępna tylko gruba zimowa kołdra.

Szanowna Pani Marto, Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się swoją opinią o pobycie w Aparthotel Adagio Access Nantes Viarme. Cieszymy się, że doceniła Pani naszą lokalizację oraz aneks kuchenny, który daje możliwość samodzielnego przygotowywania posiłków. Przykro nam, że zauważyła Pani pogorszenie stanu naszego obiektu w porównaniu do wizyty w 2019 roku. Chciałabym zapewnić, że dążymy do ciągłego poprawiania jakości naszych usług i przestrzeni. Zgłoszenie dotyczące spłuczki w toalecie oraz problem z pleśnią przy oknie są dla nas istotne, i chociaż nie możemy obiecać natychmiastowej reakcji, zwrócimy uwagę na te kwestie w celu ich rozwiązania. Odnośnie instrukcji segregowania śmieci, postaramy się wprowadzić więcej informacji w języku angielskim oraz polskim, aby ułatwić naszym gościom orientację. Co do ceny śniadania, rozumiemy, że może być ona subiektywna, jednakże stawiamy na jakość serwowanych potraw. Przykro nam również, że nie spełniliśmy Pani oczekiwań co do pościeli. W naszym obiekcie posiadamy różne rodzaje pościeli, jednak w przypadku konkretnego życzenia, warto zgłosić to przy zameldowaniu, abyśmy mogli spróbować dostosować się do potrzeb gości. Nous avons loué deux appartements. Celui de deux était très bien mais celui de 1 chambre sentait très fort l’humidité et les télévisions du salon et de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.

Si le personnel est plaisant et efficace, le manque D. considération pour le confort du client est choquant: une climatisation H.S depuis D. nombreux mois, a-t-on appris. Donc une chaleur étouffante dans les appartements car il fait bien chaud en juillet, même à Nantes. Sans doute y-a-t-il des ecolos anti clim dans le staff d'ACCOR. Petits-déjeuners très moyens pour le prix, personnel D. service agréable.

Nous ne garantissons donc pas la climatisation à ce jour sans avoir réceptionné la totalité D. l'installation. Nous sommes actuellement en phase D. mise en route et D. tests. Cette information est affichée sur tout l'établissement et vous pouvez constater qu'il n'y a aucune indication D. climatisation sur notre site internet. Je suis désolés d'apprendre que les chaleurs exceptionnelles D. ces dernières semaines aient gâchées votre séjour.
