For a hotel of 4 stars the room conditions are poor, real bad conditons

Thought it was 4 star. Restaurant closed saturday and sunday. Nearest restaurant 20 mins walk away. Not impressed

My room did not have air conditioning. When i called to have somebody look at it - it took them over 45 minutes to come look at it. Also was told that a maintenance person would come the next day. NEVER DID. When i went to the front desk to just confirm the manager on duty (a female) told me that there was nothing they can do for me and the maintenance person will not come. Also, the shower head was falling apart. For the money that we spent on this hotel - i can tell you I will not be coming back.
