We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the Machines on the island and the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed at first that the restaurant was closed, but there was a little supermarket down the road and they let us eat our picnic in the bar area as we couldn’t get food in the hotel. There was also a fridge and kettle in the room so we had everything we needed. The choice of things for breakfast was exceptional - all of us found more than enough to keep us satisfied from bacon and eggs, through to pastries, crêpes and a good selection of cheese and meats.

The room was not up to the cleaning standard that can be expected with hair scattered in the bathroom floor, the sink and the bathtub. I only stayed one night and had no opportunity to report this to reception due to business engagements until late in the evening. The rooms are also fairly dated.

Gabriel was extremely helpful with our travel questions and concerns. Fabian was very helpful with our a/c concerns. The elevator was not working one day but the extreme heat certainly impacted infrastructure.

As with other All Accor hotels we have visited it was a very pleasant experience all around, we were treated very well right from arrival even though we arrived early (as we had at our previous hotel) our room was ready for us so we could drop off our luggage and go out to explore the area, the room was very nice and comfortable

Hotel building was very unattractive but interior was well done. Breakfast was repetitive and often empty. A three star experience at best, I was expecting more from a four star rated Accor hotel in France.
