Hotel building was very unattractive but interior was well done. Breakfast was repetitive and often empty. A three star experience at best, I was expecting more from a four star rated Accor hotel in France.

I booked the room through the ACCOR site. The property is well located, close to the centre and on the tram line. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. I found the breakfast staff to be friendly and welcoming and ensured the smooth operation of the dinning room. The restaurant at night had its challenges with staffing. while attentive, it seems only the manager was doing everything. the room was comfortable but had not been cleaned. It had an acrid smell. When this was pointed out to the staff, they were not able to isolate what was a dead rat smell. Leaving open the window got some fresh air into the room, but the smell was there for the three days I used the room. I Had not experienced this before. I wasn't offered an alternative room which disappointed me.
