We stayed for an Olympic weekend as a family of three. The staff were excellent: helpful, went out of their way, considerate, professional. The hotel is really well located. On the Loire, tram access to the city, free at weekends. We did not need the car but left it at the hotel, on the forecourt. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good. At weekends, the restaurant is otherwise closed.

The staff were great, the kettle and mini fridge are a great addition, the room is spacious however showing signs of wear. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be more comfortable. The biggest issue is that I got bed bug bites, they spread terribly easily and are a serious health hazard.

I was told breakfast was included when I checked in (didn't even ask the question) only to have it charged at check out because it was "a mistake, it wasn't included". I hate mistakes that cost you 18€ had you not been misdirected. Poor girl apologized but nothing was offered to make it even and fair to me. That aside, the chef and rest of the staff were great, dinner was excellent. Room was good.

Was the worst novotel I ever stayed in. Dated Hot water system broken and staff just said - yes it is broken. No warning given on chexk in that tap in bathroom would splutter cold brown water and that shower would not be hot the next day As standing under cold brown water was gross Safe locked on arrival but no help from staff to.unlock despite alerting them immediately. Breakfast mediocre and not covered Kids bed had old blanket and we needed more.pillows as essentially the main bed, bedding had been split to.cover both beds. All together at the hotel was disappointed in staff attitude and general poor upkeep.of the facilities. The position of the hotel is fantastic and if it was cared for it would make a super property

Quite disappointed by my stay. The rooms are old looking and equipment is really basic. Lacks the atmosphere you would expect from a hotel in the Accor group. Considering the price there are better options available in Nantes even if you stay in the Accor group.
