Check in was easy, staff were friendly, lift worked, the room was tiny, the shower very small and not much power, the bed was great and that is the most important in a hotel !!!

Great central location. Ideal for walking around Nantes. Near to the tram station too. Staff friendly and the welcome at reception for both check -in and departure was warm and welcoming. The breakfast room is well appointed as is the reception area. Breakfast choice was good and the early check-in (from 12 noon) and check-out (again 12 noon) is great. Room was clean and big enough for a city break. Comfortable bed and housekeeping every morning. Ideal for our 4 night stay.

An enjoyable stay within easy walking distance of the centre of Nantes and all it's attractions. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful, and good selection at breakfast.

Good location for a good price but could be even better if it was spotless clean. It is not dirty but it seems there was no deep cleaning in a long time.
