The staff at the ibis hotel are excellent, but unfortunately they are the only positive aspect of the stay. The rooms are poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below the standard expected of a 3-star hotel. The overall condition of the rooms is disappointing and does not justify the rating

The hotel is good lokated. The room isn't small. It doesn't have enough place for outwear.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location near to the centre. Came for the Christmas market which was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Loads of wonderful eateries locally. All of which we enjoyed. The rooms whilst small and a bit dated were immaculately clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Had the best sleeps. The bed and pillow were so comfortable
