Ageing hotel, needs a spruce up. Small rooms, very small bathroom. Foyer nice and breakfast good variety. Area very quiet with few shops or places to eat. Large public carpark nearby. Free from Saturday evening to Monday morning. Very close to tram station. Free at weekends and three short stops from city centre.

Very good for the price, an excellent base in the centre of Nantes. Great staff. We were on bikes doing the Vélodysée and the bike management was very good, it put our minds at rest that our bikes were safely locked in the garage.

This is a standard Ibis, and there's certainly nothing wrong with that, given the reasonable price. The room was smallish and with limited storage and amenities, but perfectly comfortable and the AC worked like a dream. The breakfast (extra charge) was good, the staff friendly and and helpful. It's a good location, too, right by the Jean-Jaurès tram stop (line 3), in a quiet neighborhood that nevertheless has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Very pleasant experience and good value overall. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Room quite small but clean, with no hand towels, but beds very comfortable and decent room cooling in heat wave. Parking was a real plus. Close to main city attractions. Extremely reasonable and would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with our young children. Overall, it was a decent stay, with some positives but also a few disappointing aspects. On the positive side, the location was very convenient and the breakfast was good. We had requested a baby crib before arrival, and one was provided as expected. The restaurant also had a high chair available for our baby, which was appreciated and made meal times easier. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. At check-in, we were charged an additional fee for our children without anyone asking their ages. Since our children are under three years old, this charge should not have applied. When I raised the issue the next morning, the staff apologized and offered a refund, which was appreciated. That said, the correction only happened because I noticed the mistake and asked about it. We were also surprised to discover that parking is charged for hotel guests. This information was not clearly communicated before arrival, and it would be helpful if this were stated more transparently during the booking process. In addition, the reception area did not give the best first impression. The floor appeared dirty, and there was a noticeable wet stain on the carpet. Overall, the hotel offers a good location, decent breakfast, and useful amenities for families with young children, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness, transparency about additional charges, and attention to billing accuracy.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location near to the centre. Came for the Christmas market which was lovely. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Loads of wonderful eateries locally. All of which we enjoyed. The rooms whilst small and a bit dated were immaculately clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Had the best sleeps. The bed and pillow were so comfortable
