Warmly and efficiently welcomed. Kitchen fine for a couple. No views from our room, but quiet at night (apart from planes flying over, what can you do?! The museum in the Duke's castle is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Leave 4+ hours. (and I work in museums)

Nice breakfast buffet and rooms are large but not 4 stars. The carpets are old and worn out, the ceiling by the entrance to my room had a large hole, etc..
