Loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a great location right beside the Chateau with tram, bus and train stops within a few metres. Room was very nice. Staff at reception were just lovely, always smiling and welcoming. Will definitely be back when in Nantes again

I stayed at Adagio during the hottest days in July and it was so good to be in my room due to good air conditioning. The linen and towels were fresh and the kitchen was equipped enough to make meals myself. The hotel was conveniently located close to the railway station. As for breakfast, I would appreciate some fresh veggies and also if the company would hire more people because clearly it was understaffed. There was a food stain on the sofa that I think should be cleaned properly.

Cleaning service for the room not same quality of Aparthotel Adagio competitors. I feel I’m in Motel not apartment hotel for international brand.

The room was equipped with a shower area and a bathtub. However, neither the shower area nor the bathtub had a shower curtain or a shower door. In addition, the bathtub drain could not be closed due to a malfunction, which meant that taking a bath was impossible and the bathtub could only be used for showering while seated with the handheld showerhead. The staff informed us that, because the hotel was fully booked, it was not possible to change our room. As compensation, they could only offer complimentary breakfast.

Great staff shame about the bath. Extremely disappointed because we paid a lot more than we usually do for a one night stop just because we both needed to have a hot bath to help with back pains. It was therefore incredibly frustrating to find that there was no hot water in the hotel!! I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Shower door did not close at all. Had to use towels to stop flooding. Handbasin did not hold water. Making it hard for my husband to shave. No water or tea or coffee in the room. Some staff did not acknowledge us at all

We sincerely regret the issues encountered with the shower door and the handbasin. This is clearly not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and our maintenance team has been informed so these points can be addressed promptly. Please also note that a receptionist is present 24/7 at the property, and we always encourage our guests to contact us immediately if they encounter any issue in the studio. Our team always does its best to resolve problems as quickly as possible together with our maintenance technician. Regarding tea and coffee facilities, we would like to mention that a complimentary coffee machine is available to all our guests throughout the day in the common area. We also provide a water fountain as well as a carafe in each studio so guests can refill it freely. We have chosen this solution as it is much more environmentally friendly than providing plastic water bottles and coffee capsules in the rooms. We were also surprised by your comment regarding the attitude of our staff, as our team is usually particularly appreciated for its warm welcome and kindness. Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and will share it internally to ensure that every guest feels acknowledged and well cared for throughout their stay. Great staff, very helpful. Good location for walking to the Ducs de Bretagne castle and gardens. Room was great too. Bathroom let's it down. Black mould on ceiling and dirt inside the shower's tiles grout and no lighting in the shower cubicle.

We are a family of three and this Aparthotel worked well for our needs. Excellent location to explore all Nantes has to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quite a good sized room and liked that there was a way to divide it in to two at night when our daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed. We would have liked a longer lead on the television so we could move it around a bit more. Great to have a small kitchenette with a big fridge so we could make our own meals when we wanted. Even had a small dishwasher although it was hard to open. We would prefer to have had a toilet in the bathroom or next to it as it would be more hygienic.

My husband and I were able to get a reservation on short notice during and busy weekend and were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are incredibly spacious (due to being mini apartments, but still!) and the bathroom held both a standing shower & a separate bathtub. The front desk staff that we interacted with were very kind and welcoming and we found the location of the hotel to be ideally located just minutes from the train station and from local transit.
