The personnel at the reception was kind and extremely helpful. The room was nice. However, a small issue with room service: toilet paper wasn't checked on the third day of our stay... Apart from this minor issue, we had a great experience and a wonderful stay. Special props to the buffet offering some typical local products as well as the usual European breakfast.

What a dissaster, we literally had less than one day at your hotel, we planed ahead to make it all super prefect, as we are a family of 7: 4 small children, a lovely grandmother of 76 years of age, and my husband and i; we arrived at about 3 and it all went wrong from then forward, first of all there was no one to recieve us, I literally took the trolly to the driver and helped him download all the bags, finally after making it inside to check in it seems like no one really has a clue, they tried to be extra nice and kept apologizing, but that didnt justify the situation. It took over 2 hours 2 get us settled, finally we left into town and made it back to pack, at 8 the hotel is a ghost town, you cannot get a beverage anywhere, really not at all what i was expecting, a pitty really the hotel for us was a bad joke. would never stay there again, I am a kind person, I always treat people with respect and try to help them in every way, but this was really like a bad joke, I defenetly regret not staying at the hotel my friends where staying, last time I am loyal to my accor group! Paris, Troisville! and finally here lots left to be desired...
