Fantastic. My schedule made me come in early in the day - well before check in, and due to meetings I stayed late - likely after check out. Wasn’t even a deal mentioning for the hotel. Made me feel very welcome.

Very nice hotel. Friendly. We had a privilege room suite which was clean and restocked each day. Breakfast buffet was good with good selection. My only annoyance was my nespresso machine in the room wasn't working/ other than that it was great!

Mercure is in a great location inside the pedestrian area in Nantes. It’s very close to everything including bars / restaurants / sights and shops. Rooms are functional and small and have separate toilet and shower / sink room. Staff very friendly. Good parking under hotel. Nice bar.
