Scuff marks on the wall, a thick layer of dust on the furniture in the room, a pervasive smell of not sure what – mould, perhaps? – in the room – and even worse in the bathroom; tiny, scratchy towels – just a whole air of neglect. Great location though, lovely breakfast and friendly front desk.

Good location. For an ibis styles this was not at all stylish, unless you are after a 1980's service station motel. The carpets were almost as dirty as the bath. The radiator was rusty and cracked tiles in the bathroom. We paid extra for the breakfast but this is not worth the money. It was nothing you couldn't get for a fraction of the price from the local aldi. There was no hot options available. On arrival you are told that breakfast is served on floor minus 1 but this is just a windowless basement cupboard that was not much bigger than our bedroom. Luckily for us there was not too many people have breakfast at this time. I was very disappointed by my stay in this hotel and expected more.

Only the breakfast was a minor setback with quite limited choice, but I understand that for the price that is payed at this excellent location one shouldn't complain. Really nice and friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was tired, old and in need of a refresh. The furniture old old and worn, the power sockets were old (no USB socket) and the bed sheets didn't fit the mattress (too small). The bathroom in particular was small and the side of the bath was high, making it difficult to step over to access the shower

Hotel located in central location. The room could do with a refurbishment but the bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Most of the Staff working at reception was very nice, friendly, helpful and polite, above all the blond young lady. The breakfast was very basic and on one day there was an incident with the fruit salad, which then got fixed, but the last 2 days we didn't bother with it and went out for breakfast. WiFi totally unreliable, kept not working most of the stay

Very nice location, tram stop is a one minute walk away. Only three tram stops to the main railway station. This is an Ibis, so you not what you’re going to get. It’s basic, but it has all you need. 507, my room did smell a bit, but the windows open wide, so that was nice. I did get bitten rather a lot by mossies in my room, I can’t really blame the hotel for that. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable and breakfast was provided too. So you can’t really knock it.

Hôtel au cœur de Nantes, avec un parking public à 200 m ( parking auto et parking vélo sécurisé ). Tramway à 200 m. Pour ceux qui veulent visiter Nantes, cet hôtel est très bien situé car tout est à proximité à pieds ou avec le Tram.

J'ai été déçu de mon séjour chez vous pour plusieurs raisons. L'hôtel ne semble pas avoir été rénové depuis longtemps, le couloirs de l'étage est sombre et les murs avec de nombreuses traces. Dans cette période de forte chaleur, la climatisation de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Au petit déjeuner le lendemain, peu de choix mais surtout des verres, bols et couverts remplis de tâches.

L'hôtel est défraîchi. Ce n'est pas L. Standing que l'on est en droit d'attendre lorsque l'on pose ses bagages dans un Ibis Styles. Où est L. style? Par ailleurs les équipements sont défectueux. En pleine canicule, il faut choisir. Mettre la Clim mais elle fait un bruit d'enfer ou ouvrir la fenêtre et avoir la malchance que ce soir là des équipes fassent des travaux jusqu'à 4h du matin sous votre fenêtre. Vous pensiez vous réconforter par un bon petit déjeuner. L. pain et les viennoiseries sont congelés. Les produits ne sont pas de bonne qualité. Et encore faut il trouver un espace libre et propre pour se poser. Tout ceci pour la modique somme de 160€..Certes la capacité hôtelière de Nantes est limitée mais on atteint là la limite de l'acceptable.

Breakfast was very underwhelming, cold and very few options, almost 0 protein appart from cold and hard to swallow boiled eggs.
