I would say just one thing and that is the rooms, although looking very clean, definitely should be a lot more care taken with cleaning for a hotel such as the Inglis. A lot of smudge marks on the shower and toilet doors, tv screen dusty and smudge marks also. Otherwise great.

I have requested several times for an update on matters from the concierge team. They have failed to respond. There’s been a security breach, a payment deducted from my account and whilst paying over $900 for the presidential suite, the TV didn’t even work.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us.
We have reviewed the circumstances surrounding your reservation and the matters raised in your feedback with the relevant team members. Having done so, we would like to provide some clarification regarding the arrangements made during your stay.
Your booking consisted of six rooms, with a membership discount applied as a goodwill gesture. When we received your request to cancel a room on the day of arrival, our team advised that, in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions, a one-night charge would apply.
With regard to your arrival and room requirements, our team took a number of steps to assist you and your guests. Three rooms were made available for early check-in, and our team worked to accommodate your group's requirements as efficiently as possible.
We understand that interconnecting rooms were requested. Unfortunately, the configuration and availability of the hotel at the time meant that the requested interconnecting arrangement could not be provided. Our team nevertheless worked to find an alternative solution, including arranging for room 505 to be moved to another room so that rooms 706 and 707 could be made available as a suite arrangement for your family.
Our records also show that the television issue raised during the stay was attended to by our team, with the issue subsequently resolved. The team member involved spent approximately 15 minutes addressing the matter.
We also note that, following your stay, our team responded to your correspondence regarding the credit card surcharge and provided further details in relation to the checkout. We did not receive a further response from you following that correspondence.
Regarding the reference to a security breach, our review has not identified evidence of a security breach. While we have noted an opportunity to reinforce our room-key and accompanying guest verification procedures, this should not be interpreted as confirmation that a security breach occurred.
We appreciate that not every aspect of the stay was as you or your guests had anticipated. However, our review indicates that our team made several provisions and adjustments throughout the stay to assist with your requests, including early room access, room movements and alternative room arrangements where the original request could not be accommodated.
We therefore appreciate your feedback, but also wanted to ensure that the circumstances and the steps taken by our team to assist your group are accurately reflected.

We always enjoy our stays at the William Inglis. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
However it is the staff who make our stays so enjoyable. From the lovely welcome at reception to the room cleaning staff-all very pleasant and friendly.
The restaurant staff treat us like old friends. Happy to stay and have a chat at our table. Special mention to Kaomi and Ruby in this regard.
Dinner at the Newmarket room was delicious as always.

I absolutely love this Accor hotel, The William Inglis Hotel at Warwick Farm, NSW.
Initially, we had a 50th birthday party to attend nearby, and as I'm based in Newcastle, I did a Google search and came across this hotel. We originally booked for one night, and as an Accor Platinum member, we were upgraded to the most wonderful suite.
Since then, whenever I need to be in Sydney for business or pleasure, I try to stay here if the location suits. There are no parking fees, and there is plenty of outdoor parking available.
Being only a 7-minute drive from Liverpool Hospital has been especially convenient for me recently, as I've been working on site there over the past three weeks.
The breakfast and dinner meals are exceptional. Dinner can be a little expensive, but I had room service the other night and ordered a steak that was worth every bit of the $80. It quite literally melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious!
The rooftop pool is spectacular and well worth a visit while you're here. The rooms are immaculate, and every time I've stayed, not a single thing has been out of place.
I must also give credit to the lovely staff, who are truly wonderful. Nothing is ever a problem, and they are always more than happy to help. When I needed stronger Nespresso capsules, they happily provided them free of charge.
I know we're often quick to provide negative feedback and much slower to share positive experiences, but I feel compelled to acknowledge and praise Carlo, who works as a Food Attendant in the Heroic Café four days a week.
Every time I see Carlo, he greets guests with a beautiful smile, asks how their day is going, and consistently goes out of his way to help. He even happily fills my water bottle with ice whenever I'm staying at the hotel. His customer service is outstanding and deserves to be recognised.
Thank you, The William Inglis Hotel, for employing wonderful people like Carlo. You can't help but smile after interacting with him.
Carlo, along with the exceptional facilities and service, is one of the many reasons I continue to return to this beautiful hotel.

Lucky I have been married for 37 years, because when I enter the toilet or my wife, it is not a cone of silece and you have to be comfortable with each other's noises.
If you were a young couple this could be quite a turn off from coming back.
