Our stay at this hotel was last minute and was chosen due to its location near the hospital. We did not know how long we would be staying but the reception staff were really kind and helpful, and managed to accommodate our needs. It was a stressful time for us, but the staff were all exceptionally kind.

The room was very small. Humidity level was very high, and there was nowhere to dry your towel.

I requested a second key card, but the receptionist refused to provide one because there were supposedly not enough in stock. This is not acceptable, especially for a family staying in the same room. It means one person has to wake up the others just to enter the room, which is really inconvenient. Additionally, the heater took several hours to warm up the room, which added to the inconvenience.
