I requested a second key card, but the receptionist refused to provide one because there were supposedly not enough in stock. This is not acceptable, especially for a family staying in the same room. It means one person has to wake up the others just to enter the room, which is really inconvenient. Additionally, the heater took several hours to warm up the room, which added to the inconvenience.

In most cases staff were to a good standard. However when I checked in on Thursday and out again on Monday my room was only serviced once. Good breakfast buffet in morning with an early start till 1000. Sadly the room service experience spoiled the visit quality. Not something I find on any other Ibis Group hotels

Réservation pour 3 : manquait 1 serviette de bain. Les 2 autres serviettes étaient usées, dont 1 trouée ++. Les matelas étaient usés ++, on s’enfonçait dedans au milieu. Pas de clim, un petit ventilateur bruyant était présent.

Bonjour Mme A., Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour la gêne occasionnée par la climatisation de votre chambre, qui était effectivement en panne durant votre passage. La pièce de réparation a d’ores et déjà été commandée et nous espérons pouvoir rétablir le confort au plus vite. Concernant les serviettes et la literie, vos remarques ont été transmises à nos équipes afin qu’elles vérifient attentivement leur état et procèdent aux remplacements nécessaires. En tant que cliente fidèle du groupe Accor et membre ALL Gold, votre satisfaction est très importante pour nous.
