We stayed for one night after arriving at the airport, arrival time approximately 9.30/10pm. Good spacious family room ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Comfortable and in an easy location. Good breakfast selection. Only reason for 8 stars and not higher was there was no option for food on arrival, we weren’t expecting a sit down meal but a couple of options for lighter bites, even sandwiches would be appreciated after travelling and delays for a couple of hours. Would definitely stay again though if back in the area!

We were very happy with the location of the hotel and with our room. Our experience was marred by confusion about the reason for our being charged 50€ per person in addition to the room price we had agreed to pay when booking on line. The explanation was hampered by my poor command of spoken French and the receptionist's correspondingly poor command of English. After a lengthy and stressful conversation I realised that the 50€ per person charge served as a pre authorisation deposit should we want to buy food etc in the hotel. I discovered the information later in documentation related to the room booking but it is not easy to find and it would have saved a lot of anguish for all parties had that information been more prominently displayed. I was told that the 100€ would be refunded after our visit but instead of a refund another 138€ debit appeared on my bank statement in addition to the 238€ debited on our arrival. It appears that these sums were represented pre-authorised payments and only the cost of the room (138€ ) was actually taken from my account. Even so this caused me further confusion and it seemed at first sight that I was being charged 238€ and 138€ for the room . We enquired about the location of the hotel at the airport customer service desk. Your hotel did not appear on the list of hotels and we did not know which number to call in order to take a Nanette. We ended up walking. It seems that the hotel may have only recently transferred to the Mercure brand and that in some parts of the airport, their hotel information has not been updated

Comfortable stay with great staff, and the bistro was great with excellent quality food. Rooms were good with good air conditioning that worked well on a 37 degree day! But the duvet on the bed was too thick and caused me to overheat when sleeping waking me up, even with maximum air conditioning.

I arrive late in the evening and needed to leave early the next morning before breakfast, for an early flight. The staff were extremely pleasant and competent at check in, I was able to get a late night grilled sandwich (as I'd not had dinner) and in the morning the shuttle was available as promised. I stayed at this hotel 2 separate times during my vacation. One night going to my destination and 2 nights after on my way back home. Both times were nice. Most of the employees were very nice and friendly. The ones that were not nice or friendly were not terrible. Just not very welcoming to me. But I really like the hotel on its own. It’s seems a bit small but it’s honestly perfect. Our first stay was in a very nice and spacious room which was perfect. We booked the same type of room for our return stay but it was noticeably smaller unfortunately. We were going to ask if we could move but decided not too since we already dealt with the less friendly person to check us in and didn’t want to be a bother. If you go, I’d suggest a room that ends in “01” like 101 or 201, etc. We booked breakfast durning our stay and it was so amazing. They have a great spread for you to choose from. I highly recommend. We also ate dinner at the restaurant on site one evening and it was good. They offer mocktails which was perfect for me. Not a bunch of options but a helpful choice if you don’t want to leave the location. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable beds, working AC, very nice hotel inside and out. 9 out of 10 recommend.

Comfortable and clean stay. Only two points that could be better: room has towels only for 1 person (despite booking for 2) -by the time we realized we were already showered and it was too late; and desserts at the restaurant (the fondant specifically) could benefit from a quick warm up before serving, as it was fridge cold hard. Great accommodation otherwise.

This hotel had a little more character than most airport hotels. I enjoyed our balcony and there was a nice onsite restaurant with great outdoor seating, which was a selling feature for us. The staff were very friendly and the walk to Toulouse airport couldn't have been easier. I'd definitely stay here again.
