Booked the night before a weekend for 4 (2 adults, two young children). Staff is particularly friendly (from the receptionist to the chambermaid that offered to open the kid's bed for us), rooms are really clean and breakfast is great. The experience is consistent with my previous ones, always great.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean, furnished with new and modern equipment and furniture. Reception (night and early am) staff are efficient. The one thing that is just not up to par and could be improved: the food at the restaurant… Charging a relatively hefty price for a main course (in my case that evening: fish) that is clearly microwaved (and served literally minutes after it being ordered) is just awful… and it is, i a sense, insulting: thinking that customers won’t mind and are not worth any care. We of course mentioned something and the fish was done again. This time it was very good - but it meant that my dinner partner - my wife - had to eat my herself while I waited (a loooong time) for my food. Thera again: no consideration for the customer: it would have been easy to re-order her meal as well. It’s a shame, as we would prefer being able to eat in… but we will seriously think twice before doing so, given the poor experience (for an expensive meal)

The hotel's atmosphere was nice. I had stayed in the same chain, same price hotel, downtown Toulouse and the breakfast was much better then. The bed was nice but not the blankets and cushions. The blankets were too thick and cushions too big, making it hard to sleep well. There was a nice person at the lobby Friday, but not during the week-end. That's a shame.
