Our ,3rd visit. The service is wonderful everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is very good and a great breakfast. The rooms are fine and beds comfortable. The AC is quite weak. The shuttle is so useful.

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately newly renovated rooms meant strong paint smell. And my room key somehow always deactivated. Lastly, wrong invoice amount was given to me compared to actual payment, which I had written in for amendments but no recieved yet.

Very happy with every aspect of our stay, I parked a large van, my mother flying and used the shuttle. Staff were excellent, breakfast very nice. Easy to get to city through tram and metro. I'm English and was helped by staff with any language problems.. will stay again as Toulouse is a nice city
