I think it's the worst Novotel i've been to. - Very old everything - lobby, lift, rooms etc. It looks like an oversized Ibis and not a good one. - A/C does not work. - Poor room/bathroom amenities - Ran out of eggs 50 mins before the end of breakfast - The pool is not working, and it's mid-August

This is the second time I have used this hotel. The hotel is convenient for the autoroute and airport but doesn’t have the feel of the usual autoroute stopover. The hotel shouts quality the moment you walk through the hotel lobby. The staff are very friendly and supportive with a great sense of humour. The facilities are excellent in the main hotel area with the balance of some quiet space, restaurant, bar and patio areas. The room is very comfortable and quiet. We slept through a thunderstorm and there is no aircraft noise. We will use this hotel again.

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié la qualité de notre buffet de petit-déjeuner. Nous regrettons toutefois que votre séjour n'ait pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Les machines Nespresso sont en effet exclusivement mises à disposition dans nos chambres Exécutives. Conformément à votre statut Diamond, nous aurions eu le plaisir de vous surclasser dans cette catégorie si des chambres avaient été disponibles lors de votre arrivée. Malheureusement, cela n'a pas été possible cette fois-ci en raison d'une forte demande sur cette catégorie de chambre. En ce qui concerne la disponibilité des bouteilles d’eau en chambre, l’établissement dispose de fontaine à eau en libre-service dans le hall de la réception et des bouteilles dédiée pour se librement. Hotel is fine, rooms a little dated. No iron in room and no milk in fridge for tea. Coming from Ireland, nothing proper you can for breakfast, scrambled eggs were horrible. I had orange juice and croissant for 20 euros. The pool was an highlight and the air con in the room. Very difficult to get an iced latte as milk is hard to get.

First time at this hotel. Excellent stay. The staff were very friendly. It was too hot for us to use the pool, but the area around the pool was very inviting. The room was recently renovated and was extremely comfortable, relaxing decor, and immaculate. The breakfast was one the best we’ve had in Europe! Fresh fruit, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon and a good selection of bread & pastries. Buffet eggs & meat are usually unappetizing (too runny and watery or overcooked and dry) so it was really nice to be able to eat them! The hotel is well located with easy access off the Toulouse ring road

Staff were very nice. Unfortunately newly renovated rooms meant strong paint smell. And my room key somehow always deactivated. Lastly, wrong invoice amount was given to me compared to actual payment, which I had written in for amendments but no recieved yet.

Very happy with every aspect of our stay, I parked a large van, my mother flying and used the shuttle. Staff were excellent, breakfast very nice. Easy to get to city through tram and metro. I'm English and was helped by staff with any language problems.. will stay again as Toulouse is a nice city
