The title is well priced and located for Toulouse airport ( €18 taxi fare to the Terminal - otherwise a 30 minute walk). The room was compact but had all necessities and the staff were helpful and efficient. The young lady at Reception ( apologies for not asking her name) was particularly pleasant and gave me the lend of her personal phone charger for a couple if hours as I had forgotten mine! She also booked the taxi for us and informed us of it's arrival. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room but same available in Reception. I'm happy to recommend!

This description is compared to other Ibis Budget hotels I’ve stayed at in France. In other Ibis Budgets, bedding has been charged daily, and fresh towels provided. This did not happen at Toulouse-Blagnac. In other Ibis Budgets, there is a room to store luggage before or after check in, if you arrive to the city early or have a late flight. This was not available at Toulouse-Blagnac. It appeared Toulouse-Blagnac failed on even the basics of hotel management. Recommended staying elsewhere in the city centre.

We do of course provide a free luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out for all our guests, especially for early arrivals or late flights. Regarding the linen, all rooms are naturally provided with bedding and towels, and replacements can also be arranged upon request at reception. Your comment is therefore quite far from the experience we usually provide within our recently renovated hotel.
