Rude and unhelpful reception staff member, which is unusual, as I have stayed there dozens of times over the last 12 years. Unfortunately this time we got a bad member of staff :-(

15-minute walk from airport, comfortable bed, warm room and decent shower. Pillows were uncomfortable however and could've done with a hairdryer in the room.

A 15 minute walk or a 18€ taxi ride from the airport, but very pleasant provision for the price. The breakfast, which we didn't have, looked good, but on Easter Friday night we found it very hard to find somewhere nearby to have a drink, and impossible to have a meal, without going back to the hotel at the airport. I think that nearby Courtepaille restaurant is usually available, but it was closed to host a basketball tournament when we were there.

Although the bed was comfortable, I had not appreciated quite how budget this hotel group was willing to go. Because you can’t even stretch to providing a bath mat to accompany the poorly sealed Shower door, I slipped on the wet floor and greatly injured myself. I have a sore neck, knee and my bottom is black and blue with immediate bruising. This is not a satisfaction issue, this is a health and safety issue and I’d like to receive your feedback on this matter. Accompanied with a room with cigarette burns on the floor and sink, there wasn’t much to like. Having said that the location was sensible, the area quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff too were helpful and friendly.

We are not sure if the room was cleaned, since in the toilet was still pipi and paper. We arrived at midnight with a baby and a six year old child and the bed of the child wasn't made ready. We had to take care of it ourselves. So not nice when you just want to sleep.....
