Staff were lovely. Room barely adequate in size for one let alone more, cheap price is not that cheap for one. Next time I'll go to the Mercure.

Our advice is to work out how to get to the hotel from the airport before you arrive, especially if it is dark. The hotel was not contactable and the information desk at the airport was not helpful at 8 o clock in the night. We took a taxi there for €15 for a 5 minute drive. In the morning we found out there was a bus for €2.50 each. It was good value but definitely recommend tea and coffee making facilities.

There were 3 of us - adults staying in a small room. The third bed ( bunkbed) had not been made up , there were only 2 sets of towels and 2 cups and the pillows of which there were only 2 ( I had to ask for more ) are of such poor quality I do not know how anyone manages to sleep. I asked for 3 more pillows but only 2 spare were found. I could not see anywhere on the website about parking at the hotel so we paid for parking and on arrival there was a car park - why do you not show that there is parking at the hotel ???? I will not be staying at the Ibis budget at Toulouse airport ever again.
