Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we experienced problems. Check-in involved a lengthy and unnecessary discussion about the booking price, despite us having a valid booking confirmation. We had arrived late with our children, who were already very tired, which made the experience even more frustrating. The room also had a strong musty smell, and the bed linen and towels were stained and appeared yellowish. When we reported this, our complaint was not taken seriously. A towel was replaced, but the replacement was also stained. Breakfast was another disappointment, with several items and basic supplies unavailable when we arrived. We had to point out multiple shortages ourselves and ultimately had to leave in a hurry. What was most disappointing was the way our complaints were handled. We provided photographs documenting the issues, but instead of taking responsibility and offering reasonable compensation, the hotel management dismissed the problems as isolated moments. In the end, no financial compensation was offered, only a preferential rate and breakfast for a possible future stay. For us, the biggest issue was not simply that things went wrong, but that our concerns were not taken seriously when we reported them. Good customer service is especially important when guests experience problems, and unfortunately that was missing during our stay. Overall: disappointing experience and, unfortunately, not a hotel we would choose again.

It was clean, comfortable and did exactly what it said on the tin. We were a family of 4 so had to book 2 rooms as part of the reservation. It was not a massive problem but it would have been good to have both rooms either next to each other or close but they were on different floors which made it tricky for sharing toiletries etc. But for €150 for 2 rooms it was fine, did exactly what it said on the tin. It was a budget hotel, expectations were low and they delivered as expected.

If you have a reasonnable amount of luggage you can walk to the airport or take a bus. The mattasses are confortable and the express breakfast starting at 4a.m. a real advantage

The room is well planned and well designed - enough space for everything needed. Room conditioner and stabele wifi connection helped to make the stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were a bit dissapointed with the breakfast choices: the hard bioled eggs were like rubber balls, no taste at all, only baget, no other bread, and fresh fruits like apples were only brough one morning. In general it was a good stay. However we would think if to book the breakfast option next time or not.

The only negative is there was lock or slide bolt to stop the door from opening plus when you stood up and turned around there’s not enough space as the door opens.

We had a very good stay. The location is close to the airport any the airport shuttle is a convenient 2 mins away. There are good restaurants within 500m of the hotel. The staff are polite and helpful.

All wme to well, but the only one thing that I'm not so sure about can be a deal breaker. This is the lack of AC, replaced by the apparently more ecological and new tech cooling system, which unfortunately does not yield the same results especially during daytime

Checking went smoothly however once I got to my room it was quite warm and no movement of air. I went back to the front desk to ask how I could turn on the air conditioning as the rooms were advertised as being air conditioned. He said they don't have air conditioning but everything is cool using geothermal technology. Well that didn't work. It was warm and sticky in my room. It was 42° outside and was looking forward to a good night's sleep in the cool. Cannot recommend this hotel if you're looking for air conditioned rooms.

The title is well priced and located for Toulouse airport ( €18 taxi fare to the Terminal - otherwise a 30 minute walk). The room was compact but had all necessities and the staff were helpful and efficient. The young lady at Reception ( apologies for not asking her name) was particularly pleasant and gave me the lend of her personal phone charger for a couple if hours as I had forgotten mine! She also booked the taxi for us and informed us of it's arrival. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room but same available in Reception. I'm happy to recommend!
