Dear Guest, Your comment is quite surprising, particularly coming from a business traveller who, we assume, is accustomed to selecting hotels according to their needs and expectations. ibis budget is an economy brand whose concept, rooms, facilities and services are clearly presented before booking. There is therefore no ambiguity regarding the product offered or its price positioning. If your business trips require a higher level of comfort, facilities and services, it is naturally up to you to select a higher-category hotel that better matches your expectations and to allocate the corresponding budget. Comparing an economy hotel with higher-end standards while expecting to pay a budget price is somewhat inconsistent. It is simply not reasonable

normal experience. I will improve the breakfast with more hot dishes like omelette and sausages. but I really apprecieated how staff treat the guests. they are really pro and easy going.

About a 16 minute walk from the airport. My Google Maps had some trouble navigating us to the hotel. Easy check-in with a polite and helpful reception. Room is small, but clean and adequate for the short stay before a 6AM flight the next morning. Appreciated the 4 AM start to breakfast buffet even though we had to leave before it started. No restaurant on site. However, another slightly upscale Ibis hotel offered 10% off dinner if you make the easy 6 minute walk to their hotel/restaurant. Food and service at that locale was fine. Overall, good experience and we would go back.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel for my first time in Toulouse, the temperature outside was in the low to mid 30s but the room never felt like it was too hot or too cold. Decent night's sleep although did wake up covered in sweat because the duvet was so thick and had a mattress protector under a non linen sheet so maybe consider changing that in the future. Also watch out for the sink water splashing onto your electronics at the table as there is no protection between the two and the seat they provide, can be best described as a plastic stool which was rocking about all over the place. Other than that though, receptionists were polite, friendly, had a smile on their face and will consider staying there again should I come back to Toulouse

Rather a distance from the terminal building but everything else was fine and as expected. You should be aware that there is a potential problem in that is very easy from water to splash from sink to the small desk on which there is likely to be a laptop PC sitting ready for use. I only just escaped my PC getting wet by noticing water was making it across the small barrier. You may need to think of a higher barrier between the sink and the desk to avoid compliants!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we experienced problems. Check-in involved a lengthy and unnecessary discussion about the booking price, despite us having a valid booking confirmation. We had arrived late with our children, who were already very tired, which made the experience even more frustrating. The room also had a strong musty smell, and the bed linen and towels were stained and appeared yellowish. When we reported this, our complaint was not taken seriously. A towel was replaced, but the replacement was also stained. Breakfast was another disappointment, with several items and basic supplies unavailable when we arrived. We had to point out multiple shortages ourselves and ultimately had to leave in a hurry. What was most disappointing was the way our complaints were handled. We provided photographs documenting the issues, but instead of taking responsibility and offering reasonable compensation, the hotel management dismissed the problems as isolated moments. In the end, no financial compensation was offered, only a preferential rate and breakfast for a possible future stay. For us, the biggest issue was not simply that things went wrong, but that our concerns were not taken seriously when we reported them. Good customer service is especially important when guests experience problems, and unfortunately that was missing during our stay. Overall: disappointing experience and, unfortunately, not a hotel we would choose again.

We are sorry that you have been left with this impression of your stay. However, we would like to clarify that your complaint was taken seriously. We exchanged several messages with you, reviewed the information and evidence provided, and responded in detail to the various points you raised. A goodwill gesture was also offered, including a preferential rate and complimentary breakfasts on a future stay. Regarding the room, our hotel did have other rooms available that evening. If the condition of the room was genuinely considered unacceptable, you could therefore have requested a room change so that an immediate solution could be found. The fact that this option was not requested during the stay, while a refund is subsequently presented as the only acceptable form of compensation, may unfortunately give the impression that obtaining financial compensation has taken precedence over seeking a solution during the stay. We understand that you are requesting a refund. However, our decision not to grant one does not mean that your complaint was not taken seriously. Following our numerous exchanges, we believe that both parties have had the opportunity to explain their respective positions, and we regret that we have been unable to reach a resolution that meets your expectations.

It was clean, comfortable and did exactly what it said on the tin. We were a family of 4 so had to book 2 rooms as part of the reservation. It was not a massive problem but it would have been good to have both rooms either next to each other or close but they were on different floors which made it tricky for sharing toiletries etc. But for €150 for 2 rooms it was fine, did exactly what it said on the tin. It was a budget hotel, expectations were low and they delivered as expected.

If you have a reasonnable amount of luggage you can walk to the airport or take a bus. The mattasses are confortable and the express breakfast starting at 4a.m. a real advantage

The room is well planned and well designed - enough space for everything needed. Room conditioner and stabele wifi connection helped to make the stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, we were a bit dissapointed with the breakfast choices: the hard bioled eggs were like rubber balls, no taste at all, only baget, no other bread, and fresh fruits like apples were only brough one morning. In general it was a good stay. However we would think if to book the breakfast option next time or not.

The only negative is there was lock or slide bolt to stop the door from opening plus when you stood up and turned around there’s not enough space as the door opens.

We had a very good stay. The location is close to the airport any the airport shuttle is a convenient 2 mins away. There are good restaurants within 500m of the hotel. The staff are polite and helpful.
