Excellent except for the breakfast. The receptionist had also to look after the kitchen. There was insufficient cutlery and plates which made breakfast very difficult. Quality of food was very good.

This description is compared to other Ibis Budget hotels I’ve stayed at in France. In other Ibis Budgets, bedding has been charged daily, and fresh towels provided. This did not happen at Toulouse-Blagnac. In other Ibis Budgets, there is a room to store luggage before or after check in, if you arrive to the city early or have a late flight. This was not available at Toulouse-Blagnac. It appeared Toulouse-Blagnac failed on even the basics of hotel management. Recommended staying elsewhere in the city centre.

We do of course provide a free luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out for all our guests, especially for early arrivals or late flights. Regarding the linen, all rooms are naturally provided with bedding and towels, and replacements can also be arranged upon request at reception. Your comment is therefore quite far from the experience we usually provide within our recently renovated hotel. The room didn't feel cozy, but the main issue was the air quality. Even though it was cool outdoors, the room was too hot at night (and I'm someone who is usually cold), with no ability to adjust the temperature anywhere. It also felt like the sheets were polyester or something, because they did not breathe at all and we felt so sweaty and sticky. There is also no hand soap for the sink, which is a basic sanitation requirement. There is body wash attached to the wall inside the shower, which we ended up trying to use for washing our hands, but it's not ideal to have to climb in there for hand soap, especially after the shower is wet. At least it was walking distance from the airport for an early flight!

I like the Ibis Budget hotel at Toulouse Airport. I chose the Ibis Budget mainly because of its location. It is a ten minute walk from the airport terminal. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. The Ibis was good value for money. I would happily stay there again.
