We have stayed here before as it well located - close to Toulouse airport and a very nice shopping mall. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff here are very welcoming and helpful. The comfort rooms have a Nepresso machine and a kettle. Although there is only one espresso cup, one coffee cup and one glass, Suma at the front desk was happy to get more. Both the dinner and breakfast had good choices for a good price. We were greeted by Anna who doubles as do most of the staff at the front desk and in the dining room.

I gave it a bad mark so you would read it. The actual stay based on the quality of my sleep and comfort was 6-7. It would be unfair to let the fire alarm which went off around 1030pm just as i was getting ready to go to sleep, detract from the good nights sleep i got. Fire alarms are there for a purpose and occasionally they do go off in error. Another issue i had was in the restaurant where the meal was very tasty but it took ages to arrive.So much so that the lady in charge asked me if i wanted to see the sweet menu(thinking i had finished my main course) before my main course had even arrived! I don't have an issue with how long the food took as i could see that the restaurant was very busy so I wasn't too worried by the length of time it took but if the meal had been bad I might have changed my mind! The room was comfortable but the position of the toilet in the bathroom is a bit odd and the distance between the tv and the bed is very uncomfortable.I really think that the tv has the potential to hurt someone if they walk into it as they go along the bottom of the bed. I wouldn't want my elderly father to stay in that room as he would struggle not to bruise or cut himself in that situation. As i said it would be unfair to judge the stay based on the fire alarm going off at an inopportune moment but there were a few other little issues. Thank you.
