Accueil deplorable, restaurant pitoyable

Monsieur M., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre retour, même si nous regrettons sincèrement qu’il traduise une expérience aussi insatisfaisante. Nous sommes particulièrement surpris et désolés par vos commentaires concernant l’accueil et le restaurant, qui ne reflètent ni les standards de la marque ibis ni ceux que nous nous imposons au quotidien. Un accueil perçu comme déplorable et une restauration jugée pitoyable constituent un échec de service que nous prenons très au sérieux. Vos remarques sur la propreté, le petit-déjeuner et la qualité globale des prestations ont été transmises immédiatement aux responsables concernés. Des actions correctives sont en cours afin de renforcer le contrôle qualité, tant sur l’hygiène que sur l’expérience client au restaurant et aux points de contact clés (arrivée, équipe, départ). En tant que membre ALL avec statut Silver, vous êtes en droit d’attendre une expérience fluide et conforme aux engagements du groupe Accor. Nous regrettons profondément de ne pas avoir été à la hauteur lors de votre séjour. We booked 2 nights at the Ibis Blagnac. It is close to the airport. We had some contact with Anna prior to our arrival. We were greeted by her and Suna at the front desk with a warm friendly welcome. The hotel guests are mostly business travelers but the hotel has a kids corner in the lobby so it’s family friendly too. Although there was one tea cup and one coffee cup, the housekeeper went out of her way to get us more.
