Every time I come here for business, my team and I try our best to stay at this hotel. That says a lot about how satisfied we are with the experience. This time I tried the hotel's airport shuttle service. The hotel restaurant is also quite good—I ate there three times during my stay and was happy with the meals. The staff are very friendly. I have a need for hot water, and although there was no kettle in the room, the front desk took care of my request without charging extra.

6€ + 6€ : too expensive and unfair ( it should announced before it is not free as I thought! Additionally : restaurant : pave de saumon not fresh, it was precooked probably because expiration date...very limited choice of white wine , only one: pays d'Oc similar to a vib de table, not good. All that was very disappointing

As usual Ibis beds very comfortable. Hotel clean. However towels of poor quality & only 1 per person. Also shower dangerous & slippery, could do with a rubber mat.

I was very impressed by the staff's willingness to help despite them obviously being short staffed. We had some mountain bikes we did not want to leave in the parking lot and they found a solution to secure them inside which was very much appreciated. A slight downmark is the petit dejeuner express was more limited than what I've seen in other Accor properties. Overall positive.

A nice hotel near to the airport. There was only one guy manning the whole hotel when we checked in so of course he couldn't serve at the bar when people were checking in.
