An overnight stay after arriving at airport. Shuttle service used between hotel and airport. Although restaurant is closed on Saturday a small collection of dishes are offered which were of a high standard

We missed our flight from London and arrived at Toulouse airport at 8.45pm. There were no trains or buses to Lourdes where we were supposed to stay!! So i found the number to the hotel from the taxi stand and spoke to Maria. She was very helpful, accommodating and sympathetic to our troubles. She looked after us very well and we had a lovely meal to finish the day. The rooms was clean and comfortable, breakfast was well received and delicious. Thank you, Harold & Family.

I travel every 2nd week throughout UK and EU and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting and the thought of staying there for 2 nights had me in tears! It was old, outdated, paint chipped on all the walls, window blind broken, curtains were mismatched - 1 orange and 1 brown, there were 4 plastic coat hangers (all mismatched), no tea or coffee making facilities, no water, water in the bathroom sink was a trickle, a/c didn't work. As for breakfast the scrambled egg was stone cold, no regular tea, the toaster broke. When I checked I wasn't told about restaurant opening times, where breakfast was or the shuttle back to the airport. I would never ever stay here again and I am recommending that my company does not use this hotel again.
