I stayed there for 9 nights in December. On my last night I saw a bug crawling on my pillow !! I killed it. BUT, as I had never seen a bed bug before, I did not identify that bug as a bed bug !!! Little did I know it was!!! Lesions showed a few days after!!! Searching the internet, the lesions were definitely caused by bed bugs. These lesions lasted several weeks after the check-out and caused me a VERY significant trouble during the rest of my trip. Besides the itching and the pain, I had to leave my luggage apart from the rest and inside plastic bags, for fear that I had brought bugs or eggs with it. Another problem, was the fact that when I made the reservation, the total amount would be 580 euros, approximatelly. Upon check-in, tired from the long airplante trip, the lady at the reception charged me about 90 euros more. Luckily I had my voucher, and she charged me the correct amount shown in voucher. Not a nice experience at all and I think I deserve some compensation.

Everything was fine, except that there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and the bed pillows were really uncomfortable.
