Everything went well during our stay! The room was comfortable and clean, only things we hoped for were hand towels and a bigger trash bin. We did get extra towel from the reception which was nice. Public areas were pleasant and clean as well. The air conditioning worked well which we were really grateful for during the heatwave! The staff were extremely helpful and kind! I want to give special thanks to the two ladies at the check in - they made me feel very welcome <3 Breakfast was tasty and affordable. On saturday morning, 45 minutes before the breakfast ended, quite a few things had ran out (water, napkins, scrambled eggs) and were never filled which was a bit disappointing. However, there were still lots of other options so we had good breakfast anyways! The restaurant during lunch and dinner was also good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Yana and Salima were very kind. Before our arrival, we changed rooms a few times (from a single and twin room to a triple room), and they handled everything quickly, gladly, and efficiently. They were also very patient, as I sent them many emails while we were still not 100% sure whether accommodation for our group would be possible, since another company was also being considered. Simply top-notch!

My room was comfortable with all necessary amenities (for me) and well serviced every day. Breakfast was good except for a lack of fresh vegetables; evening meals were tasty, very filling and good value. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful. The only negative point for me was that this hotel was relatively isolated, over ten minutes walk from anywhere, and, in spite of the shuttle service, is better visited by car.

Very clean, very quiet, very good price, and very friendly staff. Only two issues, 1) the toilet required multiple flushes no matter what, we didn’t have this issue with the lobby toilet or toilets at any other location 2) the bed was extremely firm and after a few nights became difficult for good sleep.

TV has no English speaking channels --not even Fox News or CNN. No laundry room. Juice machine broken most of our stay. Gate to parking lot entry took too long to activate/open; key card needed re-activated twice during our stay.

Very expensive hotel for its basic features. There are not any kettle, coffee, tea, drawer, etc. No crib/coat available for my little one. The food was decent, nothing special.
