Checked in for a quick one-night stay near Geneva and was thoroughly impressed. ​Staff: Incredibly friendly and accommodating. ​Food: Great breakfast selection to start the day. They also offer solid dinner options on-site, which is super convenient @ the Indian restaurant. ​Overall a smooth, comfortable experience. Perfect if you need a reliable and welcoming place close to Geneva!

Not much exciting to say (but keep reading intil the end…. The aparthotel is ok, nothing really exciting and it is in need of a renovation. But put on the side of cost, they basically deliver what you paid. However there is big pleasant surprise. One of those hidden gems that maybe is worthy to keep secret that is not flooded by tourists: the restaurant. I saw 5 stars for the restaurant, i thought they were cheating with fake reviews, so I decided to take a look myself. Excellent Indian-Asian food, magnific beer, reasonable prices and no need to book a table as only a few people know about it. To the restaurant i would really give 5 stars.

The air conditioning on all 3 floors doesnt work. No explanation or apology, no refund, no free drink at the bar .. nothing. The breakfast was very limited. The on-site restaurant serves poor meals (I eat there twice in the hope that I was unlucky the first time). The rooms on the 3rd floor were incredibly hot (mine was south facing). I couldn't have the windows open because of the traffic noise, and people talking outside until 2am. Possibly the 2 worst nights sleep I've had for a long time. Staff seem very detached. The only reason this is a 4/10 and not a 2/10 is because the room was a good size, and the kitchenette had a fridge. If you say all rooms have air-conditioning you should make sure that the air conditioning actually works, otherwise it's useless. The single fan supplied was useless against 38 degree heat outside.

The whole hotel smells of curry, including the rooms making your clothes smell and an unpleasant environment in which to sleep. We had to buy air freshener. It was ill equipped for two people…one teaspoon, no cups. Spoons were provided after asking but they had no cups available. The kettle lid did not close so it burnt your hand pouring out the water. We had to buy some cups so we could have a coffee. One chair to sit at the table when there are two people. The foldable chairs were missing from the clothes storage room where they are usually found. Two coat hangers only for two of us for a six night stay. There were very thin old lumpy pillows on a sagging mattress which had clearly seen better days. The room was fairly clean but we found a dirty sock on the shelf. The security chain in the door was missing. When it became very hot we took the quilt out of the cover because it was too hot to sleep and discovered on so doing that it was dirty and stained. Many things were pointed out to the reception but it took ages for them to decide whether they could or would do anything. They seemed not to understand and I am a French speaker so there should not have been a comprehension issue. Having family in the area we have stayed there many times and sadly watched it sliding downhill. The whole place needs a massive update. Particularly the bathroom,the beds and what is provided. It is not worth the amount charged for a night in this hotel.

We book 2 rooms, one with TV that didn't work during the whole stay. The other with odors of smoke and cooking, we suspect that the cleaning team is not opening the windows during the cleaning.

I stayed at this Adagio for one night for the sake of closeness to the Geneva airport. I was impressed by the very spacious room, fully equipped galley type kitchen and also spacious bathroom. I believe this property may benefit from a remodeling, as it sadly shows its age both on the exterior and the interior. Old carpet, long dimly lit corridors and wood doors in bad shape cause an impression of lack of maintenance. Otherwise, a very nice stay. I'm always happy to stay at a Accor property.

Tout est à rénover!les clims sont en pannes (dans toutes les chambres!). Le réfrigérateur de la chambre fait le bruit d’un lave linge. Bref le prix est faible pour la région mais ce n’est pas bien. Seul le personnel est sympa.

Passage d'une nuit sur un weekend de forte chaleur. Grosse déception à l'arrivée car pas de clim dans la chambre et une chaleur suffocante à l'intérieur. Mise à disposition d'un ventilateur supplémentaire par l'accueil. Le ménage et la propreté de la vaisselle mise à disposition laisse un peu à désirer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très agréable le matin!
