My stay was perfect, I had no problems at all, the staff was friendly and very responsive and helpful, the room was cleaned regularly and the service in general was very good. I had only one issue though with the internet connection, slow and not very reliable if one needs it for work.

It’s a decent place to overnight when enroute via Geneva. Rooms are a bit tired but beds are comfortable, kitchen is equipped.

Double Charged for Pet and Then Hotel Staff Denied There Was a Double Charge, despite very clear evidence that the pet was already paid in the confirmation of reservation email - fortunately at the check out another hotel staff member realized the error and credited me with a refund. Spoiled our stay.
