I have been staying here for five days, but my room has not been cleaned during this time. I also requested clean towels twice, but they were never delivered.

We book 2 rooms, one with TV that didn't work during the whole stay. The other with odors of smoke and cooking, we suspect that the cleaning team is not opening the windows during the cleaning.

I stayed at this Adagio for one night for the sake of closeness to the Geneva airport. I was impressed by the very spacious room, fully equipped galley type kitchen and also spacious bathroom. I believe this property may benefit from a remodeling, as it sadly shows its age both on the exterior and the interior. Old carpet, long dimly lit corridors and wood doors in bad shape cause an impression of lack of maintenance. Otherwise, a very nice stay. I'm always happy to stay at a Accor property.

Amazing, clean, well equiped. Nothing to say I go there every week for profesional reasons it's always great. The only thing to improve is maybe the Gym not enough equipment there.
