We stayed from Feb 4 to 6 and booked two rooms for our group. Everything was good and everyone was happy with their stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient with MRT access nearby, making it easy to move around the city. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay in Ratchada.

Located just out of BKK main tourist area (lower Sukumvit) it's a nice hotel with easy access via the underground MRT Huai Kwang that provides linkages to ARL (Suvarnabhumi Airport) and BTS monorail. Away from the madness of the city but still within easy reach. Plenty of car park if you self drive. Friendly staff -Reception, Bellboy, parking staff, housekeeping Modern hotel Food/cafe on site - ordered Italian food for room service and quality and taste were fresh and good. Only 1 thing that hotel did not have is a 'business' area. Was in need of a desk with a monitor but sadly, hotel did not have this facility.
