I really don't like the automatic wake-up service at 7 o'clock in the morning. Though I reported this matter three times, no one resolve it. I don't know if it's because the local reception staff didn't understand either English or Chinese, one staff initially asked me pay for a bottle of water. But actually they previously told me the water is free. Anyway, most of the staffs are polite and kind.
