We stayed here for one night before our trip to Northern Thailand. The hotel is well located nearby subway in few steps and nice restaurants around the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant as they offered 50% off discount for in-house guest for their a la cart seafood buffet. The staff at the restaurant were service-minded. They always walked to every guests and asked them what they would like to order. The bar also had a relaxed atmosphere. The room was well equipped and nice decorated. The parking space seemed confuse for the lane position because of it was an old building before renovating into the hotel.

Reservation was firstly, made through reservation office and Khun Somchai has responses very well and in timely fashion. Arrival experience - Good, friendly, helpful and welcome . This stage would be perfect if guest name has been called or repeated during the check in process. Cleanliness - Average but the rubber seal at the toilet room is broken and we can see obviously but nobody change or replace the new one and leave it likes that. Honestly, this could be scratch to the leg and arm when sitting on the toilet bowl easily. In general, good experience but still have some rooms for ymprovement.

Good stay again. Friendly staff, great location. Only issue was the shower area. The water took a long time to drain and I had to constantly watch the level of water to ensure it did not overflow into the living room.

- Air-condition in my room (#1237) is not cold enough, setup temperature for 18 celsius but in-room temperature cool down to 26 Celsius or 25 celsius at least that make me can’t sleep well for the whole night. - Temperature for Hot water in the bathroom is not stable, sometimes very hot or cool switch every 4 – 5 seconds all the times when I take a shower. - Bedsheet with a duvet is not clean enough (I found some spill of tissue remain on my colleague bedsheet upon arrival and a bit smell from detergent. - I found a hole that burns from the cigarette butts on sofabed next to a window with some smoking smell in my room. (All rooms is non-smoking?) - A doorknob is very hard to close when I leave my room (#1237) However, all staffs are friendly, smile and helpful. Location is quite good and east to go by MRT

Initially, the price was good but realised my room was not available when i reached so i had to change room during my stay. Extended my stay and the price increased by 30%. Despite room was non smoking, my hotel stay all have smoking smell. Queen size bed is made up of 2 single bed. First stay but it was disappointing

Below par customer service, inconsistent message from reception but new hotel with clean rooms

When I first checked in, again it took some time for people to reach me although I was waiting at the Accor priority counter. It is really not an exclusive priority where people know you have a higher rank (Silver or more) than a normal customer or member, well that is what you preached on your why we should stay more and upgrade to silver or higher. Anyway, the man in a suit probably the GM came over to oversee his staff processing me. Took longer than usual although I checked in on the app. Not sure what the checking in on app does or speed things up. They still asked for all guests passport to make a copy and took a long time to key in my details. Entire check-in took more than 30 minutes including the wait before someone came to attend to me. Anyhow, I told them that I am travelling in a group of 4. Two of them are my mothers and mother in law. They should put us nearby or side by side if possible. They gave room 924 and 925 but they were miles apart. I went down to reception again to ask if I could have rooms side by side, the girl said no unavailable. Then I went to room 925, in the first 15 minutes, the lights kept flickering. Now that I thought about it, it was a little bit freaky or paranormal feeling as I do not think it was triggered by a motion sensor. While I was going down again to the reception, I went to 924 and informed my wife, opposite the room of 924 was 910 and I saw a slipper outside the room and a person coming out from the room. That did not bother me at first. I went to reception to inform about my room 925 lights issue. Asked if malfunction motion sensor lighting? The girl said yes. And asked if I have used the room, I mean what you mean used? Obviously I lay on the bed but I did not use the toilet yet. She said if it was used, then I cannot change the room. What kind of expectation is that? If I used the toilet and the light was going to bother guests the entire night, and you would not allow guests to change due to the uneasiness? You need to rethink your damn policy. Fortunately, I did not "use" and I told her to look for queen type of room if you could not give both rooms twin type of rooms. As my first request was to put us together. After checking, she said room 910 is available. Then, I was like, "Hey, in the first time I requested during checking in, you said no available rooms. Then, now you said 910 is available. Why is it suddenly available then? And I told her that I saw someone came out from the 910 room, then I have to wait another 10 minutes as she asked housekeeping if it was occupied. Apparently, it was not, however, who just came out of that room? No idea! The entire ordeal had me moving rooms and going up and down to sort this simple request when it could have been resolved in the first place took about 2 hours when I wanted to rest before going out for a nice dinner. It was totally unnecessary and what the start of my holiday when I expected problems to happen other than checking in a reputable hotel chain. And I asked over the phone to reception if I could have more water, she said I must go down to reception to collect. Hence, I went down to take 2 bottles of waters. The next night, I went down to reception to take more water, the man told me that I have to wait till tomorrow because housekeeping is closed. That caught me by surprise, what has taken water (which I have seen the receptionist go to the back behind the counter to take the bottles) got to do with housekeeping? You are already asking your guests to come to get them yourselves. Worst customer service and inconsistent service. And you have noticed I have asked more bottle waters on the 1st night and 2nd night, if you value and want to have a personal touch for long staying guests (I stayed for 5 days and took 2 rooms), at least notice this simple need and put in additional 2 bottles of water to gain my trust. No personal touch at all. The complimentary drinks for being SIlver status are really below expectations. The only Accor hotel who has a limited drinks selection and no alcoholic such as beer which can be bought in 7-11 for less than 50 baht. I mean, if you want to provide such complimentary benefit, do provide value, else, I might as well go to any hotel chain and they provide welcome drinks of juices. No difference. And you should longer bar hours on weekends, because you may have sports events like late-night football on TV. Other than that, housekeeping kept my room clean but did not refill my shampoo. I have to ration it throughout my stay. The breakfast spread should be changed daily. The best part of our stay was your soya milk drink with gingko. My moms really loved them. Your garden is under renovation, gym was not accessible. Other than the soya milk, the stay was definitely below our expectations. Only saving grace was soya milk and the hotel is newly built-in 2019.

I had 2 problems during the stay. so I sent an email but I still have not gotten feedback yet. Please check the below and give me some feedback ASAP. Hello. My name is Sangeun L. and I stayed at your hotel through hotels.com. (hotels.com confirmation number: 92…0) Date of Stay: 14 Jan 20 ~ 17 Jan 20 (3nights) I'm sending a mail to solve two problems. After checking my credit card statement after returning home, 1. The pizza I ordered from room service was paid twice. (I received one receipt at the time, but it was actually spent twice) 2. 1000 Baht paid by deposit has not been refunded. I'm sending you a credit card statement and a receipt as attached. I understand that I'm having a cumbersome situation, and I ask you to process a refund as soon as possible. (1,411.95 THB total)

Conveniently located next to MRT station. Staff are efficient. Rooms are clean and bright with basic amenities.
