Even though the location is good- I would prefer myself or recommend my colleagues to stay in other Hotels in this area. 1. No bed or sofa bed for child aged 9, had to pay extra for bed. (Booking clearly for 4 guests) 2. No complementary drinking water, no drinking hot water as well during breakfast. 3. No tooth brush or paste/ No complementary footwear. 4. On first day Had to virtually argue with staff for breakfast for two ( Three adult + child aged 9)

The hotel design was minimalist but quite comfortable. Although I don’t like they put shower and toilet in separate chambers. Hotel location close to a busy street; awful traffic jam during rush hours.

Lovely staff, dreadful policy. 1000 baht let bought ad a deposit is awful. Plus the breakfast was less good than expected, no pain au chocolate and other pastries were dry, and chicken sausage? Urgh

Was asked to provide B1,000 for each night of stay. Since it was 6 nights, I'm requested to provide B6,000 for deposit. After much protest it was reduce to B5,000. Apparently the new policy was decided the day before without notice. Not sure its right to penalize all guest because of an incident (as informed by staff), not even sure if the hotel is insured for incidents. Since some of my stay can be up to 12 days, I will skip this hotel, no reason to provide B12,000 deposit in cash and end up bring it home. Deposit by credit takes as long as 30 days for refund (as per staff). I certainly don't wish to remember refund for 30 days.

We had a wonderful relaxed stay in Ibis Ratchada, stayed for 4 nights and extended 1 more night. The most pleasant experience we had is especially with all the front desk reception staff, all are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to take extra miles! Another great part of this hotel is definitely the location.
