I am also glad that our executive lounge, turndown service, and overall facilities exceeded your expectations. I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the elevator card reader and the room amenities. Your feedback regarding the card reader has been shared with our engineering team to ensure this is promptly addressed. Regarding the amenities, I assure you that we adhere to strict quality standards, but we will certainly review this matter to avoid any future concerns.
