The room and service is all ok, room is clean and they provide the decoration and cake for celebration, but we are quite stunned when we booked a massage to the hotel as we are not fully informed with the policy. I book a 7pm appointment then i reached at 7:15 and they already cancelled and give the slot to other guest. understable that is their policy but atleast brief your guest about it, not when i come you will only say oh its cancel and given the slot to other people cause given the traffic in the city is so unpredictable to come on exact timing atleast if i know i can adjust accordingly but thats not what happen and they can only say is sorry and if you prioritize people that pay "cash" so whats the point of having a massage parlor in hotel if you cannot use the deposit you put during check in? is it supposed to be used when u want to spend anything in the hotel and charge directly with your room charges is it the whole point of collecting deposit as well?
