We had a 14day stay at the hotel and had an amazing experience especially the service from Toon, Eye, Nook and May. They had the most amazing smiles as they serve, very good knowledge of the meal options available, always helpful with choosing the meals and ensuring we had the best. They actually went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience, service with a smile at its best. They made the stay feel like home away from home. The location is excellent which made travelling very easy. The service throughout my stay was impressive, and I truly appreciate the warm and helpful attitude of the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. A special thank-you for the beautiful birthday room decoration and cake—it was a lovely surprise. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the food. While everything else exceeded expectations, the food options—especially for Indian guests—felt limited. The menu could benefit from more variety and improved taste to better cater to Indian preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements to the food selection, the experience would be even better. Thank you once again for the warm hospitality—I look forward to visiting again.
