Stay was ok. However, executive lounge operations are in a mess. Was told that breakfast was till 11 and then tea after that from 11-4. When i went up at 11, no one was there to welcome me nor was there any food left for the ½ an hour i was there. Similarly, went up at 3.50pm and realize that all the food had been cleared as well with nothing left to eat. Evening cocktails are in a mess as well with alcoholic drinks that are made with almost no alcohol in it. Did not recall the lounge being such low standard when i visited earlier this year.

reasonable price, very clean, isolated from malls and restaurants, need a taxi for almost every trip, breakfast buffet needs to be improved, bathroom needs to be re-arranged, maintenance when requested is poor, excellent front desk and housekeeping.
