Dear Mr.Jasen, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m glad to hear that our staff made a positive impression, but I’m truly sorry the room didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when the room feels different from what you expected based on photos, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also sincerely apologize for the issues with the curtains and the water leak in the shower. I’m glad you informed us about the leak, and we’ll make sure that this is addressed promptly. As for the curtains, we will review them and replace any that are showing wear to ensure a more comfortable environment for our guests. Regarding the shower head height, we absolutely understand how frustrating this must have been. It’s not the standard you should expect from an executive suite, and I’m really sorry it negatively impacted your stay. We will certainly convey your feedback to our higher management for further consideration during future renovations or updates. We genuinely appreciate your understanding, and your feedback will help us make necessary improvements.
