We’ve had a wonderful time on our trip, especially because the staff were so prompt in helping us out. We didn’t stay in the room much or use all the facilities, but we still felt so well taken care of! We also celebrated my friend’s birthday, and we even got the decorations and cake ready! For the price, the room was big and clean, and the amenities were all set up nicely. I was also upgraded to a gold member, even though the room size was the same. But I absolutely loved the bathroom! I’m definitely planning to come back to Grand Mercure on our next trip!

First impressions were brilliant and the concierge and reception staff were excellent. The room however was very tired and in need of a refurb. The local traffic in that area is also very heavy and so any taxi/bus rides take a long time.
