This time I stayed for a period of 9 days. Due to running errands near the hotel, I chose to stay there. At first I was worried about traffic. But when we went to find it, we found that the traffic was not as congested as expected. Or when I switch traffic on the other side? Guest rooms on the 23rd floor were initially expected to be updated. But as far as I can see, it seems to be the type of room that was reserved. But the room is quite old. Should have been renovated. When checking in, the staff took you up to check in. which is quite fast I often use the bar service. The staff take care and provide good service. But the breakfast on the 23rd floor seems to have a bit less choice. One thing that would like to be improved is the underground parking area. Especially where you have to make a U-turn which has a narrow gap. But there is a space for cars to park. which makes it difficult to get in and out The hotel's duties while staying have been informed several times. But it's still the same.

I had a short stay which was very well organized with the assistance of Ms Pattrapan. The breakfast was diverse with regional and international choices to meet the preferences of all the guests. The room was spacious, enough light and good conditioning. The only room for improvement is the functionality of the lift but overall it was a good experience and friendly staffs.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Once when the shuttle bus was fully booked, one of the concierge staff drove me to the MRT station with the hotel tuktuk. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wide variety of food for breakfast and evening cocktail at the lounge. MRT station about 950m walk away. Hotel provides free one-way shuttle service to MRT station and some malls at fixed times. Room was well decorated and had nice welcome amenity for Accor Plus Platinum member.

We love the service. The concierge were really helpful. The problem is, the staff behind the front desk. These ladies are not very good with english and have a hard time relaying their meaning. They also take time doing their jobs. The result is the long line in the front desk. There is also no staff in the ALL line.
