Great service and rooms, but the shower needs updating.The staff was very attentive and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom shower is an old-fashioned fixed type that cannot be adjusted or moved. It would be much better if they updated it to a modern, adjustable shower head.

We requested 3 months in advance for 3 rooms to be allocated together as one had kids sleeping alone. Despite the request, these were neither interconnected nor together. On insisting, 3rd room was confirmed though 6 rooms away for 5pm and handed over after multiple follow up after 9pm when kids were already asleep, having taken an early morning flight the same day. Service in the restaurant was also lousy by EARTH. We had to call and chase every time during dinner on 12th June and felt quite let down by behavior. A big restaurant running with 2 waitresses and not interested in listening, leave apart being prompt was sub par. Checkout experience was fine but overall at best average or below par for a chain hotel.
