I was on a holiday trip so limited amenities. There was one restaurant, 7-11 and a massage parlour nearby. The nearest MRT was a 15 min walk and a massive noisy construction just outside my room. I had the daily breakfast which was disappointing range of food aside from the egg station. Could have had more Thai options and I didn't get why there was a big selection of Jain food when we could have more asian option like everyday Indian or chinese food.

We have been here many times over the last few years - because the location is great and the pricing is good and the rooms and staff are good. But the lifts are a serious problem that they still have not fixed - often long waiting times at certain times of the day. Such a large hotel that is always busy needs more and bigger lifts. Plus I suggest your security staff must stop the Indian guests who share rooms across different floors - they go in and out of each others rooms (families?) - and often slowly use the lifts (hold them) to take things up and down a few floors. The Indians do this every where in the world, and they are your best customers, but I suggest you monitor the cameras in lifts and talk to those who hold the lifts too long. Plus get the lifts fixed and upgraded quicker - the single lift to carpark was a great idea.
