My family and I recently stayed at Pullman Bangkok King Power in Rooms 1032 and 1033, and overall we had a very enjoyable and memorable experience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality provided by Kelvin during check-in. He welcomed our family with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, creating an outstanding first impression of the hotel. His service truly reflected the high standards of hospitality expected from a luxury property, and I hope the management team will recognize his excellent contribution. The guest rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. We were particularly impressed by the overall quality of the accommodation and the pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. We also enjoyed our welcome drinks at the ground-floor bar, where the staff were highly enthusiastic and knowledgeable in recommending beverages. Their friendly and proactive service made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area for improvement relates to the bathroom in Room 1032. During the morning period between approximately 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM, the shower water pressure was noticeably weak compared to the evening. In addition, the shower drainage was rather slow, causing water to accumulate during use both in the evening and the following morning. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful stay and sincerely appreciate the efforts of the entire team. We look forward to returning in the future.
