Hotel has lovely amenities, is centrally located and the staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Check out was 12pm but our flight wasn’t until 9pm. The hotel staff gladly held our bags and allowed us access to the pool deck after check out. This gave us a comfortable place to cool down and shower before heading to the airport.

I stayed there for 3 days and first day after check in, there is no towel at all in the room so I asked the reception to send the towel and one of the staff come after almost 30 minutes with small towel and no big towel as I was been waiting for shower. So I told him to bring the big towel and then disappear again for 1 hour so I called the reception again and complaint and after around 30 minutes, house keeper came with full load of towel. On second day, I was at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand the whole day for workshop and when I arrived back, the housekeeper put 3 out of 4 pillows on the sofa and only one on the bed. On third day, they didn't provide any coffee sachet, creamer or equal sugars at all. What a bad service! I am an ALL member and this is not the service that I want from this type of hotel.
