Thank you for the spa voucher, I really enjoyed head massage with Mob, it was sad that I could not make to have a full body massage. Overall stay is nice

A well catered hotel with restaurant,cafe and executive lounge. Great open pool. Very friendly staff who were happy to help. Smelly carpet in the corridors. The rooms don't have enough lighting.

Overall is ok. The bed should be more comfy. The food is not ok across both breakfast and lunch. Also, the food in the lobby cafe is promising, but not so impressive.

Comfortable stay, happy to be upgraded and the room was newly renovated. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Definitely will return to stay. Just curious that coffee and tea was not refresh daily. Quite unusual for 5 star rated hotel.

Bangkok at its finest. Koi pond to luxury seats at lobby and spacious.
