We chose this hotel after reading reviews of a number in Bangkok, and I am so glad we stayed here. The communication before booking was outstanding and even organized a birthday surprise for my wife. Checkin at 2am was quick and easy and our room was spacious with a great view and a big comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection that changed daily - it had the biggest range of food I've experienced at any hotel, and we really enjoyed the infinity pool area. On top of all this, the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and caring and this is the icing on the cake. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to come back to Thailand and stay here again. Thank you for a wonferdul experience.

The hotel was generally good and met the standards expected of its category. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall stay was pleasant. However, I would like to highlight an incident that occurred on 24 July at around 10:30 a.m. I had prepared to work from the lobby and briefly left my seat after placing my water bottle/glass there, intending to return shortly. When I came back, I found that a hotel staff member had moved my belongings to another location so that they could sit there and chat with colleagues, despite there being many other available seats in the lobby. In my view, moving a guest's personal belongings without permission is inappropriate and shows a lack of basic courtesy. Regardless of the intention, respect for guests' personal property should be a fundamental service standard, especially in a hotel of this level. While this was a single incident during an otherwise satisfactory stay, I believe it is worth bringing to management's attention, as small gestures of respect and professionalism often make the difference between a good hotel and an excellent one.
