We came from Australia with our family and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman King Power. Kevin at the reception was exceptional very kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Every staff member we met provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcomed. One of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. Highly recommended to family and friends.

Overall good. Room is small and windows were not experienced to be soundproof. Breakfast spread was great including the quality of food. Staff quite helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s rest. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive, and all amenities were well stocked throughout my stay. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were quick to assist with requests and always did so with a genuine smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is another strong advantage. Being connected to the King Power complex and close to BTS stations made getting around Bangkok convenient, while still offering a calm retreat away from the busiest areas. Overall, my stay at the Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
