My husband and I had the best 3 nights stay here . We arrived on my birthday and when we entered the room there was a surprise small cake with a happy birthday message . All staff, with a special mention to Gift ,were cheerful friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble .Breakfast each morning was delicious with a huge variety of everything you could want. The hotel itself was modern and tastefully decorated and felt calm and relaxing and also great location with shops , street food , and restaurants and a small lovely park all within 10 minutes walk Also tuk tuk’s easily available from this area . Would definitely stay here again .

The rooms were comfy and pleasant. Just a few things to note, the charger point under the pedestal is very inconvenient. The lighting near the mirror can be brighter. The dresser could have a mirror near natural light as ladies that are dressing & fixing their makeup need that. The coffee sachet was underwhelming, coming from a different Pullman hotel the day before, that had Nespresso Machines. The room kettle was leaking but was replaced when I called housekeeping. Room service food was good.
