The hotel is wonderful. The staff is cheerful and very Efficient and hospitable. The checkin was a breeze and I was very efficiently assisted by Nat at the front desk. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant is well spread out, it has some wonderful local South East Asian spread as well. The staff at the restaurant are welcoming, and take care of your smallest needs, considering the amount of guests coming over is so pleasing to see. The hotel rooms are well furnished. The hotel also has an ATM located within the lobby which is such a convenience. The hotel is located right next to King Power Duty Free Mall, you can literally take ten steps and you are into the Mall. It has an adequate Gym and a Pool.
