I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and always smiling, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. This has been one of the most unforgettable, memorable experience of a lifetime. Everyone is involved from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant crew, housekeeping staff I couldn’t ask for more. They’re all genuinely caring, making sure our needs are met especially during the time that we had to be taken to the hospital. The hotel was superb, very comfy and really clean. Given another opportunity we will choose Pullman again. Thank you.

Bad experience in Snack and Coca Cola in refrigerator it should be free.

Kindly note that four bottles of drinking water, as well as coffee and tea, are provided complimentary in the room, while other beverages and snacks placed in the minibar are chargeable if consumed. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated during your stay. We also appreciate your comment regarding the elevator access to the parking area.
