The hotel met all my expectations! With a sensitive back related to a past back injury, the bed is extremely important for my wellbeing. Besides the bed, the rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and with a functional air-condition, which on the low intensity level was perfect during the night. The staff were hospitable and friendly, and always had a smile to offer. Thank you for a great stay!

My experience was very close to perfect, as the level service from the team at Pullman King Power was perfect. The only thing that I would mention is that I requested a Non-smoking room however, the level which was I put on smelled like it was previously a smoking level? Also the level itself in the corridor was quite hot and not air conditioned.

Was there for business trip. The hotel (room, food and service) was great. Good location. the swimming pool is nice. the hotel is clean, people are friendly. The only lowlight I have is regarding business facilities. We needed a space and some equipment to run a conference there and while the space allocated at the business centre was fine, we would have appreciated to have longer access hours (closes at 9.00pm, but we had sometimes to work after 9.00pm) and we requested to have a printer but it was long to be delivered and we only got it ready around 3.00pm on the first day and then we were short on time to prepare everything we needed to.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman King Power. The location is perfect, walking distance from the BTS with plenty of food options around. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities are wonderful, highlight for me was an evening swim in the pool (great that it's open until 10pm). I only have one grievance - there is too much plastic. Especially for a hotel marketing itself as eco conscious. There are the very old school tiny shampoo bottles (of course imported) - why not chose one of the fantastic Thai eco brands and find a way to use bigger glass bottles attached to the shower? That would add a bit of local flavour and be so much more environmetally friendly, also probably cheaper than buying tons of tiny plastic bottles that people only half use. Additionally, I've stayed in hotels that provide glass water bottles and have public water stations to fill up, some hotels even marketed refillable bottles that guests could by with local design on them. Pullman should join this trend, it looks more upscale, is more environmetally friendly and if you're smart you can make money from it. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Lower your expectation as Gold member in Accor network

I had fantastic experiences as gold member in pullmans/novotels and sofitel usually but i ended up being a bit disappointed this time. the negatives: No upgrade offer vs silver experience in the hotel this time. No access to exec lounge despite that. No additional welcome amenities. No Nespresso coffee machine in the room which i used to get even in the past. The washroom amenities are disappearing every year. There was a huge earthquake one mornign (6 scale) but not even an alarm started. I had to come down and evacuate myself. the positives: Was able to check in earlier as gold member after waiting for 2 hours. Breakfast as usual was great. the normal: Room was standard level. People are really polite and service is at a good level. Conclusion: thinking of moving to pullman sukhumvit or sofitel sukhumvit next time. May be i will be valued more as gold/platinum member.

Pullman King Power was one of the exotic hotels I have visited and stayed in Bangkok during my recent visit. Be it the cozy rooms or the lip smacking food or the warm hospitality of the staff, the property is one of the best hotel experiences in Bangkok. The locality is one of its key aspects owing to the proximity to the rest of the city. The swimming pool view and the in-house restaurants are also worth exploring.

To start off with, the service provided at this hotel was exceptional. Great staff and service when I was checking in, and also provided late checkout as I had a late afternoon flight. Facilities were great, even the gym was small but had all of the best amenities needed to keep me fit, and then the pool was also great and cooling. The only thing that was lacking I guess, was that I was put up on the Garden side building and for some reason even though I asked for a non smoking level, somehow when I got out of my floor (6) I could smell traces of cigarette smell in the hallway and also in the room. Maybe the rooms were previously smoking levels. One more thing was that on my level the hallways were not air conditioned and therefore quite hot when walking to and from my room whereas the ground floor was very comfy and cool.
