Location is good for business trip as its at the center of all factories. Small mall in walking distance with some restaurants. Room is small but with excellent bed and powerful shower. Breakfast varieties are good but the refill need improvement. Overall a pleasant stay for 1N. Phone signal is very bad here. Need to rely on hotel wifi for internet.

I took 2 rooms, executive and standard so manage to compare the differences but overall both rooms are nice especially the pillows are the best pillows ever. The matress were good too. Love the room setup and the design. Lift was good and fast. Less waiting time. Parking is free when validate at counter. The only setback is normally I will book 1 person and automatically will get 2 breakfast but this is the 1st time I encounter I need to book for 2 pax to get the 2nd breakfast. I didnt check on the price differences if booking for single or double. So basically I had to add another adults beside my kids. The breakfast was so so only. The taste was normal, no Wow effect eventhough there is satay, rice cube was very hard, the Tempe use is not fresh, u can taste the old stock Tempe, the porridge too much water . Dim Sum was nice but it took some time to replenish. The nasi lemak is tasteless and the sambal also. Thats why I only take breakfasts on my 1st morning only and I didnt go for my 2nd morning as I prefer to order Food Panda which gave me value for my money. Room was 10/10 but the food was 2 / 10.

Reported my bag left somewhere at lobby counter, Mr Gopi took charged but no respond after 1 week, very bad service and not responsible to customer complain and loss!! It can be easily checked at cctv right?furthermore it was at a very common and open area (hotel lobby just infront of reception) Please feedback asap ,thank you!
