Room is fine. Location a bit outskirt but manageable. My main issue is the towels and laundry services. I stayed for 5 days. Every time the new towels came with some form of stains. Not clean enough from previous wash. I have to chase reception for my daily laundry and they usually drag until 9pm to deliver them.

The shower foam (foam bath) dispenser in my room was not working. It was semi-detached from the wall and it could not dispense shower foam. I informed the front desk around 5.30pm about it and requested them to resolve it. When I got back at night, it was still unresolved.

I generally do not leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience could have been handled differently. I was staying at the hotel and had received my daily lunch from Saujana Hotel as part of my company’s meal arrangement. As I only returned to the hotel after 2pm, I wanted to reheat the meal rather than throw it away. I approached the Restaurant Manager, Nazri, at Warna Restaurant to ask if I could use a microwave. I explained that the food was halal-certified and provided by Saujana Hotel. However, I was informed that the restaurant could not accommodate the request and was directed to a convenience stall, "my news", approximately 15 minutes away to reheat the food. I ended up throwing away 5 days worth of lunch and ate out instead. I understand that the hotel may have its own food-handling policies. However, it would be helpful if the hotel could consider providing a microwave for in-house guests, perhaps with separate facilities for halal and non-halal food where appropriate. I hope this feedback can be considered as an opportunity to improve the convenience and overall experience for guests with similar needs.

The room size is small but cozy. Setup is fine. Just the toilet seat got old stain marks. Also the bathroom wall is not clean, dirt stain. Breakfast spread is good. But the taste can be improve. Reception staff is very polite and professional, but need improvement on breakfast cafe.

Dear Sir, First of all, thank you for your email and for taking the time to ask about my experience and feedback regarding Mercure Hotel. For your information, most of my stays at the hotel are work-related. Whenever I travel alone or with my colleagues, I will usually choose Mercure as my preferred hotel. Personally, I find Mercure to be one of the best hotels, and I am very satisfied with the facilities, services and overall experience provided. However, I would also like to share a recent experience with you. I will be attending another work-related training for four days, from 17/8/2026 to 20/8/2026, and I requested my company to book my accommodation at Mercure again. Unfortunately, I was informed that the hotel rate has increased and is now above my company's allowable accommodation limit. I was quite disappointed, especially since I had just stayed at Mercure on 11/8/2026, and there was no issue with the rate at that time. I understand that the increase may possibly be related to the SUKMA Games, as I noticed that contingents from Johor and Pahang are also staying at the hotel. As a result, my company has now booked my accommodation at Hilton Glenmarie Hotel instead. Although I understand that hotel rates may vary depending on demand and events, I am still quite disappointed that I will not be able to stay at Mercure this time.  I genuinely prefer Mercure and would have chosen to stay with you again if the rate had remained within my company's allowable limit. Hopefully, there will be an opportunity for me to stay at Mercure again on my next work trip. The staff was ever ready to help us with check-in. We stayed there (me and my colleague) because UiTM was organising a conference, and it was managed beautifully by the Mercure Hotel team. The stay was comfortable; the room was minimalist but very cosy. The food we had was delicious, from the tea break in the morning to lunch and the tea break in the evening (I love the free-flow coffee). The staff are always ready to help. Special mention to Puan Ilya and En Amir. I should have booked via Accor ALL App. We stayed an extra night with my family (3 of us). My daughter said we should repeat coming there; 1 night is not enough.
