I reserved two rooms and politely requested connecting ones. As a Gold member, the manager on duty, Linda, kindly arranged an early check-in. I also had a pleasant interaction with Nazri, who was very friendly, explained my Gold member privileges, and assisted with a late check-out. I will surely come back again! I woukd also like to provide feedback regarding the accrual of reward points. I understand that points are not awarded for bookings made through third-party applications such as Agoda and AirAsia. However, I believe this policy should be reviewed, as it disadvantages loyal Accor guests, such as myself, who utilize these platforms for booking while still staying at Accor properties. Despite having two rooms booked via a third-party app, I received no reward points, which seems unfair for a Gold member. I request that you investigate this matter.
