Comfortable room but quite warm, the air conditioning couldn't cool it down even though it was set to 22 the room stayed at 27 the entire time.

We sincerely regret, however, the inconvenience caused by the temperature in your room. During your stay, Nantes experienced exceptionally high temperatures, which placed significant strain on many air-conditioning systems throughout the city. Unfortunately, our equipment was affected by these unusual weather conditions, and we understand how uncomfortable it must have been to experience a room temperature of 27°C despite the air conditioning being set lower. We greatly appreciate your understanding and are particularly grateful for the excellent ratings you awarded to so many aspects of your stay despite this inconvenience. We had a great first experience. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious (usually not the case with hotel breakfasts) and abundant. 10 stars for that. The room, including the bed, was comfortable. I wish there had been a tea kettle or a coffee machine (even one in a common area would have been better than none). I did love the water fountain with soda water. I also wish that there had been more toiletries (e.g. lotion) in the bathroom. The water pressure was great and the shower comfortable. The hotel's location was very convenient. And the staff were very friendly. For all these reasons, I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The staff are great, it’s well located near the train station, clean, comfortable, USB sockets in the room, reasonably priced & includes breakfast which is plentiful with lots of choice. The only downside is you can’t make yourself a hot drink in the room. We will always stay here if in Nantes.
