Not a great stay due to construction work taking place - No lift working so not great moving luggage up lots of stairs -Plus dust and mess everywhere on the reception floor - Last day our room had no hot water for a shower - Advised receptionist I do think as an Accor Member that we should have been given an option or told of building activities taking place or moved - Not great customer care

Great location for exploring Nantes. You can easily walk to the centre of Nantes and to a lot of the sites but if not there are tram stops close by, right near the main train station. Quiet and clean with helpful friendly staff.

Well located, near transports et commodities but pretty calm. Didn't need the daily cleaning of the room but it's a shame the only time I asked, they didn't do it. Otherwise, the hotel crew were very very nice !
