Not a great stay due to construction work taking place - No lift working so not great moving luggage up lots of stairs -Plus dust and mess everywhere on the reception floor - Last day our room had no hot water for a shower - Advised receptionist I do think as an Accor Member that we should have been given an option or told of building activities taking place or moved - Not great customer care

I had a very good stay at ibis Styles. The welcome was warm, and I really appreciated being able to arrive very late without any problem. The front desk agent was very competent, efficient and professional, which made check-in smooth and stress-free after a long day of travel.

Great location for exploring Nantes. You can easily walk to the centre of Nantes and to a lot of the sites but if not there are tram stops close by, right near the main train station. Quiet and clean with helpful friendly staff.
