We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your family room and our location, which is ideal for exploring Nantes and travelling by train. We are sorry, however, that our continental breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. While hot dishes are not part of the ibis Styles breakfast concept, we appreciate your feedback and are always looking at ways to improve our offering. Regarding the work in the lobby, these were finishing touches to our renovation and did not generate any noise. We do, however, completely understand that their presence may have affected the overall appearance of the reception area, and we are sorry if this detracted from your first impression. Finally, we understand your comments regarding the area around the station. Unfortunately, this is a city-wide issue beyond our control, although we appreciate that it may affect the overall impression of some visitors.
