Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at ibis Styles Nantes Centre Gare. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your family room and our location, which is ideal for exploring Nantes and travelling by train. We are sorry, however, that our continental breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. While hot dishes are not part of the ibis Styles breakfast concept, we appreciate your feedback and are always looking at ways to improve our offering. Regarding the work in the lobby, these were finishing touches to our renovation and did not generate any noise. We do, however, completely understand that their presence may have affected the overall appearance of the reception area, and we are sorry if this detracted from your first impression. Finally, we understand your comments regarding the area around the station. Unfortunately, this is a city-wide issue beyond our control, although we appreciate that it may affect the overall impression of some visitors. I had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Styles Nantes Centre Gare. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the facilities were great. Breakfast was also fantastic with a good range of food and drinks. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel's location is ideal for getting to the train station and the airport. It's perfect for anyone who wants to stay in Nantes city centre- I would definitely recommend!
