The room was clean, the people in the reception were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good, however some goods were not available on all days. The location was very good, however I would prefer an owned parking place, rather than using the public parking place nearby.

This hotel is connected to the congress center, very close to the LU area, close to the train station, to the castle and to downtown. The team is a professional one and happy to support as needed.

The room was very clean and wide enough. The lunch package as substitute for breakfast was of poor quality.

Treated like 3rd class tourists, never had to pay a deposit on a room before but we had to here. Never felt welcome in the place.

Not sure if you provide feedback to hotels on their websites, tripadvisor etc but I went on the latter this morning and posted the following: ‘Firstly I should say that the accommodation provided complies with all that one would expect of a Novotel, clean, warm & comfortable. However, it is shocking to see that the Accor hotel group are slipping behind the times and not keeping up with the growing customer sensitivity for good environmental practices. To still be finding single-use plastics in use in the rooms in the form of plastic goblets in plastic wrapping, shampoo and shower gel in plastic single use tubes, tea bags in plastic rather than paper sachets etc is shocking. I can’t imagine how many goblets, tubes & sachets get used in this one hotel each day, which then when multiplied by the 1000’s of hotels in the Accor group and 365 days in a year must produce tonnes of landfill waste. Clearly Accor are no longer an industry-leading group and I will be avoiding their hotels in favour of those that are environmentally sensitive until they do so.’

Night ok and dinner in restaurant ok except an error for the price of the chamber The correction was done by reception officer after 2 request : one the evening and the staff are not in charge of this correction and 1 by phone some day after as nothing was done after First request

The hotel was fine but we expected something more luxurious and clean from a 4 stars hotel. The rooms were OK but the toilette papers were not new. They were used by previous visitors. The towels were not very clean as well. We went to the breakfast at 10, and different things were not offered anymore such as the potato and the bacon.

I had nothing but issues with this hotel regarding service. The room was impeccable, but it does seem that there are systems in place that the hotel is incapable of managing. Every day, some times, multiple times per day, there were issues. It started with the text telling me my key was ready for me, but when I arrived, the room was not ready. When I reserved, I indicated I needed a Vegan meal, and I had an urgent need for my clothes to be pressed. Well, NO ONE knew about my dietary needs, and the "urgent pressing" could not be returned until 24 hours later. There were many others, but the one that takes the cake. I asked the front desk which SUSHI restaurant I could call to have some Sushi delivered. I was informed that I was not allowed to have food delivered because the hotel had a restaurant...a manager did come out after a while to tell me I could order sushi...was it that or when I called room service before closing and was told they could not make anything for me for dinner (dietary restrictions, remember) because it was too late and I should have called earlier...NEVER AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Nice hotel with helpful people. The breakfast is good and the room to take it is extremely well exposed to the sun which is just a pleasure first thing in the morning. The bed could have been better for the price my company paid.

We spent 1 night in this hotel. According to platinum membership - we didn't received an upgrade to hogher standard room at arrival. After seeing our room I asked for that and then we received an apartment, which was totally dirty and dusty, In bathroom, there is a melt all over the bathtube.

The hotel was very good but the car park below was a problem . While parked overnight some white car damaged all the near side of my car and did not leave a note . A bit of a put off as the repair cost will exceed the hotel visit .
