The location is excellent. Step off the airport shuttle and it’s within sight. The front desk staff had excellent English skills and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was easy to find, modern and very clean. It was wonderfully quiet and I slept well.

The room was great except 1) lighting & 2) plastic sheet on bed. Really poor service in restaurant for dinner - brusque, rude waitress. Terrible wines by the glass, one I sent back. (The breakfast staff were nice, good receptionist)

The room was large and clean well appointed the view was over the railway station but there was noise. Out front was a river frontage which was lovely the staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great

We stay at this hotel regularly and are usually very happy with it. We always eat in the restaurant, but this time had a bad experience. We ordered drinks with our meal, twice, from a waitress and a waiter. The drinks never arrived, which affected the quality of the meal. When I mentioned this at the end to the waitress, she just shrugged ! Totally unacceptable. The far more professional person on reception (Mousta) tried to resolve the situation, but the service in the restaurant just wasn’t good enough.

The Male receptionist was awesome the restaurant staff for dinner was great my room was comfortable. It would be great to have the natural eggs for the ommlette rather than the powder and it was served to hot enough even though the serveuse was bringing it out other than that everything was perfect.
