We were only there for a couple of days but we were comfortable. Located next to a station, which is handy. For a 4 star rated hotel I expected an iron and an ironing board in the room. I would have given a higher rating if this had been provided. When asked, the staff at reception got them for us and said that we should take them to our room. We were on our way out so this really surprised me. A 4 star hotel should have had it brought to the room. Besides this, I was happy with our stay.

- No special welcome, not a word for a Diamond client, nothing in the room as little as a cookie or a fruit! - Room extremely hot, not possible to sleep with the window open because of the noise outside, and air conditioning not functioning. - At check-out, one of the rare times in my life where the simple question "how was your stay?" wasn't even asked. All the more to, once again, a Diamond client. I was, very negatively, amazed by the check-our process, which consists only in handing over your room key and credit card!
