We were dissapponted, as after a long day exploring the city, we called room service just before 10, to be told the kitchen was closed, even though rooms service states 10pm, so had a croque insted of the burger we wanted. We then returned the following day, to find our room had not been cleaned and our trays from the night before were still in the room. Credit to the man on reception, he aplogised and made sure we had fresh towels and coffee put in the room before we returned, but the housekeeping staff had gone home, so the room couldnt be cleaned. I then had a shower the following morning and had to use all the towels to mop up the water that had flowed out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor due to the water not draining away. This wasnt what I expected after paying for an upgraded room, and will be seeking alterative accomodation next time we come, which is a shame as the food in the resturant was excellent and it was very handy for the train station, and the excellent indian resturant just down the road.

The location is excellent. Step off the airport shuttle and it’s within sight. The front desk staff had excellent English skills and were very friendly and accommodating. The room was easy to find, modern and very clean. It was wonderfully quiet and I slept well.

The room was great except 1) lighting & 2) plastic sheet on bed. Really poor service in restaurant for dinner - brusque, rude waitress. Terrible wines by the glass, one I sent back. (The breakfast staff were nice, good receptionist)

Well it was a bit quick 3 days. Bedrooms were cleaned and made up very nicely each day - that's important.
