We booked at the Mercure at Nantes station at the last minute as our train had been cancelled. We found the staff professional, efficient and friendly and our room extremely comfortable and quiet - the perfect solution.

It was not a good experience. The bathroom was not cleaned.

The day I checked in I went to have lunch and was told there was no chef in the kitchen so no lunch was available which was very disappointing, I would have expected a hotel to have cover for staff absence.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Our restaurant is open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every evening of the week. After 10:00 p.m., although the room is no longer accessible, we continue to offer a catering service via Room Service. A wide choice of charcuterie, cheese and salad boards are available all night long, as well as a host of desserts if you have a sweet tooth.
