The room was large and very well appointed. The decor is beautiful. We liked to tv film about the hotel to explain how the Māori culture influenced the design.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Pullman and although generally satisfied I am beginning to question whether the hotel deserves the additional fee it charges compared to its cheaper sister 100 metres away. I arrived at the hotel atc10pm at night and after check in went straight to my room. The hotel in room safe was faulty but as I was not going out I decided to report it the next morning. Unfortunately no service engineer came to fix the safe before we went for breakfast so I took all my valuable items with me to breakfast, a little inconvenient but not the end of the world. The short flush on the toilet was broken and I intended to report this on check out but at peak check out time there was one receptionist at the desks and as I had to check in for a flight I used the kiosk check out. Not in itself a problem but I could not report the faulty toilet. It just seems a little bit below par for a luxury hotel charging luxury prices and I will probably go to the Novotel next time I a need to stay at Auckland airport. It’s just not worth it

We stayed here the night prior to departing for the United States. This is a wonderful hotel and is totally soundproofed. You literally cannot hear the Jets that are right outside the window. The food upstairs is good. The views are amazing. The staff is amazing. this was offered as an upgrade from the Novotel, which we love as well, but the Pullman is a tremendous choice for arrival and departure from Auckland airport. Definitely choose this.
