We had a terrible experience in the restaurant we waited over one hour for our meal and then gave up as a loyal customer this was very disappointing the meal was delivered to our room but that was not the point it was cold yes we weren’t charged but it’s not about the charge it’s about the service to loyal customers

There were long queues at check in when I left, felt sorry for the tired travellers with only 1-2 staff there. Also the restaurant and bar were really understaffed the night before. A bunch of us were waiting quite a long time to pay, and no one was on the bar at all…

The bed was a delight to sink into - breakfast lovely but would have loved some Vogel bread or similar rather then the soft stuff.

We understand the preference for Vogel-style bread, and it’s a great suggestion. Currently, we offer a selection of around five to six bread options, including in-house-made sourdough and gluten-free options, which are chosen based on what most of our guests tend to enjoy. Due to space and service considerations, it can be challenging to expand this range further. That said, we do value your feedback and will certainly consider it as we continue to review and refine our breakfast offering. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
