As my flight to Wgtn couldn't land and was re routed I wasn't expecting to be in AKL for the night. I rung up and the guy on the phone was great going through the hotels close to the airport and their prices as I was aware that Jetstar would be refunding but needed to keep it as cheap as I could. When I arrived at the hotel I was close to tears, absolutely exhausted from the day and stress. The lady on the front counter (sorry I cant remember her name) was so kind and accommodating. My room was delightful and SO happy to find a toothbrush and toothpaste! The shower pressure was amazing the beds comfortable and considering the circumstances I'm surprised I slept as well as I did. Check out was easy. Thank you for making a stressed mum feel comforted! Very grateful :)
