We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Manukau and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming and accommodating. The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued. As a Gold member, we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a room upgrade and a lovely fruit platter waiting for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The King Room was especially spacious, with an excellent bed that made for a very restful stay. We also appreciated the practical amenities provided, including an iron and ironing board, fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. We had booked breakfast but unfortunately didn’t realise it was included and missed out. When we contacted the hotel afterwards, the team kindly arranged a refund, which we greatly appreciated. It reflected their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. One small point for improvement was that while the rain shower in the King Room had great water pressure and was a pleasure to use, the same style of shower in the Twin Room was noticeably slower. Overall, this is a family-friendly hotel in a convenient location, offering comfortable accommodation and exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, making our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended. Thank you The Sebel Auckland Manukau Team 👏👏👏💯
