Came in late at night, at abut 12.30am. Booking mixed up, and I had to book and pay for room again...following day manager contacted me and tried to sort out paymnet, received a discount for the 2nd payment, but had expected a complete refund

Friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. We really appreciated the upgrade and cheeseboard — thank you, such a lovely touch. Unfortunately, the rollaway bed mattress was quite disappointing. It was heavily stained, which we only noticed the next morning. Luckily my child didn’t see it, otherwise there’s no way she would have slept on it. There were also no extra cups or cutlery provided for the third person in the room even though we did get charge $65 for the extra person. Overall, the service from staff was great, but a bit more attention to the rollaway bed and room setup for additional guests would make a big difference.

I had a wonderful stay at Sebel. I was there for a EXPO at the Due Drop Centre so location was key. Room was spotless and I had a room with kitchenette which was so handy. The bed was so comfortable and the room great heating and the room spacious and so comfortable. the breakfast selection was also amazing such beautiful presentation and variety. Service and welcome at the Reception was exceptional - the service standard is fantastic.
