I always have the best stay at the sebel thanks to Sonja, and her team. She makes me and I see alot of other guest enjoy coming back to the hotel. She is very friendly and make you feel welcome. I am always hoping Sonja and her team are there when we stay. She is a huge asset to your business and the rest of your team. Many others and myself hope she continues to work with Accor/sebel. The room are also very clean and get managed throughout the week great and the overall team at sebel are awesome! Regards Liam T.

We booked a twin room and have Accor plus gold - when checking in I was told we were upgraded due to Accor plus membership for free to an apartment so I accepted however when checking in I noticed it was a king size bed and what appeared to be a sofa bed - at fist glance but when I took the cushions off it was a small 2 seater sofa - I called and asked for a sofa bed room or a pullout bed for my 8 year old son - but was told initially that’s not available for this room , then told it is only available if you pay an additional $135 - I explained that the room says it can sleep 3 adults so how can it expect 2 adults and 1 child to sleep in the same bed comfortably The manager then called me and after 30mins of wasting time going over the same scenario she eventually agreed to charge for one night only - then when checking out I’ve been charged both for 2 nights and the upgraded room which I was told was Free as part of Accor plus.. due to this dishonest behaviour I never wish to stay here again or recommend it to colleagues and friends - I would appreciate this being corrected asap thanks !

The stay itself was good but unfortunately I was charged for 2 rooms for 3 days and in USD I have booked online a package for 1 room for 3 nights and had no car. The bill was under someone else’s name and my credit card was used. How can that error occur if I have booked myself under my own name with my credit card. I hope this gets checked into and a refund made back ti my credit card. Very upsetting deal after the vacation. It causes stress. Thank you.
