I'm glad I got a deal through the app I used to book and didn't paint the normal price I would have been even more disappointed and it would have been a lower rating. Had booked online a few weeks before said if be checking in between 2-3pm. Arrived just before 3pm and they had to find a room available as the my one wasn't cleaned yet( website says check in after 2pm) Staff were nice Room we were in was semi clean, there were dead dried flower petals and used stick on eyelashes found in room and bathroom. Room was booked for 2 people but only one bathrobe. During the night we could hear people's room doors opening and closing and there was ALOT of noise ( people yelling singing laughing) from the back car park that kept waking us up. Also some people were going down hallway to there rooms they we're talking loudly singing and laughing and we could hear it in our room. When you have a shower the water going down the drain makes a horrible noise that doesn't stop and I wasn't very impressed with the water pressure and it took a little while to work out and how to change the normal shower head to the overhead rain shower head because there were no instructions on that and also we had to wait till the water got hot so we could work out which way was hot and cold because there were no markings indicating which way was hot or cold Bed was super comfortable.
