On my 4th (and final) stay the person behind the counter made me feel like I was being unfairly judged at check in when she tried to get my credit card details and then a bond when I refused for "incidentals." I have never been asked for this at my previous stays and advised this. It was finally resolved after a call to the manager and I was advised that I would have to pay for breakfast, lunch or dinner which I was fine with (even though I was advised later that I could have charged these up to my room). Then when I got to my room and used the bathroom I noted that there was what looked like dried toothpaste water down the outside of the hand basin and spray residue on the wall

Had a decent size room with disabled bathroom facilities which was clean. The fixtures appeared outdated and can help with a facelift for the price. Hotel was walkable distance to manukau due drop centre. No gym or pool facilities which was unusual. Vegetarian options in the hotel restaurant was limited and over priced for Manukau.
