Ww arri ed late i the eveing. Our rol. Was assigned and ready but I had a request for a roomon a lower floor as i have a temporary disability yhat would make evacuation by stairs difficult. A safety risk for me and others. Nicolette was amazing. She not only found a suutable room but i think personally went to the earlier assigned room to retrieve a fruit basket and water and deliver them to our new room. Thats service with a smile.Gold star for Nicolette.

I love staying at this hotel when in Auckland especially as most of our clients are in south Auckland and the convivence to the airport. The kiwi admin lady always remembers me when i walk in and she brings a great vibe, banter and personality to the hotel that is usually missed, she does and excellent job, shout out too her! I also think it's one of the best value for money hotels I stay at for the price you pay a huge room, comfy bed and kitchen cannot complain!
