Like always, the team at The Sebel, Manakau were amazing. Recognition of my status, a warm welcome back, facilitation of early check-in and late check-out with no stress. Despite a problem with their key-card issuing system, they never left me feeling forgotten. Exactly what I needed after a long 18 hour travel day.

Great stay, comfortable and good amenities and service. Breakfast wasn't the same as compared to other Accor group hotels. It did lack quality and variety.

Great rooms, good size and nice facilities in the rooms. Would have liked more of a bar area to enjoy a drink rather than sitting in the restaurant at a table when not intending to eat.
