I have stayed here before, a fairly quiet location but very convenient for the airport and train station, and for local buses. Also relatively good value for geneva. The room was perfectly OK, soap and towels, spotlessly clean. You check in at the adjacent IBIS hotel, they share a common doorway. But you have a separate breakfast room, I expect the breakfast in the more expensive side would have been better but the budget side was perfectly OK with a reasonable choice from the buffet including fresh fruit, cheese, good coffee machine, nice breads, jams in pots, meats, eggs, pastries. Can't complain for the money these days.

I arrived late, had a conference the next day in Lausanne and came back late from it too; the last day travelled to Annecy for fun and flew back home in the evening. The hotel is so close to the Airport and to the train station which is under the Airport, that the location made my question a song. Very easy and smooth and nontyring in spite of the hectic schedule. Plus, there is a desk packed with staff at any hour I passed by (and it was generally quite late every time). They had an iron - clean and new, which was great as my clothes for the conference were official and costly and some times hotels have poor iron quality. Not this Ibis. And the iron and everything was spotlessly clean. Loved it all. Stupendous experience. I kept thinking this on my way back - the hotel was a great choice! The airport on the side of the hotel has also a hair saloon so I managed to fix a haircut (i travel a lot so this was a time saver to treasure). If i wanted i could have left my luggage at the hotel or at the airport near the train station which has lockers. It is just the hotel and the organisation of the airport and how it is connected to the city transportation network in Switzerland that makes the hotel a real star.

The service here is really bad. Even towels has to be asked and collected every day from front desk.
