The experience was good and the service was friendly. However, I have some suggestions: 1. Place a rubber mat in the shower as the ceramic is slippery and from what I noticed it is not slip-resistant. If soap falls on the floor, the risk of falling is high, especially for elderly guests. 2. I suggest that you put summarized instructions in writing on how to use the television. There is nothing explaining which channels are available and whether it is possible to access e.g. Netflix, Disney, etc.

PROS: We loved the bedroom! The acoustic blocking works very well. The window view is also great. Comfortable beds. Clean and complete. We hope to return soon. CONS: I was expecting more for the breakfast. The food didn't look so fresh as it should be. The attendants were very busy so they had a delay on the chat response. But they are pretty educated and friendly.
