Staff, building and style..all were a good surprise. The hotel is modern and nestled in a quiet place. Room was peaceful, spaceful and clean. Although the coffee machine was not fully operating , I could get my expresso to start my day.

As for hosting fully satisfied. It only takes the restaurant service, as the menu and quality are fine, but the restaurant service leaves something to be desired.

On my last staying on Ibis Taubaté, last wednesday September 24th, I have noticed a small mistake in your rooms' card keys control. When I received the key card to open the room door and go for it at the fifth floor, I arrived at the room's door and normaly opened it. But, for my surprise the room was already occupied!!! The guy in the room became a little bit scared in to see me oppening the room's door. This has revealed a flaw in your control of key cards issuing. I hope you had already fixed it to avoid future mistakes.

We've loved Ibis Styles Taubaté! I think other Accor hotels should take this hotel as an inspiration both of service as decoration! The hotel is new, well managed and it has everything a traveller needs - nothing over, nothing less. Grand Mercure Recife should go there and thave a look...

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles, the roll 'n roll theme was lots of fun, customer service was excellent, comfortable room with great hot shower, good breakfast, a short Uber ride to town to where we wanted to go.

All of the Hotel team are very helpful and educated. I had a excellent attendance, manly by Juliano and Michaeli, that support me and my family during our stay in the Hotel. The Hotel is in a strategic location, near Campos do Jordão and Aparecida that was my travel destiny.

My family and me loved this Hotel. It is very clean, the room is very confortable, the lunch is very good, The gym and swim pool are good. The parking is large and safety. The decoration is very cool. The location is good and easy to find.

When getting into the hotel, there was nobody at the front desk. It was kind of abandoned. But then somebody came . The towel was a little wet and dirty. But overall, the hotel was good. Delicious breakfast , nice outside area !
