Decent hotel, parking and breakfast are extra.

I was disappointed to find out that parking was extra (R$15/day). In a city like Taubaté, that should not be the case. Also, breakfast is only included if you pay extra. The hotel room was old looking (80's colors) and I was shocked to find out that all of the electricity was 220v. Fortunately, the front desk had a converter to lend. Shower pressure was awesome, but towels were a bit rough.

Rooms look rusty and worn. Bathroom was under a heavy chlorine smell. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. Cost/benefit is about right if rooms were renovated. Breakfest is OK.

Everything was ok, except there was no washcloth and only a little soap

Last two times I’ve been in Ibis Taubaté they couldn’t manage to get my Accor hotel points ( the points for having been in ibis for more than 12 times) .

Kind and efficient service. The breakfast was good. Room maintenance could be better, it seemed a bit "old". Access to the hotel is easy, but using the "wase" gives the impression of being tricky to get there.
