The Reception team, Manager, people from the kitchen and cleaners were great. But my room was having issues with mini'-shower and shower stuck, hair that was not mine in the shower floor the day I arrived. Nobody told me the water was coming out strong or explained a few things from the room. Comparing with the Ibis in Campinas, I prefer Campinas . Thank you anyway.

One night stay on our way from Sao Paulo to Paraty. Easy access, decent hotel, simple check-in and check-out. Hotel has private car park and very convenient access from the motorway and into the road to Paraty.
