Didn't fit the ibis experience I expected. The hotel felt ran down and in need of renovations, or better cleaning. The towels were so worn out that they hurt to use. Breakfast was wonderful though.

Estamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia. Já ficamos várias vezes, porém anteriormente a limpeza sempre deixava a desejar. Na última estadia a limpeza nos surpreendeu positivamente bem como o café da manhã. Como não havia opção de quarto com cama casal e cama de solteiro a recepção nos deu uma alternativa que atendeu ao que precisávamos. Ibis Guaratinguetá era uma opção que não colocávamos no início da lista, porém agora é a primeira da lista.
