Well located, but not so clean

The location of the hotel is quite good. It's near the city center and there are many options for restaurants and shopping nearby. The room is quite big and comfortable, and all the staff was very friendly. However, the hotel is not so clean, specially the breakfast area. Many times I found unused plates and cups that were still dirty.

Basic toiletries were missing in the hotel room. The lousy quality of soap bar did sadden me. Bed was not very comfortable and unfortunately room lacked some cleanliness. Definitely not recommended.

The efficient service of the desk, very agile, the hotel was clean and organized, and it has the facility of the garage inside the building without additional charge. This made my family's trip a lot easier and brought peace of mind during entry and exit. Great!

Bland rooms, bathroom had 1 towel & 1 bar of soap. Raphael downstairs in the kitchen area was an absolute pleasure though. Extremely professional & helped me coordinate my travel home to the United States as I do not speak Portuguese. Raphael deserves a significant raise in compensation.
