It was a good experience. The room was clean, and had all that I needed. The only thing is that the comforter had a bloodstain on it. I have eaten an cheese omelete on dinner, but it was too expensive and there was too much cheese on it... only cheese, I could say! Other point is that you should give this form in brazilian portuguese name. If you do so, maybe more people will be able to answer these questions.

The only problem was the breakfast, besides it was good, we have not many options. I stayed in many ibis budget with much better breakfasts...

One of those elevator was not working properly! Capacity is for 6 people and just goes up/down with two adults!

Great location and comfortable room. The problem is related to toilet trash should have a lid. The room is comfortable but there are lots of furniture. It becomes a tight room. Hotel staff could be a little more polite and attentive. Overall, it's very nice.

The experience was ok to below average. My first inconvenient came as soon as I arrived. During the check-in the host couldn't find my reservation done through Accor app. The key was not ready for me and took me a while to get it. The second inconvenient I was not expecting a room without room service, so I got a little disappointed that a hotel like that hasn't this service.

I've been in this hotel 4 times already and always had a good experience. The employees are always ready to help you and support your needs. The Ibis rooms are small but very clean; breakfast is good; there is enough parking space for your car; the bed is good and the shower excellent. The air conditioner cools enough the room even in the warmest days in the city. If possible, try to avoid the rooms that take direct sun hit in the afternoon. Two suggestions: include more towels in the room, a couple of towel hangers in the bathroom, and change the company hired for the guests request of dry cleaning - they didn't do a good job at all.
