Compared to other Ibis hotesl I have stayed in low quality. The breakfast was poor quality food, never any coffee ready or was out, poor selection of snacks to buy and was charged a deposit for the room the company arranged and never applied refund till I had company reach out.

Hello Mr. Lane, I’m truly sorry that your experience at our hotel did not match the positive experience your colleagues had during their stay with us. We work very hard every day to be recognized as one of the best Ibis hotels in the region, and over the last two years we have proudly achieved that recognition through guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. That is why I was especially disappointed to read your comments. Regarding breakfast, I sincerely regret that the quality and service did not meet your expectations. We prepare everything with great care, but after investigating your feedback, I identified that there were operational delays specifically on Monday and Tuesday mornings — unfortunately the exact days of your stay. I completely understand how this negatively impacted your perception, and we are already reinforcing our procedures and team training to avoid this happening again. About the refund, you are absolutely right that it took longer than expected. Unfortunately, I had suffered an accident and was away from the hotel for five days, and I personally handle and authorize all refund processes. When Erika kindly visited the hotel regarding this matter, she saw that I was still recovering and using crutches, and I immediately arranged for the refund to be processed. Please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us continue improving our service, especially in team training and operational consistency. Thank you again for your comments, Mr. Lane. Well, you are a hotel for people traveling on business, okay? People have a time to start to work, okay? many times they start early in the morning, dude! WTH a breakfast starting at 06:42 AM for a person who starts to work at 7 AM? Please explain to me your breakfast service starting at 6:38 AM?

The only upsetting thing was being told I owed R$80 reais for "consumo," when I paid every charge upfront. Other than that, I had a great stay and will return probably around Winter of 2026.

Very nice Ibis Jacareí hotel. Very nice service, well located, and good value. It lacks only the option for customers to use more than one day of towels and bedding.
