1) Hygienic shower in the toilet was not in function 2) Drinkable water options available very poor and very expensive. Only in cans or small paper package 3) Hotel restaurant without options, only buffet 4) Elevators sometimes out of function. Difficult for me, my room was in 9th floor

Disorganized breakfast, rooms constantly dirty and lacking basic items.

Throughout my stay, breakfast was a mess. Tables were always unavailable because they were dirty, basic items such as forks, papers and glasses were missing, I believe that 90% of the time I couldn't get a fork to eat. In addition, the elevators were constantly out of order, so that employees had to go down and up the stairs at arrival and departure times. We had employees of a certain age who had to climb 10 flights of stairs. The room often lacked towels, soap and shampoo. The cleanliness was also lacking. Wifi with many problems, dropping and poor connection. We had to re-route the connection practically every day to be able to work from the hotel.
